Great service, fair prices, & quick work!
Nice guy, fast service, great prices!
Never again!
I bought two tires like month ago and both were bad tires wouldnt go back there.
Cheap prices on replacement tires and repairs.
Came here to get a tire for my 2016 Ford Fusion to replace an unrepairable punctured tire. Took quite a long time to get the tire installed, the guy said it was "difficult" and he wanted to make sure he "did it right." He seemed pretty nervous & unsure right from the get go even when selecting a tire so I was a bit nervous thinking he was a new employee with not much tire experience & working alone alone with no help or guidance... I should've given up & left before he started but I didn't. I had spotted a couple of tires that fit my project car at home & said I'd be back with the wheels to have them installed (hoping it wouldn't be him working). After I left the low tire pressure light in the dash wouldn't go off. They normally reset themselves after a couple of minutes but it didn't. I checked the pressure with a gauge & it was fine. It was then that I noticed the valve stem was different than the other 3 on the car and because the tire pressure sensor is part of the valve stem I figured that was the culprit, thinking he replaced mine with the wrong one as pulling the valve stem when changing a tire is common. Or he may have damaged mine during the process which is why it was "difficult" who knows. Went back 2 days later to get those other tires mounted on wheels I brought & to discuss the tire pressure sensor issue. Same guy was working, alone... I explained the issue & asked if he changed it & he said he'd "be right back" and disappeared into a building, assuming he was either looking for my sensor that he likely removed & may be sitting on a bench, or call the owner, or something. I'm guessing he called the owner because he seemed lost & confused when I first brought it up & he came back insisting that was my original sensor & he didn't mess with it at all, said they don't sell sensors & that I need to have it reset by the dealer. I agreed with him that sometimes they need to be reset but considering the valve stem was chrome meta with a retaining nutl & the others were black rubber there's no way that was the right sensor. He again insisted it was. I mentioned that perhaps he pulled mine off & set it on the bench & he mistakenly put a different one that happened to be laying on the bench as well. He insisted that was not the case. I gave up the fight at that point. I went ahead & said I still wanted to buy those other tires & have them mounted on the wheels I brought. (Thankfully for older car without tire pressure sensors, can't mess that up!) He again seemed lost & confused thinking I was asking him to mount the tires to those wheels then mount them on that car. I said no I just want them mounted to the wheels & I'll take them home. They're a completely different size & style, and wouldn't even fit that car, a knowledgeable tire guy would know that. Further lending to my strong suspicion that he's new & not experienced with tires at all. Got them mounted, paid, and left. Went straight to the dealer & they confirmed that was NOT the correct sensor. Had them dismount the tire, replace with the correct sensor, and remount the tire at a cost of $101. I've bought a handful of used tires over the years from various places, & this was my first time dealing with this place. They have a decent selection of good used tires, and I'm sure the owner and/or other employees are knowledgeable tire guys. This one guy clearly isn't & should NOT be working alone without more training.
Pricey for used tires
This is easily the best shop in town. They provide great service at an excellent price. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle here, you won’t be sorry!
after they put 4 tires on my truck I noticed they only had a bubble balancer not the spin balancer, I drove the truck on the freeway and the front tires felt like the lug nuts were loose.took it to discount and they said all 4 tires were way out of balance, save yourself the time and go to discount tire
Been coming here for 5 years. Great service and pricing unbeatable in my opinion.
Went there needing two back tires. They had two of the same size as my front tires, I inspected them. They were ok, but I needed them, so I paid $50 each. They got them on quick and I left without checking them. A week later, my dad noticed my new tires and inspected them. One of them was worn down to the illegal part, and I know I didn't pick that out. I could get back to the shop for about another week, but they have a thirty day replacement, if you have your reciept. I misplaced mine, so when I came back on a Monday, the owner's son said he couldn't do anything for me since I didn't have a receipt. I couldn't get in the next day to talk to the owner, so I called Wednesday to make sure she was there before I came in. I was told she was going to be there any minute. An hour and a half later, I showed up and she's not there. Son still can't do anything for me. Tells me the owner will for surely be there at 6pm. I come back at 6pm and owner is not there. Doesn't get there until 20 after. She doesn't recognize me or remember our sale at all even after I told her all the little nuances that happened that day. Then she swears that I had only bought one tire. By this time I'm furious and firmly tell her that I need two tires from her for the back of my van because she doesn't have a good pair of the sizes that fit the front size. I direct her to the two specific ones I wanted in replacement and she finally agrees to switch them out. An hour and a half later, with only one other customer to help (which was a previous customer also having issues with them because they replaced the air valve in his tire, then then tire started bulging soon after,) I was finally able to go home with my daughter. Bad business all the way around. Will never go back there.
Great and quick service. Got me turned around with a full new set in 30 minutes for less than half the cost of new tires.
He did it fast for cheep awesome experience
They are the best in town. They are honest and know what they are doing. They never tell you to do a service unless it’s necessary. I highly recommended!
Good quality work Nice and friendly people. Helpful. Fast. Patched one tire and replaced another. Very happy, will be back for tires in the future. Highly recommended. Thank you
I highly recommend this place because they were honest. I had a flat tire and thought I would need to replace both front tires for balance, and the owner told me that wasn't true at all. I could just do the one tire. And he quickly and efficiently changed the tire and charged me a lower fee than any other place I"d called around to earlier. Do note, that I'm talking about a slightly used tire that he gave us that has worked great since.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE in auburn I get used tires BALANCED for $35 EACH. He charged me $120 for two standard Subaru 205/70/15 tires and they're CRACKED FR WEATHER AND THE BELL IS BROKEN THEY HAVE WARPED/BAD TIRES MY CAR NOW RIDES SUPER ROUGH ON THE ROAD CUZ HE SOLD ME BAD TIRES FOR $120 THATS THE PRICE OF A BRAND NEW TIRE. RIPOFF SCAM ARTIST
To address the previous review, the reviews are bad because for used tires this place is ridiculously overpriced. The same tire that I paid $62.00 is $30.00 out the door 12 miles away. So why didn't I go 12 miles away??? Obviously because I had a blown out tire and couldn't walk 12 miles. Avoid this place at all costs!!!! 1SG ROCK REICHARD (RETIRED)
Good deals, and I brought a faulty tire I had purchased there. Fixed free or charge.
I've never bought used tires before and had a GREAT EXPERIENCE HERE. Several pairs of tires in my size to choose from and they were shown to me in a good, better, best type fashion which was helpful since most all the tires look exactly alike. If you've heard they are cash-only, it's not true -they will run cards. I went with "best" and the cost was $50 ea. mounted and balanced
Terrible place bought a tire and the rim fell apart on the freeway. Had the guy come back to my house he put two lugs back on and told me to drive it back to his shop today so his mechanic can put new studs back on. They must be crazy to think I'm going to drive it with only two lugs and two studs
Great service. Fair price.
I always get my tires here.
Jo was excellent, he was very patient and professional!
Fast, informative, helpful and very reasonable price. New Fan!
This place advertised emissions testing. It’s out of business!

Got the hook up they had the tires I needed fast and cheap .I'll be back for sure when your in a pinch this is the place to go. thank you jojo's
Too expensive for a used tire, but the gentleman who serviced was helpful, nice, & quick.
I would like to preface this by saying I am an avid supporter of small businesses that is exactly why I chose Jo Jo's Tires. BAD CHOICE!!!!!! I was sold two used tires and told that they were at 70-80%, for $60 each. I went to PepBoys immediately afterwards to get an alignment and they told me the tires were at a 45-50%..I did not mind paying the price but I do not appreciate being lied to or sold a bad product... That was unnecessary and it seems, from the previous reviews, to be one of their normal business practices. They give small businesses a bad name, I could have easily went down the street to Jeff's Used Tires where the prices and correct percentage are written on each tire so there is no up-selling.. but they were close and I wanted to support another local small business.. .but again HORRIBLE CHOICE.
I have no idea why all these reviews are bad. Ive been going here for years for a reason. They are the most cost efficient used tire shop around. Your not going to get perfected tires for $60 but you will get good enough ones hat will last you a year or 2. They also have newer tires that cost just a tiny bit more but not much. Definitly have my business. "People who pay the least always complain the most in life"
