Outstanding service from the Goodyear forks today I was very happy
Excellent customer service.
Thank you too the staff at Monroe Goodyear for going the extra mile and ordering My tires. I appreciate it!
Had them repair a tire it was done before they said it would be and I was treated very well
Fantastic and very helpful workers all around they really do all they can to help fix your car. This is the place you want to go
Good Year in Monroe Washington has been providing excellent service, to my family for many years. My Dad had his vehicles serviced here ever since he moved to Monroe in 2005. They always treated him with repect while servicing his autos. Because of my Dad's recommendation, I have been having Good Year change my oil and other services. Like my Dad.. I highly recommend Good Year in Monroe Washington !
Brought my Camaro in for breaks and rotars excellent service!! Wes and the entire team are very courteous!! The work was completed in a very timely manner!! And when I was leaving they had a nice young man open my car door for me!! That's good customer service!! I was happy with the quality of work!! They have a great team!! I recommend this place!!! Thank for a job well done!!!!
Always nice and always quick to get an oil change, tires or small repairs.
Good tires.
Tires and more
Wes has great customer service skills and puts things in layman's terms without hesitation for those who don't understand a whole lot about cars, and is happy to answer questions. He was really helpful with working around my schedule, and the mechanic got my car running excellent! I haven't had it run this well since around when I first got it. Great experience overall.
I wanted to take time to thank Wes at the Monroe store who went out of his way to help me with my serpentine belt. He was knowledgeable and was amazingly patient, listened to my problem and solved it in one visit. Thank you Wes you are an excellent Service Manager and an asset to Good Year! We will return, the Rea's
Customer service at the counter was awesome but seriously. 2 hours to do a Oil change? Even with an appointment in which it was placed right on lift. Edit: The above event was the last time that vehicle was serviced by anyone. Today the vehicle was taken to Les Schwab for extreme vibration from the rear wheels. They inspected the wheels and found 1) ALL of the wheel studs were warped. Johnson & Son tire was only asked to change my oil but they did a full service on my vehicle which part of this was wheels. 2) My rear tire was according Lea Schwab literally about to fall off the vehicle due to improper wheel lug tightening. I now need both front wheel bearings replaced. So Thank you Johnson & Son Tire for costing me 1000.00 to correct your poor workmanship and lack of safety concern for me and my family.
They do good work and have been very honest with me.
Great shop, quick service, knowledgeable helpful staff to help keep you on the road. Definitely recommend coming here for any service you need.
I had to do a Sunday night drop off due to my car dying and having to be towed from a gas station. No one called me Monday, I had to call them. They replaced the fuel pump Wednesday and I had to pick up after hours because of work. My car wouldn't turn over, the starter only clicked. I jumped it in the parking lot to no avail. I left my key, a note and called and left a message. Again, no one called me back. I had to call them at 1 pm the following day. They told me the battery was dead and they charged it. I drove it home Thursday night, then it died at a stoplight Friday morning with no signs. I am very disappointed after spending money I don't have to fix a problem, only to have had another one created with zero communication.
This place is great...timely, personable, reasonable prices, and honest. The BIG FOUR I look at in any business. I have taken multiple vehicles here multiple times and have always had the same experience. They tell you exactly what they can detect is wrong and give accurate estimates to the cost of the repair. I have never had to take a vehicle back for the same issue and if they see an issue that they were not asked to look at they told me about it. If there was a minor issue that does not affect safety or the general operation of the vehicle and it made more sense to repair at a later date they told me that too. I see other reviews complaining about diagnostic fees...the fee that is charged is reasonable and (no offense to those that say they never see them) are industry standard (they should be getting paid a reasonable amount to tell you what is wrong when they have no guarantee they will be the ones to fix it). Of all the times I have brought my vehicles in, there was only one time I can recall that I did not get it back within an hour of the promised time and there was a very good reason for that one time. There customer service is second to none. They take the time to listen to the customer both before they have the vehicle and after they are done. They will answer reasonable questions and, in general, are a bunch of great guys that know what they are doing and are good at it. Wade, Derrik, etc. keep up the good work.
I came in for erratic engine behavior on my Toyota 4Runner and these guys Fixed the initial obvious problems and stayed with it for several additional visits (for free) to pinpoint the multiple problems this car had. Troopers.
I've had significant repairs completed at Goodyear Monroe and have been impressed with their knowledge, customer service. excellent work, and commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
This place is awesome had them rebuild my engine in my car higher end performance. Knocked it out of the park. They were in constant contact with Mr about what we could do to work with my budget. And wow did they deliver. Not to mention the management and crew are really friendly. And I'm extremely picky about who works on my car. I had roughly 250,000 miles on the car at rebuild.
Decent prices, friendly staff, got the service done in the time frame they told me.
Friendly
Didn't even go in. I'd been calling people all morning trying to find the best auto shop to fix my CV Axle, when I called here a guy answered, was rude and wouldn't.give me even a ballpark quote Itold him exactly what was wrong (my cv axle is bad) and he said " well I don't know what's wrong with your car, how do you know its the cv axle? I don't work on cars over the phone so idk how much it will cost!" He was rude and sounded like he couldn't care less. I just hung up. If you want quality, go to Monroe Foreign Auto Repair
Honest, good value. Thanks for helping my buddy, you guys rock
Avoid this place at any cost. First they told me a RV tire and installation would be ~1,200; the day of the install, they changed it to ~1,800 but told me I could bring my own tires and they would install it. When I got the tires somewhere else with a discount, they told me they would not install them. On top, initially the guy wanted to use my RV jacks to install them which is completely UNSAFE. I don't think these people have a clue of what they are doing. Trust me when I tell you this place has no word, no accountability for what they tell you and probably no clue of what they are doing. Wasted my time with these folks.
Been here twice. They treated me right, I'll continue to take my truck here. Plus Goodyear tires are made in the USA.
The staff is awesome great help and got what I wanted with no hesitation from the staff unlike other corporate shops, I will only do business with them.
Awesome is all I can say, went in for just an oil change and got a complete inspection and they rotated/aired my tires as well. Never had service like this before...
Great staff. Upfront pricing with payment options.
Popped a tire on my way out of town this morning. Called about 8 places and no one could help me until late afternoon. Wes at Goodyear was able to get a tire earlier for me so i could be on my way. Very friendly, good experience.
Not happy with customer service. Bought 4 tires in March; one became leaky in June and they fixed it free. Now it's September and another tire was leaking so I brought it in. Was told there is a puncture in the sidewall due to a road hazard and could not be repaired and was not covered by warranty. Could not afford the $130 new tire bill so I left. A few days later got a second opinion at Snohomish Les Schwab who said there was a NAIL NEAR the sidewall and they fixed it free. Which means Goodyear allowed me to drive away with a NAIL IN MY TIRE. No thanks Goodyear for the sup-par customer service.
I've been going here for over ten years and never had a complaint. Diagnoses are accurate, service is prompt, and prices are fair. Most recently I had an alternator fail and they took care of me immediately, without an appointment. The replacement ran hot, suggesting a parasitic load. I could have been billed extra to diagnose that, but it turned out to be a defective replacement and a second one worked fine. It would have been so easy to charge more for unnecessary diagnostics and extra labor. They didn't.
That's place is by far the best! This is the go to place for my husband when our truck needs service everytime. The staff is friendly, the prices are great, and the work is outstanding!
Unable to diagnose my a.c. problem they had my truck for 2 days no phone calls to inform me that they haven't even touched it I had to call on both days I will not recommend this shop
Amazing service! Could not be happier! Oil changed, fluids checked and filled, tires rotated! Now that is service!
Only place i go, great prices
The guys at Monroe Goodyear are amazing! Great customer service and they got me exactly what I needed in a hurry. Very reasonably priced will definitely recommend them any day!
Warren , our mechanic is fantastic. He did the job in a timely manner. He did the job way under what Hyundia the dealership wanted, like 500 hundred under . He's got our business. Thanks Warren for your service.
A week ago my maintenance required light came on away from the town I now live in. I asked this business if they could see a reason for it. I had just had my car serviced and new water pump put on. They told me that three of the four struts were leaking, it would cost $150.00/strut and $98.00/labor each, approx. $1000.00. They then charged me $107.00 for the 15 minute “look”. I paid, but I have NEVER EVER been charged by anyone for a quick look like this. Ever. I have a 2007 Toyota Camry, with only 49,000 miles on it. I am an older woman, the original owner of the car and do not lend my car out to anyone. My mechanic where I live now looked at the car Friday. He said they were fine. I emailed Goodyear about what I discovered and ask for my money back since they tried to cheat me. “Wade” phoned back all hot and angry that I dare question them. Demanded who told me that, and then said they were wrong. I told him I would be another opinion them. I did. From the mechanic I had for 10 years before I moved. NOTHING WRONG WITH THE STRUTS ! Two certified, highly rated businesses BOTH told me my struts are NOT leaking. BEWARE of what this business tells you. GET A SECOND OPINION ELSEWHERE.
My vehicle had shaking during 60mph, and noises in the brakes occasionally. My shifter was not working. I ended up getting a quote for $2,300+ as they found more issues. They charged $300 for new 2 new tires, which gave my spouse a panic attack, oops. But I want to trust and be loyal to a business. This included, I opted to address just the necessary repairs because that is too much at one time, but could do the $350 for essential services. When I picked up my car I was given a final cost of $425. It took a lot of discussion to get them to honor the original quote. I don't want to use the term "bait and switch" because I think they honestly miscalculated parts and labor originally, but that should be on them, not on me to haggle it down like I had to. When they tried to adjust my bill, a man helped the woman "take things off the bill because they were easy to do away with". Why was I being charged at all then in ther first place? I wanted to cry at the lack of humanity or honesty. I won't say bad things about this location, but I encourage you to be smart and aware, and (especially women who are usually manipulated in this industry, let's be honest) to get second opinions because their prices are noticeably over-inflated. Other shops in Monroe will match or beat the costs, especially places like Les Schwabb, Candido's or Monroe Foreign. Please do your research and don't be afraid to discuss the costs with this place if you don't feel it's right--- you won't lose anything by asking. The front desk is not welcoming and the woman here made me feel uncomfortable because she didn't smile or make small talk. I met her when I came in the night before I dropped off the car to make appointment. Then in the morning I dropped off keys with her again, had to introduce myself a second time, even though I was scheduled to be there. Then, came by to pickup in the afternoon, there was a man at the front desk that appeared to be a tech or owner that greeted me for her (while she just stood there looking at me, saying nothing, like I didn't exist). I awkwardly had to repeat my introduction 3 times in less than 24 hours... and I'm a returning client prior to this. This woman even argued that I had ever been there, as if being insulted by the fact that I mentioned it at all, saying that my name wasn't on file. It was obvious that my VIN was listed because eventually I heard my husband's name mentioned. She made me feel like I was causing her an inconvenience. I meet clients in my industry once a year, and I remember them, and their name, and family members, so there's just simply no care in returning clientele. They do not value loyalty here. If that is not important to your needs, and you don't mind paying more, then you'll do okay here. It's a clean place with lots of employees on-hand. UPDATE: Leo reached out and wants to work with us. Looking forward to going back.
Fit me in for a drop in visit, and gave an accurate time estimate.
Great service and friendly folks
Thank you for fitting me in today I know you could have said no and I would have understood that. Thats the type of customer service that earns a five star review.
Very strange place. I submitted an online quote request and got a price and a broken English comment about a rebait....yes that is what you do after you loose you first bait. I would rather have the real one. Rebate. I asked to clarify and they called me instead. Missed that call so i just went into the store. The guy I talked to had no clue what tire I was asking for. As he clicked around on the computer I looked to my right and there it was next to me in the show room. Strange again. After 10min he did not have my size. He called another store and they did not have it either. Wow! 265 75 r16 is one of the most common tire size. I there was one more place to try BUT he could not contact them. Only the other worker could and he was yapping on the phone to his girlfriend or something. So I said call me and didn't leave my number. Idiot just said ok.
These people have no clue what they're doing... How are they still in business? It's hard enough trusting a mechanic these days, let alone employees who are under taught the concept of locating a tire lol Mind blown.
I've taken my Kia Optima here numerous times for regular maintenance because they are always very professional, friendly and very helpful. You can tell that customer service is a priority for them. (Amber, Nick and Wes do a great job! Kudos guys!) This last time I brought my Kia in because the power steering pump was going out. Unfortunately the new replacement pump was bad (bad pumps happen!) but they were so awesome about getting me back in and making everything right. A few days later they made a follow up call to make sure everything was still running good. I will definitely tell my friends to come here! Thanks guys!
They didn't have my size tire but they were very friendly and informative. They referred us to a place close by. I'd stop again if I was in the area.
My daughter took her tire to get fixed and the guy was not very nice.
Great mechanics
Warren was an excellent help to us when we were trying to install a new drive belt yesterday! He also helped identify what was the probable cause of the drive belt malfunction and got us back home safe!
Good place for basic maintenance
Solved my mechanical problem the first time. Did not try to over sell unneeded services. Wait time to get in was short.
