They helped me with some 20" tires. They had my car jacked up on jacks and one side of the tires off, before I even picked out the awesome set of used 20" tires for my car. I believe I was in and out with all 4 tires mounted and balanced in about 40 minutes. Oh! did I mention I got a great price for my 20" tires too. I will definitely be back. I took my car there for a flat tire. Barely spent 15 min waiting and the guy comes out telling me he's done. He checked on the tire and turns out the air valve on the tire was faulty. He changed it for me for free. What a great place and trusted service. I would use their services again for sure. Especially if you don't want to wait for 2 hours at other places.

This guy didn't want to mount my tires because he said it would mess up my traction control system. Upon asking him how, he told me my RWD car gets power to the front when it loses traction. Obviously that's not how a RWD system works. This guy doesn't know his stuff about cars. Wouldn't trust him with my car.

Mt girlfriend sild them somw slightly used tires. They low-balled her and then kept the rims afterctelling both of us earlier that they'd dismount the tires. So she gor ripped off for the tires and the rims. Yes. You bought the tires. NOT the wheels. And yes. Your employees DID talk to me on a different day in 2 occasions. Again. Never Again. P.S. I used to work in tires so u know what they sell for.

Tire shop did not admit to mistakes of not tightening lugs even special lugs, was rude to my insurance agent. My right front wheel came off caused damage to my car. Luckily the damage was minor yet on the I5 when it happened, it could've been worse.

I was stuck near the north gate mall. I hit the curve and blew my tire out. I went to pull the jack on and then realized I had no spare. So I called triple A to get it towed, but they had a 2 hour waiting period. I called a few places near me seeing if anyone had a spare I could buy of them that wouldn't cost an arm and a leg. Finally j&j had a multifit wheel they sold me with a tire. They were even kind enough to bring it to me and install it. Went above and beyond my expectations. Of course I gave them a nice tip. I was back on the road in 30 after calling them. And they were also able to match a tire for me a few days later on my Subaru to replace my blow tire.
