The guys at Hazel Dell Tire Pros have excellent customer service and do a fantastic job. After shopping around, this store beat everyone hands down. The price was great best warranty, and no more long lines and having to drop your car off for the day. They have a full staffed certified crew professionally trained to work on your car. They even checked my brakes and shocks without asking. If you want service that is above and beyond, The crew at Hazeldell Tire Pros, is it. I bought 35" hercules m/the tires that are the smoothest tire i have ever had. The guys mounted and balanced them and had me back on the road in 30 minutes. Wow! Thanks guys you now have a customer for life.

I went there today with my 2 small children thinking I was going to have to buy a new tire. Immediately I was greeted, they looked at my tire & repaired it within 10 minutes. They also filled all my other tires (including my spare) & put my spare & jack back where they belong. So impressed with their service!!! After telling my husband, I found out he went there for tires on our other vehicle & he agreed that they are much better than Les Schwab. Will continue to take my business here from now on. Absolutely love this place GREAT staff very knowledgable. Also super fast but done correctly. Honestly anytime tires get brought up I talk about this place. Here the midgrade proformance tire is just a hair more expensive then les shwabs bargain passenger tire. Also here they have the same warrenty on their tires as those yahoos over at LS.

Excellent Service! My wife and I came up from California to visit our son in Vancouver. Our back tire began to separate and wobble once we got into town. Needless to say, this is very dangerous. I had to take care of this right away at 8:00 am. Lance and C.J. Took us in right away and replaced and balanced the tire. The staff is courteous and efficient!

Stopped and had one tire mounted on a 15 inch rim for my daughter yesterday they charged me 25.00 wall mart is $8.00 and the local tire shop in woodland is 8.00 for mount and balance . I guess price gouging is the new policy at hazel dell gee I remember when Kerry Elmer owned this store and service with a smile and a fair price was the norm .gee I won't be back nor any of my friends . So to everyone from north county that used to make the trip to hazel dell tire save your money and don't bother their are plenty of good and fair tire shops along the way

After getting tired of dealing with high prices and long waits at Les Schwab, I decided to look for other options. Hazel Dell Tire Pros have great reviews and this is another 5 star for them. They were great, friendly and quick. It ended up being a simple fix and they sent me out the door with no charge. That would have been $100 charge with the other guys. I was very impressed with the service. I’ll definitely be a return customer. Thanks guys.

40 +Years of Experience for us with this company ! It is a friendly place to go and have your tires rotated, balanced, and or replaced. Recently we have purchased tires for our cars, helped the kids and grand-kids with their purchase and never have we been treated better. They even beat the other stores price. Every time I get in my car I trust my life to those tires on the ground and I am glad to have their recommendation and assistance in that choice. I especially like the rain tires that make driving thru puddles seem almost non-existent and around here that is important. Not only did they quickly attend to my needs but they also pointed out that Discount Tire actually installed the wheel lugs backwards on my wheels when I purchased my new tires there a few months back. Thankfully the guys switched my lugs back around, patched my tire and saved the day. So grateful to the guys down here at Hazel Dell Tire Pros. Local, Friendly, kind, and very professional. Got in a small wreck and 2 weeks after I bought 4 snow tires from them that were the last set of the Nokians they had, I was out 2 rims and 2 tires. Came back once I got 2 new rims and they sold me the same 2 new tires (this years model) for the same 60% off of the new style they got in. Left America's Tire Co. after issues and have never looked back after going here.

$25 to mount and balance one tire is almost double from any shop around. Why would I burn money for nothing? Maybe they do that as fast as pit stop F1? You may want to try. Not me. Plenty of alternatives around.

To those reading this, what everyone else says is quite true: good prices and good people. Called around to a few places in outer SE Portland area before giving these guys a call. Not only did they have the least expensive price, but these reviews convinced me I’d be in good and honest hands. I was. My ‘96 Geo Metro was happy with brand new tires, and they fit on my Civic too so I switched them over perfectly fine—even with a rim transfer! Would definitely recommend giving these guys a call. I had something going weird with tires or the joints and things. They figured it needed alignment but discovered all tires were worn low and two of them had bulges ready to blow. I would give these guys ZERO stars if I could. We bought a brand new set of wheels. We took them to Hazel Dell Tire Factory to have them mounted on our tires. The technician carried the wheels into the shop. He dropped one. They refuse to replace it. I will NEVER use these guys again and plan to call the BBB and report them. They claim it's our fault because the box was open. My husband was 15 feet away from him when he dropped it. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER! If you value your property, do not use them or you may end up in court.
