This Tires corresponds to the category of Tire shop.
These guys are not going to help you with any problems. Totally deflect to someone else. Go elsewhere if you expect a little compassion, assistance, reasonableness, etc. They at best tow the party line and you get sent to the great 800 number in the cloud.

Might as well go to les Schwab or pep boys. Or cut the costs in half and hire a mobile mechanic.
Good people
Have been coming here for years. Always great service at prices that are typically lower than anyone else. Nash and his crew never try to oversell or bait and switch. Highly recommended.
This place not only has great deals on tires, best in the area, but they also do service work on your car. Great friendly people work there. They will take care of you and you won't feel like you got ripped off.
Great place to get your wheels repaired and tires too. Staff was friendly and they had everything that i needed. Awesome place. Would definately go back.
I love working with Nash. I always send him all my friends and relatives every time someone needs wheels and tires. Factory Direct has the best deals in town no doubt. Just picked up my Tacoma from their shop. They installed a leveling kit, balancing, wheels and tires for me. Very happy with their customer service and prices. Highly recommend!!!
This is the best place for middle class family,Nas is very nice easy going, humble and very professional in terms of dealing with customers,NAS you are awesome I appreciate all the effort you been doing to satisfy customers like me,God bless you Brother
Excellent service . Especially by nash and John. Always made me feel satisfied. Always answered all my queries patiently. Best part is they schedule you in quicker than most places and there prices are nominal. Get get the work done quickly. I have been going to them for almost a year now and haven’t had any complaints or bad experiences at all. Finally after being a client for so long i thought it was the right time to leave them a positive review for the good work they have done on my cars. I hope they keep the same level of dedication and customer service commitment in the future. I always recommend them to all my family and friends.
Very easy to work with. Honest and fair. Usually able to get you in the same day you either stop by or call. Great service great prices I have purchased all my personal tires here for years. The business I work for an Edmonds Becks funeral home is brought their entire fleet here for many many years always high levels of integrity and sincerity which is appreciated.
We went to a bunch of tire places along 99 and this was the best one we found. The people are nice, Nash is friendly and welcoming, the used tire we bought is high quality and a great price. I will be coming here for all of my tire needs. Thanks for wonderful service.
I have weary bed experience wit the company. I don't recommended to nobody. Cost me over $600 new tire. Story began: I bring my rims from BMW to strait up with tire lo profile on. After repair wheel owner call me and tell me I have broken tire and going to be leaking air. I told owner I just drive from Texas to Seattle the car and was no problem. Suddenly owner claim it is not his problem??????Were I install tire to car every one hour require fell up air. Now way nobody from the company have gats to tell client trust ? Is their fold. I thing well be good for the business and client. In this case I don't recommended the business ,and only one star.
Great service; they offered options to either repair our wheel with welding for $100 or replace with an identical new wheel for $175 (good price from what we'd seen). Had the wheel in stock and switched it out within an hour on a Saturday morning. We'd definitely use them again.
i took my 95 maxima...for alignment...front end was out of wack...steering wheel was off center.....this place fixed it...great service...45 minutes alignment was done...price was perfect...i reconmed this place...they know what they are doing.....good place.
The best people and the best product!!!!
This is the worst tire shop I have ever been to in my life. I took my car in for a alignment an new tires, I get my car back an realize that none of the tires are the same so when I go take it back the next day I went on the freeway an realized it was shaking very badly I took it back in to them an had them put different tires on an fix the alignment again. Well once I got my car back after they test drove the car I realized there was a ticking noise coming from my engine. The person who test drove my car had bent a rod in my engine trying to hot rod the car. I tried explaining it to them once I had got home and realized the noise note I only live 2 miles away from the shop an they had said they had nothing to do with it. Charles was the one who I had spoke to and when I asked if the guy got on the gas while test driving it he had said they took it to 65 mph an didn't do anything to the car. Once I got the car back I realized there was something really wrong with my engine. My car is a Chrysler 300c with a 5.7 hemi. Charles has told me to wait tell Monday tell the owner is in the shop to go talk to him so I shall see what the owner has to say when I go speak to him Monday morning.
This place was amazing! Nash and Chris were so friendly and awesome! They gave me an amazing deal on new wheels and tires for my poor car after I savagely destroyed my rim driving like a crazy person. Lol It was a mega upgrade, super fast and wonderful people. Definitely one of the best car experiences I've ever had! Thanks guys!
Great knowledge and great service makes a happy customer. NASH
Got tires replaced, suspension upgraded, and an alignment. Competent and friendly service. Prices are reasonable.
Based on the online reviews I took my 2019 F450 for replace the front tires. During the installation they were having difficulty balancing the tires due to the lack of weights. They advised going to another shop for the balancing. When they put the tires on the truck I did notice scratches on the wheel but I gave them the benefit of the doubt that errors can happen. I went to Goodyear Commercial Tire in South Seattle for the balancing, during the install/balancing I showed them the scratches and I watched them with no issues of the technician scratching the wheels. This made me realize that I should contact Factory Tire and express my concern with the scratches and see if they can polish or repair the wheel. The owner evaluated the wheels and said that it was not caused by the shop. Based on my experience, I would say that they may have limited resources to replace and balance HD pickup truck tires with aluminum wheels.
Bought 2 sets of tires last year and bought 2 more sets today for my daughters and my own vehicle. Nash always bends over backwards to take care of me. Today it was special ordering my daughters tires and going and picking them up so she didnt have to drive on bald tires tomorrow. Then they stayed late to get them all mounted and taken care of. Will recommend everytime someone mentions tires. Thanks for taking care of us.
This is one of the worst experience I have had in my life. I do not recommend this shop. Please avoid at all cost as they don’t take ownership of what they do. I only stopped by this shop because I had an excellent experience with a wheel bent repair from a smaller shop that they own about a month ago for a similar bent wheel repair (Cascade Wheel in Lynnwood, they were extremely busy this time around because it is a smaller shop so they told me to go to the shop that owns them, Factory Direct Tire, which I did and regret doing). I stopped by on a Saturday around noon for them to take the wheel off my car to look at, which I was still driving on perfectly fine but I just wanted to get the bent removed. They told me it would be about $100 and be done in about an hour. 30 minutes later, the employee who took my wheel to get it repair says that they push or pressed on it too hard and the wheel cracked. Nash, the owner/manager tells me that he will get the wheel welded and repaired on Monday when they have the correct people in and that he will contact me. Monday comes and I received no call, so I decide to call, someone else picks up and states that its not finished yet and they’ll contact me when it’s complete. Still no calls so I waited until Wednesday and called in again, and was told everything is complete and that I could pick it up in the morning. At the end of the day Wednesday, Nash calls me and leaves a voicemail telling me not to come in because the wheel is not fixed and tells me to call back in the morning. So Thursday morning (this morning) I called and Nash tells me the wheel is not fixable now because it is cracked and that I would have to buy a new wheel that he quoted me for $350. I told him the reason I took it to the shop was to avoid buying a new wheel because it was still in drivable condition, I just wanted to get the bent removed and not purchase a whole new wheel. I told Nash that I should not be responsible for the new wheel cost as it was their shops fault for cracking my wheel. Nash gets upset and hangs up. I called back and got a different employee on the line saying he was unavailable and that he would call me back, which he didn’t. I decide to call back a few hours later and was able to get a hold of him. Nash now states that initially on Saturday, he told me that the wheel was too bent and wasn’t repairable and that I force them to try to fix it which is the reason that it cracked which is FALSE. He states “you are out of your god damn mind if you think I’m buying you a wheel”. Tells me that I can pick up my damaged wheel, which I cannot drive on anymore during shop hours or he’ll put it outside the shop when the shop is closed. Then he says “you can do whatever you want I am hanging up”. What kind of business owner does this? Is this how you talk and treat your customers in a situation like this? No I don’t expect the shop to pay the full cost of a new wheel as I knew I had to pay $100 for the repair anyways. I just expected that some of the difference of $250 would be paid ($350 for the wheel) remaining cost of the wheel since they cracked my wheel to where I can’t even put it back on my car to drive. But they are not willing to take ownership and will not work out anything at all. My lawyer will be in touch with them about this horrific situation. I hate to do something like this but I was treated so poorly and something needs to be done so this doesn't happen to unlucky clients like me in the future.
I used this shop for wheel alignment. It was done on time while I was waiting in their comfortable waiting room. Time will show how good it is. :)
Nice place .super cheap prices. TV. N coffee .ask for the owner
I have a lifted 2000 Ford Expedition sitting on 35's. My tires were bald and I have to drive through some serious snow storms this weekend. Factory Direct actually responded to my web form inquiry (notable, because I've found most companies just respond with "call us", defeating the point of a web form.) and they left me a voicemail with some info on a killer deal. For less than the price of one new tire in my size, I got my four used, but in really good shape, MT's put on, mounted, and balanced. I'm extremely stoked and very happy with their service. I would not hesitate to do business with them again. Thanks a bunch for helping make sure I can safely do my upcoming drive, and hooking me up with tires I'll actually be able to use for awhile.
Quick and efficient
Great people! I've been trading here for years. Awesome wheel repair and refinishing. Tires, brakes, shocks, alignment they do it all.
I have been buying my tires here for years and have always had great service. They sell quality tires at the best price around! I have recommended Factory Direct Tire Sales to friends and family and everyone has been very pleased with their experience.
Professional as Les Schwab, and more affordable
Bad customer services.
Didn't do the full powder coating I paid for and refused to fix it. I'll never go there and if you care about your money you shouldn't either. The owner didn't care that the job they did was chipping in a month because it wasn't done correctly.
I like it it got really good deals..really good servise thanks to the owne of shop and people who works there....good job guys...
Awesome place to get your tires, new or used. We just got all new tires on one of our moving trucks. Always treated well here. Owner is there all the time and He's great. Staff is great too. Thanks for the service!
How do you know if a business is trustworthy or not. When I went back 7 years later I found the same employees still there or the faces I remembered over the years. Every time I called I got straight up answers followed by honest service. Family owned and they conduct business as such. I highly recommend Factory Direct tires.
Glad i came to you guys! Was on a strict budget and needed tires bad. Nash helped me out big time. Found me a set of tires that were discontinued, but brand new. For the price and speedy "in and out service" i couldn't have asked for more. Thank you guys for helping me out. Highly recommended!!!!!
Excellent value, excellent knowledge, excellent service!
Love this place!
Great value found me a set of nankang tires to fit my truck at almost half the price of everyone else.
Timely and honest service. I have purchased/received, tires, alignments and a wheel replacement. Nash at the front desk will always try to fit you in same day when he can. Tire wise they will work in your budget. Then if you’re specific they can order in tires and match online pricing. Pricing is very competitive from the start and they appreciate returning customers. Their technicians care about doing the job right the first time; which is something I couldn’t say about some other local chains. The management cares about their reputation and their work reflects that. Edit* They are flexible with you bringing in your own parts which definitely a big plus. But call ahead to let them know out of courtesy.
Would’ve given them zero stars if I could. Don’t go here. I brought my car here a while back for an alignment and they told me my subframe needed to be straightened and they wanted another 150$ to do it. You need a frame rack to straighten the frame on a vehicle which they don’t have. I ended up paying them close to 300$ to get my car “fixed” and the subframe “straightened” and it came back the exact same as it was! My friend went there not to long ago and they tried telling him the same exact thing and tried telling him they could straighten it out for him and his car still drives and pulls the same
Picked up a set of tires for my 37 Pontiac Coupe.
Quick service good deals. Got me in and out!!!!
My friend's car broke down a block away at the motel we were staying at. We told them what was wrong and what we needed. They were not helpful. They acted like they wanted nothing to do with us. Getting an estimate was like pulling teeth. They acted like it was a joke. After we had the car towed there they jacked the price up and told us we needed extra parts. We ended up towing it to another shop. It cost half the price, no extra parts were necessary and the car has been running fine ever since.
Multiple tire sets and a wheel repair and nothing but consistently great service and prices.
Absolutely #1 in high quality products & service.
First off - Im a real customer and I live in Redmond. I made the trip to FDT on the suggestion of a long time business associate at Auto Connections in Bellevue. I had purchased a used BMW 650 and needed to have some road rash on my wheels repaired and then repainted. On the recommendation of my friend at Auto Connections I contacted Nash, the owner at FDT. I took the 40 minute drive to see him. Nice enough guy. He helped me pick the right color of powder coat for my wheels; bright hyper silver. I dropped the car off on a Thursday. The plan was for them to remove the wheels, keep the car for safe keeping at the FDT location and have the work done at their painting facility 2.5 miles away. I picked the car up on Saturday. A couple of issues, listed below, arose at pickup. Nash told me he would take care of them and to bring the car back on Monday. 1) There was no powder coat behind the spokes of the wheels. They were dirty and they missed entire areas 2) They completely missed the inner part of the wheels. No paint at all. 3) The tires were not inflated properly. As soon as I got in the car there was a low pressure warning. Nobody looked? 4) The front end shook. The wheels were not fully balanced 5) And... the car was taken for a 22 mile ride. 22 miles! Seriously!? I dropped the car off for the issues to be resolved on Sunday night (night drop) and picked the car up on Tuesday the following week. I asked Nash to personally inspect the work which he agreed to do. You'd think all would be good right? Think again. 1) The wheels stunk of spray paint. It was obvious that the "fix" wasn't powder coated as I paid for. They used canned spray paint! 2) You can actually see the surface difference between the first time around when the wheels were powder coated and the spray painted "fix". Sloppy! And deceptive! 3) The front wheels still shook due to not being balanced completely. 4) At least they didnt take the car for another joy ride. I finally gave up- $800 down the drain. Brought the car to a shop in Redmond to properly balance the wheels and got a second and then third opinion about the quality of the work and the use of spray paint when powder coating was paid for. I am considering additional action to recover my lost $$. I would strongly caution anyone that is considering having work done from these guys.
Always friendly, Very good service. They take care of your tires. Free rotations, free flat repairs and very reasonable prices. I highly recommend this company to all my friends and family members. I have been buying tires here for over twelve years.
I bring Jesus my problems. Sometimes they are complicated, sometimes they are simple. Either way he fixes them and I leave happy.
Nash works for smiles. This guy is awesome, if you need a good deal come to this place only deal with Nash. He restored the love I have for my little Hyundai. He found the perfect tires for my car and repaired all my wheels for and affordable price. I’ve been doing business with him for over 5 years and leaves me with a smile every time. Last set of tires lasted almost 4 years and about 50,000 miles.
Cheap
Professional services, friendly personality and owner, offordable price. Highly recommended
Great deal on 4 tires for my truck. Great service, good prices and they were quick!
Worst experience ever. Do not come here if you want quality work done for the price. They do a bad job and worst of all the owner Nash does not take any responsibility for the lack of quality work. If you want to spend over $1,000 and constantly come back over an alignment and balance issue, then stay away from here. If you wanna give it a try, look closely at the work that was done and be sure there aren’t any scratches and marks left behind on your wheels, make sure alignment is straight, and check for any balance weights missing. One should spend their money and never come back for the same issue. If you do, then be ready to be treated like you’re the problem because they can’t do the job right and be refused a refund after they’ve wasted 6 days of your time.
Speak with Chris. He knows what he's doing and can help you get what you need.
Very nice and accommodating people
Factory Direct is professional, friendly, and efficient. Custom wheels, brakes, wipers, and always quick service.
Great customer service. They pick up the phone right away every time i called and know their stuff. We had our Honda Odyssey "de-paxed" here since Lynnwood Honda doesn't provide that service. It was also cheaper than having a dealer do the work. Nash and his guys put on new Honda wheels and it looks good and drives great. Treated me with respect and courtesy and got the work done in about 3 hours. Will come back!
Very good service and fast delivery! :)
Very flexible people, you may negotiate everything:) Fast and affordable with a good quality.
Excellent service. Every person I talked with was friendly and caring. They wanted to give me the best experience possible. Every other customer in the waiting room had been customers for over 25 years. I am a customer for life!
