We popped a tire halfway between ellensburg and northbend on I90 and realized we didn't have a spair. Called a few other tire and tow places and didn't get much help from them. I tried Ellensburg Tire Center and got great service at a decent price. Showed up in about an hour and had a new tire on in less than 20 minutes! Jamie was super helpful! Would definitely recommend!

I don't know if you always take $20 tips when you know you're going to charge a $65 after hours fee, but I wasn't impressed. We called in 15 minutes prior to arriving and still waited 30 minutes for someone to show up. It took you less than 15 minutes to take care of a $10 tire patch job on a Sunday and we gave you over $100. Our bad for sure, but you're a crook. We even told you we were traveling from Southern Utah to Alaska and were so grateful you could come to help us. Our funds are incredibly tight. I'm glad you had SOMEWHERE for us to leave a review, because other people should know before they get no warning as well. Happy Sunday.

Poor quality control. I bought four new tires here which they mounted, but apparently didn't balance. Once on the highway, it started shimmying very badly. I don't live nearby, so I had the wheels balanced locally which fixed the problem. When I got back to Ellensburg a week later, I told them about the problem and the response I got was, "Oh, that shouldn't happen." While the tire prices were good, I wouldn't trust these guys to do a good job or stand by their work.

About 2,000 miles ago I was told by the Kia dealership I would need new brake pads in about 6,000 to 10,000 miles. I took my car to one of the big chain tire shops who told me I need my rotors machined as well, which adds a couple hundred dollars to the bill. I knew that wasn't right based off of what the dealership told me. This was the first brake job on my car and I knew the pads had not deteriorated to the point of damaging the rotors. I left and took my car to Ellensburg Tire Center figuring this would be a good way to test thier honesty. Well they passed with flying colors and the brake pad replacement cost was notably less than what I was quoted at the chain store (even without the rotor work). They did the work astonishingly fast despite being busy(less than 2 hours). They have earned a customer and advocate for life. Don't waste your time with the big chain stores. I hope Ellensburg Tire Center is around for a long time.

Went in and was greeted by a very professional, smiling and knowledgeable young guy, I explained him the problem and he took care of the problem right away. I was in and out within 20-25 minutes. We were traveling and had a defective tire issue on a Sunday afternoon in Ellensburg....great! We had little hope of finding anything open but were surprised to find Ellensburg Tire Center had an emergency after hours number on their closed message. We called and reached Kyle....and he was simply amazing!! He was so busy... answering calls, helping other customers who were already waiting ahead of us... and he continued to help everyone with a smile and such a fantastic attitude. I asked him if he was part of the ownership. He replied "no, I'm just an employee"...well he sells himself short because he is a fantastic find for Ellensburg Tire Center! So I had been looking into wheel and tire packages from Ellensburg Tire Center. I was being helped by Kyle who is a nice fellow. He had quoted me out wheels and tires, and the mounting and balancing and valve stems. The tires were $90 each, the wheels $99.95 each, mount and balance $11.50, and valve stem $3.50. We had spoken a bunch about the fact I was considering buying wheels and tires off the internet, and Kyle told mr that ETC was the ONLY place in Ellensburg who would mount them up. I have called Ellensburg Brake and Bearing, and they will mount up internet purchased wheels/tires as well, so that was a falsehood. Kyle never indicated to me that the price for mounting and balancing was anything different from the "quote" on ticker tape that he handed me. After I bought wheels and tires off the internet, I show up, and it turns out it is Kyle's day off, and a man eho I assume is owner/upper management helps me. He tells me that mounting is included in the price of those tires, and that only balancing is $11.50. So, mounting and balancing is now $15.50 per wheel/tire. Then if I want them bolted on, it is $5 per wheel. Now, I am simply budget minded, those why I bought my wheels and tires off the internet, but I feel that it is rather crooked business practice to go change up the prices once I'm ready to have work done. I chose not to do business with this company, and I won't be going back. Trying to screw people over at the last second is just sad.

Great folks! We had tire problems with our travel trailer while passing through WA. We called ahead to Ellensburg Tire Center for advice and they quickly identified the problem as the wrong type of tires for our trailer. The next morning we were there at 8:00 and out by 8:30, with new tires that were better and cheaper than the originals. The tires worked great as we completed our trip to Vancouver Island. Customer service was fantastic!

When I got a flat Les Schwab insisted that it couldn't be fixed and wanted to sell me 4 new tires. Took it here and was ready to spend $100 less and get 4 new tires, they took one looked and were pretty sure they could fix the tire. Ended up costing $18 and change.
