Had to call cops on them just to stay alive. I went to replace front tires there. And while the process they damaged aluminum rim by the machine. When i came and nicely asked to fix their mistake, instead he hit me, start loudly yell at me and literally kicked out from the office. I thought he was going to kill me! I have videos and pictures how he was hiding legal paper from the wall under the desk. So i had to call 911 to at least leave safely.

This was about what I witnessed at this shop. It had me so angry. There was an employee who was using an American flag as a wash cloth on one of the cars there. Dont every use this establishment for anything.

Stopped by yesterday, was greeted at my vehicle immediately. All of my questions were answered fully; I even gained knowledge regarding tire tread that seemed confusing prior to stopping in. Not once did Darinka seem agitated by my questions, even some I asked twice. Today, I was even more impressed when I was met at my vehicle again while expectations were set regarding my tire purchase. I was able to get my spare tire replaced for a like-new tire that was in near perfect condition at a fraction of the costs I'd been quoted around town! Not only was everyone friendly, and very knowledgeable; the service was perfection! Will definitely be back if needed, and will recommend. Thanks!!

Honest, helpful and fair. Excellent customer service. Needed new tires (they were used tires of course but had 90% thread left) at the last minute and they waited for me. Felt bad but they definitely showed me that not all heroes wear capes. Was greeted with a warm welcome in the cold. If you’re looking for a good tire shop, I recommend these guys.

I got a used tire and later in that night my car started making harsh jerking movements. Once I got home, I found out that they only put 1 of my 5 lugs nuts on. I went back to tell them to only be redirected to another shop that's sells my lug nuts. Do not go there!

Initially I was pleased, service was fast and from what I observed, the employees were honest and hard working. 3 days after I purchased used tires, one of my tires blew out and when I called in, he hung up on me while I was trying to explain that I just wanted at least a replacement(after less than 100 miles). So I went in to see if I could maybe get some kind of replacement or something, only to be told that once used tires leave the shop, it's not in their hands, and for all they know, I got in an accident, or I intentionally damaged the tire. But the problem with that is that you could say the same exact thing for new tires too and it would barely cost them anything to just give me 1 more used tire to compensate for the fact that they sold me a dysfunctional tire that clearly did not receive some sort of quality control/inspection. Overall I'm really disappointed because I thought I found my new source for tires but really what I found was a poorly regulated shop that caters to chumps like me that'll buy tires that are only inches away from blowing up.

Tried buying 2 used tires, tried bargaining ended up agreeing for full price, when I asked about the normal 30 day used tire warranty the guy said "are you crazy? Get out of my shop" and kicked me out. Definitely won't be coming back here.

Great service. Helped me out with my first car. Replaced a motor mount, front axel and gave me good used tires. Tried very hard to find out why my steering wheel voilently shook while going high speeds. Always great prices and vert helpful to my situation.
