Easy to work with and very helpful. I wanted a certain size tire and really didn't have time to wait for the size I wanted. I went with a smaller size, by the end of a couple days, I wasn't happy with the size. They ordered the size I wanted and did the swap. I went to Les Schwab to get a nail out of my tier they said they could do it I waited 2 hours just for them to tell me they could not fix it but could sell me a new set of tiers but could not get them in today so I called around and thankfully found btc tier and they saved the day they got me a new set of tiers for a great price and got it done today super awesome people to work with I will not buy tires any where else I highly recommend best tier center to everyone

I needed snow tires before a deep freeze. The staff was extremely knowledgeable about exactly which tire would be right for my car as well as its life span. The service was great, they rotated my tires after mounting the new ones and I couldn't be happier with the car's handling now, especially after finding out that my car passed the alignment check which was a free service.

Showed up at the shop. Told the guy at the counter what the problem was. Told him my rear passenger tire keep losing air and thought it was because I hopped a curb a month ago and damaged the tire. He took my car keys and drove it into the garage . 20 minutes later, was told there was a nail in my tire, and got fixed free of charge ! I went to Best Tire in Everett originally because they could get the tires and wheels I wanted. However, I ended with much more. These guys worked with me to get the size tire I wanted, which took some fit checks, tweaks, reorder, etc....because of me wanting a specific size that was 'tight'. These guys all worked together as a team and got the job done right! My truck looks awesome now! I will definitely recommend them! Great bunch of guys!

Revised right I had finished this review the manager came in and asked where I just got my alignment done which was sears right down the street maybe 3 blocks and he said take it back and have them redo it cause it failed and gave me a print out of the alignment test he had just conducted. Mind blown!! Great, amazing over the top customer service here, really!!

I have to say, they choose the perfect name for this business. Little back story, I went to 3 other shops that weren't willing to take the time to help me out before stopping at Best Tire Center while just passing by. I was greeted by Anthony and inquired about purchasing some tires because other shops were having trouble getting my tire to seal on my wheel. Let Anthony know what was going on and he said he would give it a shot.... he was able to get my tire mounted and sealed! It's rare that you find a shop that actually takes the time to take care of their customers. Awesome prices and amazing people, thanks again Anthony!

TL;DR ..gave me a free loaner tire and never upselled me. Always looking to help even gave me a military discount being I'm a VET. Highly recommend these guys! Ok where to start. I came in with a busted rim and it was no longer in production. So I needed new tires and rims. These guys never once tried to upsell me or cheat me. Mike (the store manager) and Thomas the office guy, both spent their due diligence making sure I received the best tire and rims for my car given the application( driving to indiana). The tires weren't in stock but I didnt have a donut so the GAVE ME A LOANER FOR FREE! They overnighted my rim givin I didnt have a spare and kept me in the loop in the two days I waited for the rest of tires and rim to show up. These guys are only here to help and make sure you get what YOU want and what suites your budget.gave a military discount for being an Army VET too! Customer for life. Thanks guys.

I absolutely love this place! I wanted to get my friend some tires because his were bald and unsafe. I looked online and saw that Best Tire Center had very good customer service reviews. I gave them a call and they were very helpful. I explained that I was out of town and would not be able to come in to pay. They were not able to take my card over the phone, but were able to set me up with a financing option that did not bother my credit and also gave me 90 days interest free to pay for the tires. My friend came in to get the tires, and Katie from the front desk was absolutely amazing and kept me in the loop every step of the way. She even called to let me know when he was trying to get slick and ask for used tires instead of the new ones I had chosen because he was feeling guilty. She was an absolute gem. My friend loves his tires, and I love the service that I got :) I would absolutely recommend these guys to everyone!

This shop truly is the best tire center. My car is a little unique and proved itself difficult to fit for wheels. Everyone at this shop was accommodating, friendly, and so helpful. Communication was difficult on my end because of my job, but they worked with me and worked with my car. Even after I left them waiting when a tow company bailed on me, they were still more than willing to work with me. I have worked in the auto industry for almost 10 years and even shops that I've done business with and have contracts with aren't this pleasant to work with. I won't buy wheels or tires anywhere else.

Best place and best service I have gotten so far .. Kady a beautiful young lady working as CSR greeted me and explained all my options and I was amazed to hear that they were free including tire repair ,rotation and alignment check .. They repaired the tire and rotation and alignment all free with a smile and I was back on the road within 20 minutes.. Highly recommended best of all .. I bought new tires from Wal-Mart a month back and had to deal with rude managers there .. I wish i had spend my money at Best tire center .. They deserve everybody business. My other car needs tires very soon and this is the only place I will be going to ..no more 3 -4 HR waiting at Wal-Mart to get new tires ....and deal with rude and confused MN managers..

I went to this place yesterday for two tires...at first they told me it would cost $350.00 for two tires...everything included...which kind of high for my budget. So I told them that if it's under $300.00 then I'll do it. They then checked in the system and told me he would meet me at $320.00. So I agreed... After everything's done, I checked the receipt...to my surprise they sold me the cheaper ones and added the "Tires Protection Plans" for me without my knowledge...just so it sounds like they're giving a discount, but in reality I'm paying for a lower quality tires with a tires protection plans. When I called the store to ask him about it he said it's the lady's fault for not letting me know. Thanks, I will not come here again for any services.
