I trip there because I needed a new tire. The owner sold me a tire with a hole in it. Good thing I went home because had I planned on doing my day I would have been on the freeway and probably wrecked because the whole grew larger and I had to return back to the shop. When asked, he stated he knew there was a hole in the tire. So customer service very poor

not only are these guys amazing with their prices they always give me a fair deal. today however needing four tires but could barely afford two. there was a gentleman waiting in the lobby who overheard me talking to the owner saying how I couldn't afford that at the moment. I was in a time crunch to pick up my daughter and paid for 2 tires I left about 30 minutes later I came back to have them install the two new tires. I was informed by the owner that the gentleman standing in the lobby paid for two more tires for me. I am humbled I'm so impressed by the kindness of strangers it is unbelievable. what a generous person and such an amazing gift.

This place is amazing! They get really busy so first park in the back if there is no space to park. Then go talk to them. They will take care of you. I was out of there in about 45 mins. Great service and save a lot of money. I definitely recommend this place!

The owner is very rude and inconsiderate. I rate this view a one star not only because they sold me a tire that was made in 2008 but the owner told me he would replace the 11 year old tire and sell me a tire for 35 for my other front tire plus his company is telling people false advertisement SMH LOOK AT THE PICTURE AND TELL ME IT DOESN'T SAY $18 FOR ANY USED TIRE what ashame but hey that's what happens when you do business with a company that sell their community false advertising good customer service but HORRIBLE BUSINESS PEOPLE by the way if they respond on this comet it would it say I didn't say that and we don't do business like that and so on and so for so if you talk to the owner or anyone else make sure your tire isn't eleven years old and record him so you don't get screwed over by him. Their tires are $35 plus labor.

I got my tires and wheels done here because of their reviews. My experience there truly validates their google reviews. I would recommend anyone to come here, especially if you are looking to improve your car look. Very professional and patient. I felt a little bit rushed but they ensured that whatever I was buying was my decision and not theirs. Definitely coming back here. The owner even let me test drive his car to get a feel for the 20 inch wheels.

Bought new rims and tires (supposed to be) two weeks ago and one of my tire's has gashes out of it (noticed just the other day), When I left, my car shaked a little, figured I needed an alignment, 2 days later on my way to get one my car starts to shake more and hear a weird noise. When I pull it, come to find out one of my wheels lugnuts were not all the way secure and lost one of them in the process. I or someone else could of been serious injured if my town came off while driving because one of the workers did not ensure all of the lugnuts were tightened. Not a way to do business and a for sure way to not have return business.

My tire blew out on the freeway and I called to see if they had room for my vehicle to be towed there, they did. They scheduled me in. Once I arrived I was worried the shop was too small and it looked to be busy. They Made sure That my car could get in safely. They immediately assisted me, went over prices, stayed within my budget , didn’t try to upsale me, and were open and honest. They kept in great communication, and although they are dealing with multiple customers, they finish their dealings with each individual first. I didn’t feel rushed and it was a cam environment. The owner is really outstanding, as his employees keep busy, but he is out assisting where we he can. It is so nice. If you’re sitting in the office they even take heed of the weather and try to keep the heat in. They explain your bill and go over everything with you and really try to make sure that you are able to understand. They even give you future advice on the maintenance of your repairs. I am extremely particular and they exceeded my standards. You won’t be disappointed here.
