I brought my vehicle in at 8am for an inspection. I called several times throughout the day to check on the status of my vehicle and was told it wasn’t ready because they were backed up(which is fine). I called before they closed and was told it still wasn’t ready. Nobody ever called at all or to say we were keeping the vehicle overnight. I go the next morning to get my vehicle to take it somewhere else and the guy at the store says it was ready yesterday at 5:30 which was a lie because I called multiple times and was told it wasn’t ready. If it was ready, why did no one bother to call and say so! The individual at the store did not apologize for the delay or not calling on either day! This is the most unprofessional place, you’ll be better served taking your vehicle elsewhere.

12 day old tires already going bad. Very disappointed in my service. They talk too quick with tire lingo and don’t explain what you get or don’t get with your purchase. I was only offered alignment and nothing else but I was told it is in their spiel. You should take the time to actually explain to your customers, we are not in the tire business! Sadly you have lost a customer, but the guy at the counter didn’t seem to care. Update: So I was contacted by another person in the store 7 hours later. Who is the person who “resolves” issues. He told me the complete opposite of what I was told by the “manager” this morning. what a joke! He said if he was there he would of helped me and fixed the situation. So basically I was lied to this morning, by the “manager”. I already took it to a better company today who is helpful and friendly and quick. Don’t waste your money here, it might be cheaper but you get what you pay for. What a shame!

Will never go here again. First time we went we just needed an alignment and tire rotation. Gave us our car back and our steering wheel had to be sideways to drive straight took them 4 hours. Took it back they realigned 3hours it had me drive it around was EXACTLY the same told them then took them another hour to finally align it right does it really take 8 hours for an alignment?! I could have done better and fast in my auto shop in high school. Then went there again today to get our state inspection. IT TOOK THEM 7 HOURS!!!!! We dropped the car off at 11:15, finally go our car back at 6pm at night!!!! Like how ridiculous I can see maybe an hour or two they are busy I get it. We kept driving past our car, stayed there for 5 hours before they even looked at it!!!! Never again. This place sucks full of crappy machanics who could care less about a job well done in a reasonable amount of time. We will be telling everyone we know I'm the military to not come here that my husband knows so we can save them they time and money not going here.

Lug nuts not tightened properly!!! Customer safety is not a priority! I left my vehicle at 9am on Sunday for an oil change and tire rotation. Jason said it would be a couple of hours. I finally called back at 4pm (they close at 5pm) and asked if my vehicle would be ready. I was told to come at 4:30 they were rotating the tires now. When I picked up the vehicle there was a terrible noise coming from the tires and a noise in the driver front tire area. I drive the car back to the location and Jason said they didn't do anything to the tires and would rotate them back. A service technician came out and I explained the issue to him, he drove the car, he heard the noise in the right front tire but the louder noise only happened at over 40mph. He took he car back inside and when he brought it back he said he re-torqued the lug nuts. The noise was now gone. I will never return to any Tread Quarters after this experience. This was a serious safety issue that could have resulted in an accident or worse!

Been bringing my car here for years as I live not too far and it’s convenient. Needed help inspection done, dropped off early in the morning, paid someone to drive me around to conduct business for the day, came back at 1pm asked a guy coming in when my truck would be inspected, he literally said “I dunno ask the state inspector”. I just left again and didn’t say anything. Came back at 4:30 and truck was sitting in the same spot. Wasted a full day, wasted money, and they just shrug their shoulders. Not a care in the world. Wish I could do a negative 2 stars and I would. Literally can’t even say it was a one star because I receive no service. Not even someone concerned.

I made an appointment online for an oil change for in the early morning. Still waited an hour and a half for them to even take my car back. I have gone here a few times before for different things. Not sure if they are understaffed or just take on more business than they can handle, but there is always an overly long wait. Don't bother with online appointments because they don't seem to matter.

Unfortunately I did not experience a professional interaction at this location. I set an appointment to have my oil changed and needed it absolutely done that day for reasons of leaving town. When I arrived to the location, I was informed that the technicians were sent home to take their kids trick-or-treating. When I asked why I hadn’t received a call, the technician at the front desk informed me that she had made a mistake, was backed up all day and as a result did not get to call me. While it is not my intent to complain, I do want to address this situation. I just wish I would have been notified prior to driving the miles and having to be relocated for reasons beyond my control. If the company sets an appointment it should be honored before the techs are released for less pertinent matters.

Took my car to my dealership and was told that my tires were “not drivable” and that it wouldn’t be safe at all to drive anywhere on them but that the dealership couldn’t replace them that day and didn’t have a loaner for me, I scramble to find a tire place that was still open at that time of night. I called tread quarters at 6 o’clock, got my card in them by 615, and they were able to set me up with a whole new set of tires and balancing with no heads up. They even stayed 15 minutes after closing to finish up the job for me. Thanks so much Martin, Mark, and Michael! You guys are Life savers!

Martin and Jason were on point, and don’t forget the back of the house. 4 new tires 75,000 mile Yoko’s, alignment, oil change, tire protection, and state inspection done within 4 hours, WALK IN! No appointment set! They asked me if I wanted synthetic oil or regular oil; they didn’t just put whatever oil would make them the most money. I drive a 2016 Ford Transit 250, and they had the tires needed for my vehicle in stock and for a very fair price. What I like most about this place was the price I was quoted was the SAME price I was charged when I picked up the van, I guess I forgot CAR places did that.

Although I have lived within walking distance, this was the first time I have used this location. Store 703 on VB Blvd has an exceptional team of technicians which ensured me that I was getting the best service. The store manager Martin McInally was extremely helpful from the minute I walked through the door. He informed me that the store only had two of the tires I inquired about, but he would go grab the other two from a different store. He then asked if I would be willing to upgrade to the next level of quality tire, which he had 4 in house, for the exact same price. That decision took all of 2 seconds. He then informed his technician that I was receiving the different tires, and because the ones I requested online were not available. He then told the me that he was going to align the vehicle at no charge because of the situation. So, let's just say that although the tires I ordered online were not at the store, Martin and his crew made sure that I left their store with tires that were equal or better in quality. Yes, I received a discount on the tires, and the alignment was free, however, I am writing this review because of the sincerity, expertise, professionalism, and overall experience of the staff that I received today.

I started using Tread Quarters on the blvd about a year ago. I have always delt with Martin, he has always taken care of what I need fixed or even the simple oil changes on my girlfriends vehicle and mine. My last visit was like a week or so ago, I pulled up because my girlfriends TPMS sensors where flashing two tires were low on air. Quite a common problem during the winter months. Martin notice our car from in side the shop, and came out side, and greated us and ask why we were visiting I told him about the TPMS sensors. He went right to work checking the air pressure of each tire even tho I only asked him to check the two the car was warning is about. He took care off all four tires and this was a free service!! The last time I brought my vehicle in for in oil change Martin pointed out to me that the inside of my rear tire was down to threads nothing I would have saw because the out side looked great, really saved me from a road side disaster. Overall I would recommend this tread quarters to not just the general public but friends and family. They are my recommendation for anyone seeking vehicle maintenance!!

I will never do business here again! I have had to take my car back now 5 times for them to fix what should have been done right the first time. Brand new tire w/ leak 3x, put in my filter wrong during oil change 1x and now they forgot to clear my ck engine light and the guys has gone home. I have to go back tomorrow 5x.
