I came in for four new tires the front desk lady quoted me a price and when I return the next day she asked me what quote did she give me because she didn’t write it down mind you while standing there with her doing the quote I wrote it down on my phone notes with the appt time, she stated the quote was a mistake, ok fine we searched for another set of tire within the quote she give me-all was we’ll at least that’s what I thought until the owner calls me stating I was disrespectful while inside of his business because this is what she told him. We never argue we even laughed and talked about the spa and etc. so this caught me completely off guard and out of nowhere I was being accused of something falsely. I got the other set of tires and even had my car inspected while I waited an extra 2 hours. Everyone that knows me know I’m a humble person. I can’t believe this happened to me but god knows what really happened and I am going to leave it with him to take care of, she messed up and blame me for her mistake to take it off of her. The owner was very rude and did not want to hear anything I had to say, he even hung the phone up in my face. BUT YOU CALLED ME ABOUT BEING UNPLEASANT and UNProfessional. I never had a problem with them before never.

NEVER GOING BACK! Before coming in I clearly asked how much to diagnose the issue with my car leaking power steering fluid. Within 15-20 minutes they told me it was because of the O rings being worn out. But he made it seem so simple and that it was nothing to worry about. And never did he ask to repair it. So I was under the impression it was something quick that he was just going to look out and do. Turns out they wanted $170!! Wasn't clear at all about what he was gonna do next. Had I known it was gonna cost that much for something simple as O rings I would've taken it to my uncle. Just needed diagnosis. I'd never go back! They got their money but they lost a customer and I was gonna come back to get wheel alignment.

Have been to TNT numerous times and have always had great service! The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the last time we were there they charged us labor to repair something that was still under parts warranty. But it wasn't much so I wasn't too upset but I still think the labor should have been included in the warranty. But overall I am happy with how they treat myself and my husband. They always call before doing anything. Would absolutely recommend them!

We only got an inspection. But from the recommendations they made I know they did a throughout inspection. Waiting area is small but comfy, I highly recommend an appointment. I was surprised to find out they have a Honda mechanic, so I will be back since our 08 Element is getting up there in miles.

I will say, I have never been treated so well by a mechanic's shop as I was here. They put me ahead of profit and even, and unexpectedly, pushed me for the best overall option. Please read below for the details, it will not be a long story, but it will show how they put customers first and go the extra mile. I popped a tire on a road trip home, after changing to the spare tire I called TNT because of their high ratings on google reviews. They were able to make time for me on short notice and I hurried there. Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately and we jumped straight to the issue without the mindless chatter or waiting. My tire was fine, the rim was bent, which was worse than I imagined. However, my attendent offered me 3 solutions. I could be recommended to a shop that would repair it or replace it. Knowing I wasn't wanting to stay overnight and he forwarned me that to repair it properly might take over night and part deliveries wouldn't occur at the time because it was past deliveries. It was not recommended for me. The next option was to buy new ones that were available at the shop discounted because they were lightly used. This option seemed the best to me. The last option was to straighted my bent rim enough to hold air and get me on my journey to home. I was in favor of new parts versus trying to repair it crudely, however, I was assured it would not hurt to try it as I would have to replace it if it failed either way. I agreed. The repair was made and I was brought back to see the tests of it, done with fluids to observe if it bubbled or not (indication of an air leak) and it looked well done. The tire was then put back onto the car and checked under the weight of the car, it held. As I waited for them to bring it around I feared the mess of my spare tire sitting in my seat and a huge bill, the usual expectation of mechanic's shops. However, they put my spare away along with the jack and tools that I had strewn about the trunk from hasty change and the bill was minimal. I actually thought I misheard it at first. I was given instructions to make sure it held, such as monitor my gauge for alerts and if I saw one to use a pressure checker on the tire, not having one they gave me one to make sure I was equipped to monitor the tire. Which is still holding fine. All in all, I can say from start to finish my well being and safety was put first along with the shop not trying to rip me off with uneeded parts, tests or charges. I made it home only 1 hour later then intended despite having a flat and having to get it fixed. I only wish they were located closer so I could visit the shop more often.

The BEST customer service in Richmond! I called Kevin after having my tie rod break while driving. I was upset and he calmed me right down, sent me a tow company in the area and immediately saw me at his shop. Once my vehicle arrived he stayed in constant contact let me know everything that needed repair, and explained in detail. He stayed within my budget and even helped me plan out getting the next repairs done. I've never been more pleased with a mechanic. You are treated like royalty, even if you're on a budget. Nothing is pressured on you and I left feeling informed and very satisfied with my choices. My vehicle is doing great too! I wanted to chime in one the praise for these guys at top notch. MY first experience at top notch I waited for my truck to be worked on. I went inquiring about truck tires. Kevin quickly researched prices and lead me to a perfect choice. The service is very personal, these guys really take their time with you. At one point Kevin offered me his personal car to go get breakfast while they worked on my truck. Since then this team worked on my motor cycle, my wife's motorcycle both mustang . Kevin is searching for tires for my mustang as we speak. Thank you Tony introducing Top notch to me. My family and I were driving from Maryland to Savannah, VA when we hit a rock on the I-295 South Richmond Bypass. The tire was completely destroyed and our car does not have a spare. We got a tow to top notch tire where they were able to squeeze us in as an emergency. Within an hour we had our tire replaced and we were back on the road. The waiting area was very nice and comfortable. We still made it to Savannah, VA that evening even after the delay. Thanks for everything Top-Notch Tire.
