Was in the area for an event. As I got ready to head home, the low tire pressure light came on. It's about a two hour drive home. No way I wanted to risk it. Stopped in here. Nice gentleman checked all four tires, reinflated the one that was low (several times... it was low). When I asked what I owed he said "nothing". I greatly appreciate the service. And would recommend anyone that needs tires to check with these guys... (I overheard part of a phone call where they quoted a price to a customer... very reasonable prices!)

Been using “Used Tires & More” for sometime. Many years. Seems they have so much going on now and so many different guys. In the last past 5months I’ve had to purchase 6 plus tires from them due to flats. Have two vehicles and help my mom out from time to time. Use to get good tires from them but now seems like they just throw anything on your car due to they’ve built their service up. Well you have to keep that same service. When you return with an issue they seem to not care and it’s “Not our fault) one of the guys said “ Well we can’t help you if you run over something. Sr, I said this is my 6th tire I been driving long enough to know I’m not hitting anything. I’ve even tip some of the guys cause of exceptional service in the pass. Today will be my last time returning here. I’m back with another flat tire and with my receipt and it’s only been like 18days of purchasing this one. JUST RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS As I’m writing my review another guy pulls up and say” This is the second replacement why are they going flat with slow leeks?” With everything going on in the world keep this up and this place will be out of business! I HOPE THE OWNER READD THIS AND FIX It FAST!

This is the second time that I come to Tire and More to purchase tires for my company trucks. The first time I came looking for tires, they had a new set they sold me at fair price. The second time I came looking for two tires and they did not have any new ones. The gentleman that helped me out said he could get me two new tires the next day and offered to put on two other tires while my new ones came in since my tires were worn. I will definitely go back to them for tires as their customer service has left me impressed.

Most honest folks I have met in a while. Refused to replace a tire I was told had a nail in it by Sheehy Toyota Fredericksburg because after testing it several ways including submersion could not find anything wrong with it. Over 30 mins of carefully checking each tire to make sure I was safe on the road charged me nothing. They have my business!

Just left. Pulled up and dude had an attitude like I was bothering him by bringing my business there. Didn't ask me one question about what I need or anything but start lifting up my truck only to be told by another worker he lifting up the wrong side. Yes I was on him from the beginning because of his attitude and the last time I came they did a half sloppy job and my tire popped on 95 after I left with my kids in the car. So his attitude didn't give me the security it won't happen again. Because of that after his guy told me they had my tire he told me they didn't have my tire! TRASH SERVICE

UPDATE: I had to go back last week for my honda and they blew me away once again! I believe the gentlemans name was Chris and I think he is the owners son? He was busy but took GREAT care of me like I was the only one there. He was fair, courteous and quick. Thank you Tires and More once again and I will continue to spread the word of your AWESOME service! I have been to this business multiple times once for my Mercedes and then secondly for my Honda each time they have been professional quick honest and reasonably priced thank you to Tid and Trent among everyone else whose names I have forgotten I really appreciate appreciate them and I will be back.

I appreciate their honesty. I had a valve stem break on my tire and assumed I needed to replace the tire, so I called Tired and More asking for the cost of a used tire. The guy could of taken me for the $100 or so it would of cost for a tire and mounting, but instead he was honest and told me I could just replace the valve stem for $10. If you need a tire plugged/repaired, or replaced, GO TO TIRES AND MORE. In the auto repair business, you need to reward honesty.

Needed a tire at 630 on the way home from Warrenton to Fredericksburg and googled Tire shops. I clicked on this purely because their name was exactly what I needed. TIRES. I can honestly say the entire experience from calling to check price and availability to putting the tires on was TOP NOTCH. The owner was professional, courteous and while having a bunch of employees still is mounting tires himself. Great work ethic. Great place in a convenient location.

The service from the men service department was excellent but the office manager the lady looked like she was drunk or on drugs slurring her words and everything else I don't think I'll recommend this to anybody else. I really hope the owner reads these.

Honest mechanics. Didn't get some bs explanation. Quickly analyzed the issue. Let me know they couldn't fix the problem and why but they'd do what they could to give me a temporary fix if that's what I wanted. **Update** Its been over a month and I haven't had any leaks since they worked on my tires. It just needed the seal to be redone. So thanks for fixing my problem.

#1 BEST tire shop in the area, these guys work very hard to get you out of there as fast as they can and give great deals that you honestly can't find anywhere else.. Other tire shops will jack the price up super high for these used tires but these guys understand that the tires are USED and should only be sold at very reasonable prices!

I can't say enough good things about this business. The first time I went there, I had a blow out on 95. I was lucky enough to be at this exit. It was a Sunday and while I was contemplating what I was going to do, I looked up and there it was-Tires and More. They were open! I walked across the road, because I was worried that my wheel would be ruined or I may cause an accident if I drove there. It was obvious that the employees had just sat down to lunch and even though I insisted they take their lunch first, that I wasn't in any hurry, an employee got up and assisted me. He walked across the road and put on my spare, which was buried in the back of my work vehicle. I drove across the road, had two tire changed and was on my way. Even though I live in Maryland, I have been back and will go back again. This is how businesses used to be and should be.
