My girlfriend needed a door handle put on a 2012 Nissan Versa and was told it would be $200 in parts and labor or $80 if I brought in the part, because "they would have to take door panel off and go into the door to fix it". I looked up some videos online and realized it was only ONE impact bolt that had to be taken out of the door. No need to even remove door panel, just open door, remove black cover and take volt out....whole process took post than 5 minutes. Also got our appointment time wrong for when we were supposed to come back to get reinspected.

My car has been there for three days now. I have to keep calling myself to find out what’s going on with my car, and every time I do call, I have to remind them of which car is mine and what is going on with it and remind them of my name as well. Each time, they hadn’t even gotten to it yet!

Very friendly and helpful. However their communication is severely lacking. Multiple times our vehicle had delays and no update was made to us. I called just now and was told sorry we have one guy on vacation and another on paternity leave so we might start on your car tomorrow. It was supposed to be complete today and this is a 3 day job. So we are left in the lurch with no vehicle again. Great teamwork Team Hutchens.
