New to the area needed inspection plus tire rotation and oil change for my 2010 VW. Superior came highly recommended and didn't disappoint. Scheduling online was quick and easy. I got the time I needed for a "wait" appointment. I arrived when planned. Car was taken in right away and I was out in under an hour. The wait area isn't large or plush but it's sufficient and talking with Shannon about cars adds pleasantness to the experience. Will definitely be using Superior for future maintenance and repair needs.

We had a road emergency on the way through I-64 on a busy Friday, and stopped by for them to check on the issue. They were fast to bring the car in and assess the issue, and bent over backwards to get the parts as quickly as they could. They expedited the repair to get us back on the road to make the flight I had to catch. Great, friendly people working at the shop, and would highly recommend!

I got an inspection and oil change on my car today, and it was done in exactly 1 hour, which was the estimated time they gave me. Most other auto service shops say 45 mins to an hour, but always take longer. I was also able to get a quote and book an appointment online prior to visiting. I will definitely come here again.

My wife took her car here for state inspection. They told her that both of her boots were "cut" and told her that she needed to replace her entire rack and pinion system for a grand total of $1600 in order to pass inspection. When she told them that she had to replace the tie rods the year before they said that the prior mechanic must've been the one who cut the boots. She had them put a rejection sticker on the car and I took it to my personal mechanic. He said there was only wear and tear damage on the front right boot. The rack and pinion system did not need to be replaced and I got her car fixed for less than $200. I don't appreciate them trying to rip us off. I would avoid this place.

I am a Female who relies heavily on my vehicle with respect to my business. As a previous customer, at Superior, I had a SECOND radiator installed on my jeep(free of charge). Six weeks later I began to experience transmission slippage. A diagnosis of transmission fluid leakage from lines connected to the radiator has resulted in a $1100 transmission rebuild charge. After communicating with Richie(owner of the shop) he claims no culpability in the loss of my transmission. In fact, my integrity was called into question!! As a small business owner myself, I feel this review is warranted given the fact I would have tried harder to achieve customer satisfaction. I am not a mean spirited person, however, I feel very much mistreated in this instance.
