This place is a joke, called about two tires on my 07 F-150 and was told they had many in my size, when I arrived I was told hold on we're gonna go find those tires, you have to find them? I was then told they were sent to another sam's location and was told by them they never received the size tires I needed from there other store, seriously you run a business......... The staff are liars and pathetic I highly advise calling around to other places like Mincz Tire on boulevard over near the diamond, I actually spent less for both tires and even less to mount them. I refuse to advise going to this place for there lack of business ethics, I seriously don't know how there still in business. Like I said this place is seriously a joke.

i've been buying tires for years from sam's, never had a problem. Then i bought two tires and they swiped my credit card. then the guy told me he needed the card and put it in a different card reader. i asked him what he was doing, he assured me it was fine. two days later my card was being used fraudulently. reported to the better business bureau.

Great place. The GUY is awesome here. Don't take you for a ride. Comes in straight about your tire needs. Many options from cheap ones to the very decent ones that look as new. I have. OK. yes, they are cheap, and those [insert favorite ethnicity group here] are really hard workers and fast, BUT BEWARE !! you get what you pay for. and essentially that is dry rot tires. honestly i have had two separate personal experiences of tires falling apart at the tread. NEVER AGAIN will i buy used. it's just not worth it. my personal safety is at risk. a 30 day warranty means nothing. if they could stand by their product for a whole year, then i might reconsider. but as i said, the safety of my family is my main concern. one quick tip. you can actually check the mfr. date of the tire by a series of numbers on the sidewall (google it). NO MATTER WHAT - request a tire that is less than 2 years old and hasn't been sitting in the hot junkyard sun exposed to the elements for a few years. if they don't have it, go buy new.

Listen. If you ever have to replace your tire pressure sensors and have to have them calibrated to your vehicle, come here FIRST. They ain't gone kill ya on the price and you'll be in and out in 10 minutes. Very satisfied customer here!!!

It's a hit or a miss. They do not hesitate to sell bad tires hoping people won't return them. Bought front tires from them, steering wheel wouldn't stop shaking, went back for balancing, the manager guy said someone sold you a bad tire. Then I showed him the receipt showing it was him. The look on his face and changed attitude, priceless. But he still didn't want to replace it. Credit card dispute.

The staff are really nice. The chamberlayne location is small so it can be hard to find where to park your car. While it doesn't take them long to change your tire or anything, if your tire isn't in stock, they might go pick it up from another shop which can take some time. Otherwise decent place to go to.

I called to get pricing on a tire. He asked for the size of the tire, which I don't know. I asked if I can provide the year, make, and model of my vehicle instead, which he said yes. After I gave him the details, he quickly said he didn't know the size of my tire so call back when I get the size and he hung up.

They put 2 tire's on my vehicle and I was flat in the morning they must not even check the tires for leaks after they mount them or I think the bottom line is that they just don't care and very rude went to another tire dealer and the valve stem was leaking so if they check tires for leaks they would have seen this but that's what bean lazy will do for your business so the morrow to this is do the job right or get fired

This place is trash , they sold me a messed up tire. It blew out within 4 days when I took it back they said they couldn’t fix it or give me a new tire regardless what the receipt said. The guy that’s in charge is one angry person.When I proved to him the tire I bought had a leak he got upset and got one of the other guys to finish the job and every time I’ve been there afterwards I get attitude.The tires always end up going flat.My last visit in Jan.I returned because the tire kept going flat so I knew I needed some sealant which fix the problem but I got attitude the whole time while they were fixing the leak.Then I was charge for another stem which was $10 and the stem I had on it was new.So when I spoke on that the guy in charge took $5 off.Two days ago I looked and noticed the stem I paid for wasn’t new and it was stripped.Im done with these guys and I’m sure Sam who owns this shop on Chamberlayne Ave wouldn’t appreciate this service.

Sam's Tire Spot is our go to spot for tires. They have a huge selection and work so quickly. We had a tire blow out on us and left us stranded but we called Sam's New and Used Tire and not only did he have our tire in stock, he gave us quick service and we were back on the road in thirty minutes. We highly recommend!

the staff was abrupt and rude; I needed a Tire to put on my rims not only did he not me any discounts for trading a tire, they didn't even offer me my own tire back (which was perfectly good, just didn't match my car). Today a tire I bought from them a month ago blew out on the interstate on- they sold me one with dry rot.

A little earlier, I called this place looking for a used tire for my car. The dude that answered the phone asked me what size I needed, and when I said that I didn't know and asked if he could look it up for me, he hung up on me instead. Then, when I called back with size of the tire I needed, the phone didn't even ring because he must have declined my call. I know this because I tried the number like three more times thinking that there was a technical difficulty, and then I waited about 15 minutes and called back again he answered because at that point he obviously didn't recognize my number. I think I'll take my business elsewhere thank you very much!
