Brought in a vehicle for an oil change and to change a tire. John told me the tire still had life and not to change it yet. That honesty combined with good service and price means that I will be coming back for future service on my vehicles.

this review is actually 60,000 miles late. i had salisbury order me some michelin tires and install them, they gave me a fair price and 60,000 miles later there has been no installation problems with the tires at all. leaving this review now because i'm getting ready to have them do it again this summer.

I believe that I receive good service and have not been taken advantage of or talked-down-to because of being female and/or not knowledgeable about what it takes to repair a vehicle. The employees have always been kind and accommodating and most of my wait times have been decently quick.

Bruce and his crew have taken care of my family vehicles for 18 years. If you think there are no more honest and competent mechanics- you are wrong- they are at Salisbury. They work on my new company car, they keep my 1985 F150 on the road, and my daughters have learned- take your car to Bruce. Would recommend them to friends and family. Reasonable prices, great service, fast work. This is as good as it gets.

My wife just took her Santa Fe in to have a flat tire repaired and the techs jumped right on it and had it fixed in no time. They even put the spare tire back! We take all of our vehicles here now and they've yet to let us down.

At another shop in Richmond I was told I needed a front axle. And quoted me 707.00 dollars to fix it. Which I have a fairly new car. I didn’t believe it. So I brought my car here to be looked at. And I was told both axles were good. Thank you for being honest with me. You guys will have my business for now on.

After having them recommended that us, we were very disappointed. We took my van in for inspection. They told.me.the rack and pinion was bad, as well as a other things, with a total estimate over $800. We were skeptical, and decided to get a second opinion. We.took to 2 other auto shops. The rack & pinion were not bad-we only had to replace a bulb and windshield wiper. Afterwards we talked to others who have had the same issue. This is why we dont have our cars repaired or inspected in Powhatan-lack of.honesty.
