Well I have been a customer of R and R forever. I've always had a good experience with Craig, Luis and Shawn especially when they were at the Little Store. On today I had to call the First Colonial Store and I explained to Shawn that I needed a rebalance after going into a store yesterday for a rebalance, tire rotation and flat repair. I don't want to mention any names, I feel like the manager Will handle it well. I had some damage done to my vehicle for the first time after all these years.Will informed me an adjuster will be calling next week to handle the repairs. I told him I'm not the type of person to go to the Owner, District or Regional manager. If we can resolve the issue and get my vehicle back or to it's best stage that it was before the damage was done. We can handle it at the store level. Any Shawn accepted me to come and rebalance my Armanda after explaining I felt more comfortable going out my way just to get the service done even though I live right near the Norfolk Store. Luis P really took his time and actually showed me tires that wasn't balance at all with the old weights still on it. Some wasn't balance at all One or two tires had weights way over the machine specified for my tire. Example 10 oz over when it required 1 oz. On the behalf of Terrell Roach please do something to show our gratitude for a hard-working Luis p that did my vehicle correctly and explain what he experienced that wasn't done yesterday May 30. Mike with RNR was Awesome and very informative about the choices that we had with the finance options. Even though we hit some snags along the way with the set of tires that we had chose. The 1st 2 went on just fine the last 2 once on the rim and balanced they were not holding air. After closer inspection by Mike and the Tech (I forget his name), there was a small slit in the side wall of both tires. When Mike delivered the news at first I was a bit disappointed, but then thinking about it I became grateful that he caught it before we left with them and something major happen to us or the car. Mike then ordered 4 new tires to be delivered around 3 pm. We showed up early and the tires weren't in yet, we left and came back and still weren't in due to traffic in Norfolk where they were coming from. Once finally getting to the store they got me in and out. In the process of waiting Mike was more than Apologetic, which was awesome he definitely took ownership of the mistake and tried to make it right!! He gave my 3 y/o son a little surprise too. Lisa the Assistant Store manager even helped a little to make me a satisfied customer. Trust me they did a great job and I would definitely come back.

Was really in need of new tires and a tire alignment and these guys really took care of me especially around the holiday. Craig gave me a low solid price for tires that were worth way more than I paid for them. He was even willing to work with me over a month until I was able to save up the money to afford the work on my tires. Hi - this place is great! I live in Norfolk and driving to the oceanfront the low tire symbol came on in my car. Since I wasn't familiar with the area I googled tire shops. RNR tire came up so I gave them a call. They were very nice and told me to come right in. The store manager, Sean, took care of me as soon as I walked in the door. It turned out I had a nail in my tire - Sean had it patched and I was on my way quickly. The store is clean, nice waiting area (with a Keurig!). The customer service is excellent! Sean saved the day!! What an AWESOME manager! I was out running errands on Saturday when I noticed one of my tires was almost flat and a screw stuck in it. I frantically started calling around tire stores but some were not open. Thankfully, when I reached RNR the friendly staff said I could bring in my Honda. The shop was closing in less than 10 minutes but Sean personally took my car and fixed the tire SUPER FAST at NO charge. I am so grateful that Sean took care of me at the last minute so I could get back on the road without a worry. The showroom is very nice and it has a spectacular selection of rims. RNR did an awesome job on my car!! The people there are easy to talk to and they understand what I was trying to do with my car. I had a hard time finding a tire place that would stretch my tires until I went to RNR. So if anyone is trying to find a place to get their tires stretched go there they will do it no problem. They will do everything the right way that it needs to be done and for a reasonable price.

Was real excited to get my truck looking right. Even dropped over $1200 on tires and the leveling kit. Was promised a two delivery and work. that was on the 20th. RnR didnt charge my account until the 28th. Ive patiently waited on any notification regarding the status . No phone calls were made to me as a courtesy Call about delays or hold ups. Finally today the Jan the 2nd. I had to personally go inside the store to ask for a refund. . and they had the nerve to rip me off for a Call at... $1. Can ya believe this shit.! Its real and I'm going back to pongo or production hopefully they have a better business ethics...

Stopped by the other day to see if they could put a tire on my car. I had a leak plugged at a local gas station, but they couldn't put the tire back on my car?? (See separate 1 star review for that non-service station). The guys at RNR were great - the technician asked me if I wanted him to fix the leak or just put the tire out. Turns out the first place didn't even fix the leak properly and RNR caught it! They fixed 2 leaks and mounted the tire back on my car very fast. Huge thank you to Luis!! Not to mention, RNR was a great independent radio station in Annapolis, so that doesn't hurt! I will absolutely go there when I need to replace my tires.

These guys are the best. Seriously. I got a nail stuck in my tire and it was losing air, so I called them up as they were the nearest tire shop. They told me to come on over, and gave me a time estimate over the phone. When I got there, they immediately checked my vehicle in and got the repair underway. They finished within the timeframe they gave me, did a great job, and didn't even charge me for it, even though I haven't ever done business with them. They all seemed friendly and helpful, but I'd like to personally thank Luis Lugo, the guy that got me back on the road. He was super nice, very professional, and made my visit quite pleasant from the moment I stepped in the door to the moment I pulled out of the lot. I have never needed to buy new tires, but rest assured that when I do, RNR will be my first stop. They've got a huge selection and knowledgeable staff. I came in with a number in mind and cash in hand. Mike was helping me by telling me prices and style options. I was there for maybe 20 minutes, bought rims and tires, stayed within my budget and had them mounted immediately. Very very professional and courteous. Like I said, reviews are a big deal to me. I went into RnR looking to get rims, tires and lift for my Jeep and my fiancé's 4Runner. Gerald was awesome! He answered every question I had. Gave me multiple quotes when I needed it. We also had issues with the 4Runner and even though he was not there the shop made sure it was done right. RnR and Gerald made the experience a lot more enjoyable then I have had in the past at other shops. I went in skeptical, and came out extremely happy with the look of my vehicle and my fiancé's. The folks working here were great. I came to them with a nail in a tire and also thinking that I had a tire balance issue but the technician quickly determined it was a bad wheel bearing. After letting them know I was unsure when/where I would get my vehicle repaired they gave me a fair estimate for the work and also fixed the nail in my tire free of charge. I was extremely impressed by the quality of customer service that was provided to me and choose them to fix my problem. They had availability the next day and took care of it. Will definitely use their services again.

Mike and Ricky are the best!! I was in a pinch and needed a tire mounted and balanced quickly. I was about to take a road trip when i noticed my tire was flat!! It was on a Saturday, and most places were closed. The ones that were open, were charging an arm and a leg, not to mention quoting me a two hour wait. I called the guys at RNR and they said bring it on down, we'll have you back on the road in twenty minutes. When I got there, I was greeted by Mike and he made me feel like he genuinely cared about my predicament. He quickly handed off the tire and rim to Ricky, who had it mounted, balanced, and I was out the door within TEN MINUTES!! I am in a customer service field and i treat everyone i encounter with respect, courtesy, and compassion. It's really nice to be treated the same way! I went into this shop looking for new rims and tires for Jeep Wrangler that were in stock. Gerald went above and beyond my expectations. He searched his inventory and every other store location just to find me what I need. He knew I wasn’t leaving that store until I got what I came for. After he found both rims and tires at two different locations, he said to help me out since my jeep was in the shop and I didn’t have space in the car I was driving for the rims and tires, he would pick up both and then drop them off at the shop where my Jeep was. Also said since there weren’t installing them, to come back Monday and they would check to make sure they were balanced correctly. Besides the great customer service, it was great that you can finance threw RNR because there was no way I was paying for all of this. It wasn’t the cheapest thing with 35s on my Jeep. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. They will make sure you are taking care of. Not only was Gerald outstanding, all of the workers were friendly and willing to help Gerald with finding what I need. The process took some time but it was worth it.

Lugo, Sean, and Tito were the best!!! I felt a wobble in my front tire and called Tito and he told me to bring it in. Lugo helped me and checked me in once I got there (greeted with a smile). Told me I had 2 cars in front of me and offered me coffee in the waiting area. In about an hour, I was done. I found RNR because of the Google reviews and I definitely was not disappointed! Mike is AMAZING!!! First of all when I called yesterday, he was so courteous when he answered the phone I was sure I had gotten a recording. He was able to get me in today to get a new set of 4 tires. When I got there, it turned out that the tires he had ordered for my van weren't the right tires so he immediately sent someone to go get the right size. He ended up giving me a better tire with more mileage for the same price. I had been told previously at another tire shop that one of the studs would need to be cut off and quoted $100 for removal and replacement. It turned out that the bolts were bad and had to be replaced. Mike and his team took care of it and still only charged me what he had originally quoted for the stud; he didn't charge me extra for the additional parts and labor. He was extremely personable with a great sense of humor, and apologized repeatedly for the "additional wait". Keep in mind, it was the fastest I've ever gotten a new set of tires on a vehicle in the 20+ years I've been driving. I was extremely impressed with their pricing and they were completely upfront with a quote he stuck to even when things went sideways. Their shop is spacious and extremely clean with a great waiting area. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and they for sure have all of my future business.
