Had an appointment with RnR in Suffolk, Va. at mid day today for a tire rotation on my 2007 Lexus LS-460L. They took the car in at appointment time rotating & balancing the tires. The car has aftermarket chrome wheels on it. It only took them about an hour to complete the work! But the best part was the tires & wheels were perfectly clean with NO fingerprints or smudges on the wheels or anywhere else on the car. I am particular about my cars and it was so nice to come back to the car as clean (or cleaner) than when I gave him my keys. Thanks SO much for taking car of my Car!

Was looking for someplace in suffolk to get a tire repaired on my wifes 2017 camaro ss. So i called and they set An appointment for an hour later. I arrived early because that's what I do And found everyone there to be very friendly. Walking through the door I noticed they have an incredible selection of wheels and tires very well displayed I might add. It only took a minute to realize that no matter what you drive they could put wheels on it. They were very busy in my appointment took a little longer than expected. Jason Murray store manager came to me after the tire repair was done apologize for the delay and holding me up and expressed a tire repair would be no charge. While I was waiting I did a little price shopping for tires for my 2015 ram which will soon need them and found their tire prices are very competitive so I believe I will be paying RNR another visit soon. I had a tire installation on 8-24-2018. I can honestly say that I'm a picky person and these folks are spot on. Mike Dennis is a natural with customers. He is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and so energetic in his desire to make his customers happy. Still, this would mean nothing if the work was not done right. The crew did a perfect job installing my tires. The balance was spot on and the wheel weights were hidden, a must for custom or newer alloy wheels. They even cleaned and shined my tires. In a world where it is harder and harder to get a job done right there folks are a breath of fresh air. Highly recommended and i will use them again. They've made me a customer for life, and I don't say that easily.

I have always tried to use Discount Tire for my wheel and tire needs, but after a local one put a pry bar through my sidewall while trying to fix a small leak, I decided to look elsewhere. The reviews made me consider RNR when I needed to have some tires switched on to new wheel for my project car, Danny Thompson was professional an courteous in arranging the job and took good care of my wheels. When I went to pick up my wheels and tires, I was absolute floored by the very generous military discount they gave me and by the extra mile they went to discreetly balance my wheels as well as cleaning up my wheels and tires. While they don't do chrome wheel repair, i will go to them for anything else!

I was having some issues with two of my tires so a friend sent me to this RNR location. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by one of the sales people, i think his name was John or Jason. So i proceeded to tell him about my tire issues, I sat and observed him and his staff while I was there. All there customers were greeted immediately when they arrived and if there was an opening there vehicles were immediately taken back. His staff handled everything in a timely manor, they were also very respectful and professional to each other, which is always a plus. 1 of the tire guys in the back ( didn't catch his name ) was able to determine a leak around my front tire rim and there was also a screw in my back tire. He was very professional himself and the price was reasonable. I have been looking for an alternative to the dealer and I am happy to say that I have found one. I appreciate how they were simultaneously working on all the vehicles that came in so that the customers didn't have to wait longer then was necessary. I order 4 new tires and wanted them to be mounted on my 24 inch rims here in Suffolk. Unfortunately, I the shipping company sent me 2 incorrect tires but I had to get them mounted anyway because of a road trip that was taking place the following day. All the guys at RNR are cordial and helpful and professional. I had an appointment and I knew that it would take some time to mount, balance and align my 4 tires. Didn't realize that it was going to take 3.75 hours but nonetheless the job was done. Had a good trip and finally received the other 2 correct and returned to have them mounted. My appointment was at 1pm and at 4pm I went to check on the status of my vehicle and it had not been moved. I had to leave because of engagements later that evening and just had 3 hours of my day wasted. I spoke to the manager Jason and he sincerely apologized and did something unexpected he went and made an new appointment for me and said that he would have the job done for me at no cost for the inconvenience. I came back for my appointment and he stayed true to his word. That was excellent customer service and that's why they will have my business again in the future because when they mess up they admit to it and then do what they can to rectify it and that goes a long way with me. This is an honest business with integrity. There have been many times they could have taken me for money and did not. I highly recommend them. Mike Dennis is the associate that always helps me. I had a nail in my tire and it had been plugged. I came in for a patch but it was too close to the sidewall to patch. Mike looked at the tire with me and told me since my tire was virtually bran new it would be best to keep it and save my money. Had an issue with being over booked but it wasn't a problem with the staff at the location. The problem was with corporate, but the guys there helped me out and got me taken care of the day I was scheduled. I had nothing else to do that day so I didn't mind the wait. The store manager even stepped in to speed things up. They even gave me a new set of valve stem caps and wheel locks... this location will definitely be my go to. -Very friendly -Enjoyed conversating with customers -Location had an old school kinda vibe to it (don't see many shops with tires and rims on display) -Trustworthy (not trying to upsell random packages and items unless they see it being a problem for you in the future) -Customer lounge had a living room style that makes you feel like you're being taken care of One thing I did notice is that they respect their customers and their vehicles. They take care of them as their own.

had a really bad vibration in a tire I earlier had patched and my usual place I go to was closed for the evening. went to RnR at 5:30 and spoke with the manager, Jason Murray. he was sympathetic and got my truck in the bay in just a few minutes, had it balanced and I was back on the road again vibration free. because of Jason, RnR will be the first place I check when I have to do tire shopping again. 5 stars for Jason and RnR!!!

Called a few days in advance for tire cost and appointment, Danny T. took his time to answer all my questions and setup an appointment with total cost no hidden fees. Mike D. is very funny and kept a good conversation while also getting me checked in and squared away. Eddie S. came and spoke with me to make sure I knew the process and helped me understand things I didnt know. I will definitely recommend this establishment because they are professional, friendly and honest, which is sometimes hard to find.
