I heard an ad on the radio about RNR so I went to there website and researched them a bit. I submitted an inquiry online for new tires and heard via text from a manager directly. I was very pleased with the direct, honest and efficient communication. I don't like to talk on the phone so this worked very well for me. I went into the W Broad St store and dealt with Whit and was very pleased to say the least. The process for same as cash was very smooth and not as stressful as I had imagined. Usually places that offer in house financing are pushy and rude. RNR provided me outstanding service throughout the process. I really appreciate educated and relaxed folks. I will be a return customer.

Absolutely love this place!! Need a tire or 2? But can't afford to pay outrageous prices? They will give you 4 brand new tires and let you make bi weekly payments. I've used them twice now. I will continue to use them as long as I'm in Virginia. (Ask for clay or Ian. They are awesome.)

But I work for the Post Office and Uber so I decided the mail and packages and people's lives were important and to date trying to check on new tire prices.... I called RNR and I just wanted to inquire about pricing and they were so busy I decided to just show up. Man; I'm SO HAPPY I DID!! First of all, Stephanie is the BOMB she is SO sweet and inviting and you can tell she knows her stuff!! She was honest, and told me I needed THREE not ONE (of course) lol and explained in detail the 6 month same as cash (NO CREDIT CHECK) phenomenal deal they had which is more amazing than I've ever heard.... THEN when I explained all I could afford for the moment was one, she said NO PROBLEM and got right to work finding me a deal! Let's just say, not only did she find me a beautiful Labor Day special, I saved $23 less than my CHEAP BUDGET

I purchased on my own a set of corvette ZR1 rims and tires for my corvette. I went to, two different wheel shops to have the tires mounted on the ZR1 rims. The other companies could not get the tires to bead on the rims. I finally decided to visit RNR and they assured me that they could bead the tires with no problem and that they deal with this everyday. I set an appointment to return with my vehicle the next. They were able to bead the tires with no problem. Everyone I spoke with was extremely courteous and professional. I had full confidence in their ability and I would recommend them to everyone. After he asked me what look I wanted being a lady, I told him I had had a 70 4-speed Roadrunner and a 440 Cuda and I want that look in my truck. He found the perfect rims and tires, they put on this morning as I had told him I needed to be back home to meet my Special Needs daughter's van by 2. He made sure that happened. Buyer beware!! They took advantage of my daughter when she purchased tires here through them using their "120 day same as cash" they automatically take money out of your account for her it was set-up to take it out of her account every two weeks!! They kept taking money out after her tires were paid in full and they refuse to reimburse her the four hundred dollars take over took!! They are not holding up to their contract!! We are still trying to get them to pay back her money since there was a contract!!

RNR since my last post ripped me off. I’m going to explain. Be very careful to remember your pay in full deadline date. They didn’t give me a call to prompt me that my balance was do but just added all that interest to my balance. The tires where worth $1600 but with the interest they eased on my total over $4000. I was in the store to order a new set of tires and happened to inquire on my balance left is when I got the shock of reality of them not even giving me a courtesy call since I had all my payments on automatic draft from bank account. I ask them why didn’t remind me and the sale rep coldly replied that I signed the contract. I was boiling mad. I will never support RNR ever again. I spent thousands with faithfully and got treated like a trick. To add insult to my trauma I was on my to church and RNR call my phone on a Saturday the sabbath day and threatened that will repo the tires if a payment wasn’t made by Monday. The employes of this shop are very professional and honest with their work. How do I know you ask? Well, its because I'm a mechanic myself. An Aircraft Mechanic to be specific. Quality, safety and professionalism are core ingredients for making a strong business along with repeat customers. This shop is very efficient in developing a work order/parts list for labor and out the door billing prices. Other business that claim and advertize low cost for installing tires/rims tend to deliver poor quality work. I would recommend Ian Williams the assistant manager of the shop. It took 3 hours to get 2 new tires put on and the visit before this one the"manager" lied to my wife first and then lied to me. I have proof of the lie. Still, the ability to get new tires and make payments is extremely convenient and my last visit was long, but the staff was friendly and helpful. I still recommend this place.
