Highly recommend using them! I’ve been to a lot of places for tires replacements and needs, by far have never received anywhere close to the service I got today! James Lovelace was excellent in getting us set up and even set me up for a future off-road set up! Very knowledgeable and even the installers in the shop side, amazing and quick and even cleaned the new tires up and even left me an old one for the dog to play with! How about you can't really afford to purchase a new tire or two right now but have enough to get a used tire from One of those side places of used tires.. Call RNR with your size of the tire Ask about their payment options and process of coming in and getting your tire or tires, perhaps rims You can use those fund$ on hand to set up an account at RNR and ride safely Just be sure to pay off your balance before the said time frame x by x days same as cash (a little extra money with your payments goes towards your end balance helps) Great people Great service Not just tires not just rims .. I was on my way home after a perfect week at the beach when my tire pressure light came on at the junction of I64 (with 180+ more miles to travel on high speed interstates). Lucky for me, the woman at Tidewater Trail 7-11 pointed me toward Little Creek Road for a full service station. I could not have landed at a better place! On a busy Saturday morning, they took a quick look and determined it was a bad pressure valve. They replaced it AT NO CHARGE and I was on my way within 30 minutes! I highly recommend these guys! They completely turned around a stressful situation for a truly non-mechanically-minded woman traveling solo. Thank you again from me and on behalf of my beloved Subaru!

I have been talking to Bryce from the Norfolk store for a few weeks now about fixing my suspension and upgrading it too. Today I showed up without an appointment and Derek was there to help me. Derek listened to my problem and was very understanding that I could no longer drive my equinox with out getting the suspension fixed and that I drive at night for a living and I can't work with out it being fixed and I can't miss work he comunicated with Bryce and they assured me that my truck would be done by 6 and I wouldn't have to miss work. It would be fixed and new tires and alignment by end of day he didn't have a bay available or an open slot to do such a large repair after all my entire suspension needs to be replaced. He said would be done even if they had to use Jack's and only do one corner at a time thank you for understanding my issue and that I cant miss work thank you Derek & Bryce from the Norfolk store will definitely use you guys again and tell my friends about you thank you for fitting me in

I used to Praise these guys my dealings with them in Richmond,Va for 4.5 years nothing less then amazing . My dealings with them in Va Beach started out the same as Richmond,Va but as of last year my business ended with them cause they cared more about the money then the safety of my family because the tires on my car belonged to them an found out my alignment was off had it corrected an the next day was getting on the highway in my car hydroplaned in to the first lane of traffic it was a blessing I didn’t cause a accident the manager said he couldn’t help me cause he said I had to get my account current before anything could be done. So putting my family in a situation with bad tires is ok so last year my business with ended completely I took my business elsewhere an returned there tires they cared so much about an to take a total of 4.5 years in Richmond va to another 4 years here RNR only cares about the profit not the customer an there safety

I was really concerned with my tire having a slow leak and the repairs that may be needed in case it was more than just a leak. Mr. James Lovelace was ever so patient with me and took the time even thought it was closing time to add air in my tire that needed repair so I could make it back the next day because my tire was extremely low. Even though I had to come back the next day, he reassured me that it would be okay and that I wouldn't be charged an arm and a leg for the repair. Needless to say he was true to his word and greeted me the next morning, like he knew me for years! My tire was able to be plugged and I was on my merry way. Update: upset had a flat tire went to get a repalcement is suppose to be free because I have insurance on them. Well the charged me for the replacement. The last one I have rec'd was free but not this one. Not happy.

I was in Norfolk to visit family the weekend before Christmas and planned to make the four-hour drive home Christmas Eve morning, but one of my tires picked up a screw the night before and it wasn't holding air. The first couple places I went to were closed for the holiday, but thankfully RNR was open. They repaired the tire pretty quickly and when I went to pay they said, 'don't worry about it - just leave us a review on-line.' I thought it was very cool how RNR 'paid it forward.' They have a nice-a** selection of rims too!

RNR is a great place to get anything tire related done. I got my inner and outer tie rod ends replaced. I was able to stay in the lounge with wifi, tv, refreshments and occasionally some company. The staff gave me constant updates on the progress of my car and explained what they were doing, why it had to be done, and when it would be done. I had a great experience at RNR in Norfolk, I highly recommend this place.

Both were extremely nice and accommodating. Even though I messed up my tire Bryan helped me find the safest solution to get me back home to NC. I will definitely be coming back when I want to replace any of my other tires!

Derrick, William and Ronnie are awesome. I came in 30 minutes until closing last night with a security tag stuck in my tire. They did not turn me away even though they were due to close for the day in 30 minutes. They put my spare tire on because the tire I needed was out of stock. They assured me my tire would be available today and here I am. They made it possible to still enjoy my trip tomorrow (thanks guys). They got me in and out with great customer service and courtesy.
