Using my daughters account because I don't have one. Canon (store manager) and Randal (technician) were extremely helpful fixing the problem I was having with Brand New Wheels and Tires. They went out of their way to diagnose the problem I was having and was able to resolve it in just over an hour, unlike the dealership that installed the wheels and tires and was unable to correct the problem after having my truck for 5 hours. Was told by another shop they couldn't plug my tire. No idea why. Something about something won't fit and the gash was too big. Took it to RNR and they had me in and out in a few minutes and was able to plug it right up!! Saved me a ton of money. They definitely looked out. Customer service was great. Highly recommend!

Here's my true experience with RNR at Hampton location. Over all process was easy. The $50 dollar online special never happened though. In reality I had to have $100 down. The original rims I chose was discounted. The manager did offer other options. I was able to get wheels I liked. Tires were Nixen 65,000 tread life. I am in the alignment club. I will say these guys were able to align my vehicle. For 3 years I've had 3 other well known shops tell me that my rear could never be aligned. I was forced to do tire rotation every 2 weeks and 4 sets of tires yearly. RNR was able to align my rear when nobody else could. They even offered me a guarantee on it. They offer 6 months as cash. Mine was 1500. $240 a month. If you don't pay it off by then it triples in price. So pay it off in 6 months. Ask for Luis. He is a great guy and he can help you. All you need to qualify is your pay stub, ID, utility bill with your address, and money down. Easy peasy. Hassle free!!! I subtracted a star for false advertising online. Still worth it though if you can't afford nice wheels and tires right out.

I was in and out in 90 minutes with 4 brand new tires mounted & balanced and a 4 wheel alignment all at a better rate than was originally quoted. In general, it’s fair to say solid, consistent, singularly centered customer satisfaction is becoming difficult to come by. My experiences at RnR, under the leadership of manager Nate, has restored and reshaped my hope and expectations of customer centric profitable organizations. I had tires put on my car. One of my tires were losing air and I concluded there was a slow leak somewhere on the tire. 15 minutes before 6pm closing time, I pulled to the bay with one purpose, to have air put in my tire. I told Zach what was going on and the first thing he asked was if I wanted him to take a look at the tire to see where the leak was coming from. Zach proceeded to not only identify the leak but also went a step further by finding me a suitable tire, balanced it, put on my car, and gave me some sound insight as to what my next steps need to be. I looked at the clock, it was 605. Zach didn’t have to do all that he did. His reply to me; “I see those kids in the back seat. I have family too. You gotta keep them safe”. It’s refreshing to know we still have fundamentally, sound, good, wholesome, hard working people in this world. This action is also a direct reflection of leadership. Nate leads by example and expects that his staff replicate his actions. This was very evident by Zachs actions. If you need a place to have work done on your tires, want a great deal on some fresh wheels, or maybe need some brake work done, go to RnR Hampton. You will get above reproach work and service top to bottom. They have a customer life from me.

I have a 2013 traverse. The bolt pattern is different so it’s hard to find wheels that work. Luiz (hope I spelled your name right) was great. He found the perfect set for me. Had them drilled out to fit. At first they wobbled and I didn’t think they would work. He ordered hub rings and the installer Dre tweaked everything like 5 times. Now the wheels are perfect. The whole team is friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of new wheels and tires.

This place is a big rip off. I went to go get 18" rims and tires and was quoted $1,500 for everything and to put them on and when i got there they proud me i could do a payment plan once a month until i pay them off. So i said ok then they told me i needed to make a deposit of $60. I said ok then they sat me down to sign papers and to tell me what the warranty comes with and by the way it was free for the life of the tires. It came with free alignments, balance, rotation and if i was to have a tire pop or anything else happen to it then they would replace it for free. So after that i signed the papers and was told that if i didn't pay it in 6 months then i would be stuck in a 2year payment plan. Then he said that being that i get paid weekly that i had to pay them weekly. So paying each month wouldn't happen and the amount he wanted me to pay was $67 a week. So i said ok when i got the paper which showed me the total balance it said $2,012.88. After i left i did the math and seen that paying $67 a week wouldn't pay that off in 6 months. So i called and asked him about it and he said so it's best to pay it off because if not after 6 months the price would go up to $5000. So i just went back in a month later and paid the whole balance of $2,012.88 off in full and asked about my warranty just to be told that since I'm not on a payment plan i lose my alignments and warranty for my tires. All they can do now is rotate and balance. They are a huge ripoff and when they do your rims and tires they charge you $75 for each tpms sensor that's $300 which is crazy i will never go back and the mechanics there just have attitude problems i had to bring my car back to the 4 times just got them to fix my tpms warning light in my car.

Somehow...i cut open the tire on a 2016 ATS and needed it fixed ASAP but did not want to go to Cadillac...They asked me what i needed when I called, let me know where to look on my car and stayed in the phone with me while we found it which made everything go faster! R&R Tires and Wheels(Hampton location), to me, is the premium wheel and tire shop in Hampton Roads. I have never had anything but awesome service from any of the personnel that work there. Situations starting from scratch, purchasing the wheels and tires all the way through to me paying the bill and driving home. Any problems that have arisen, they have taken care of them with a smile and not one bit of hesitation. They have taken care of my wife and I even when we had problems with another service shop. If I could, I'd give them 10 stars, they have been that good to us! As I said earlier, all of their salesmen and shop technicians are superb, however, I do like James the best. He's just got that nac for customer service satisfaction!

I was able to get an appointment with no hassle and Greg greeted me at the counter. Great customer service! The team could have easily charged me $500 for a tire (315/30ZR18) tire, but they patched it up. He even searched the internet and showed me potential websites that I could purchase the tire at a cheaper price from and they would mount it for me in case it couldn't be patched. I will keep an eye on the pressure, but I will go here for all of my tire needs from now on. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of tires/rims!

If it's not in the store already they will order it for you. Also if you do like what they have in the store they will actually let u see them on your car or truck before you purchase. I had got 4 tires for a 2001 expedition over a year ago. The payoff was $800. I had gotten Sick and couldn’t make the deadline. Now I’m paying almost $1700 for the tires and I had found the same tires online for about $500. I will not return after I’m finish dealing with them at all. They get a negative 10 from me.

I never heard about this place until I heard it on the radio ( which I never do lol) and I was like this is a message to me because I had bald tires, nails in one, and different sizes, horrible. So I got a quote , when I got there, they ordered the wrong size but they still got every thing done before I had to work plus I got an awesome discount which was great. everybody was friendly and helpful.
