I have to Say that they have some very nice people that work there . Took truck in for a tire and wheel balance . They suggested tire beads to correct the balance ....this did not work . Took it back and they added some more to the tires ....didn't work . Their tire guy said that it would be useless to try to balance them with regular weights. I went to another tire shop in Manassas , they balanced to the tires no problem . It's not perfect ...but good enough .

I’m giving this place 2 stars because it has some good pros but some bad cons! First the pros: clean building, organized. Great friendly staff (at the beginning). I was getting a price for 4 new tires, totaling $1766.98. The sales rep, Mario told me they offer 180 days, interest free payment plan, So I asked him to tell me the monthly payment. He said it would be around $205.00. What a deal right!!! Then when he brought the rent-to-own contract out, it was actually set up for a payment plan of 2 years with all totaling $4240.80! When I asked him, he said I just had to make the payment ($294.00 estimate) and have it paid in 6 months and I would only pay $1766.98 but if I miss a payment or go over the 180 days, I automatically get put into the 2 year payment plan! None of this was discussed at the beginning before we agreed to review the contact! That’s when their true self came out! They got disgruntled at me and another customer who was also arguing hidden fees. When I asked for all my information back and the $100.00 deposit, they got really upset at me! Never going here again because this is daylight robbery and they are all about getting money and if a customer questions their contract or walks out, they get butt hurt and treat you like you’re trash!

I had a flat tire and pulled into a shopping center complex off Plank Road just by chance. RNR just so happened to be right there! The front desk person, Kesha, was friendly and efficient. She sent me around back to Bodey and he was a true gentleman. He unfortunately had to tell me that the tire was was shot and then graciously put my doughnut on for me to ensure I was safe to drive. It was just before closing, but the staff got my car in right away and made the repairs. A few minutes later I was told I was all set, I asked how much for the repair and was reminded that since I purchased the tires from them that repairs are free. Excellent customer service. I went to R&R just to look and ended up finding something I liked. Mario was very attentive. He took his time showing me how each rim would look by propping it up in front of my tire. The whole process from beginning to end took less than 2 hours and my car looks great! Came in based on other positive reviews and they had a road force balance machine. Everything was explained, demonstrated and presented courteously and professionally. Ultimately, defects in my tires prevented them from fine tuning an already decent balance and they did not charge me because there was nothing they could actually fix. The RNR team has been good to my family! My dad got wheels withyall and than my mom got sick, she has cancer. Dad couldn’t pay his bill and came and talk to the girl in accounting. She helped him out & listened while he cried. He said he was so embarrassed but she made him feel better. Told him he got a lot on his plate and they will work with him. I was getting heavy vibration over 60MPH. I went in to have 4 wheels road force balanced to see if that was the issue. They also completed a complimentary inspection of the wheels to check for any damage. After the balancing and check was complete they advised that the wheels were already balanced but that I should get new hub centric rings. The ones I had on the car came with the wheels but seemed slightly too big. They were absolutely right. When I got home I switched to tighter fitting hub rings and all is well. Thanks, guys!
