This is my FIRST ever review, but I had to share!! ALL the guys at RNR were so incredibly helpful to me when I needed new tires for my Wrangler. Manager John thoroughly educated me and after a half dozen visits to the showroom, assisted me in making the proper choices for my vehicle. John went above and beyond the normal call of duty to ensure my tires & wheels were going to be the exact look I was after. On a side note; The guys never treated me like a dumb female who came in the door to buy tires, but instead showed a sincere desire to help me as an individual. I walked in the door only needing tires, but was wowed by the selection and decided to upgrade the rims too!!!

I went no appointment and they checked out my vehicle and Stepahanie was the receptionist who helped me and then Chris the mechanic filled all my tires with air for free! I came here a couple of weeks ago to see about some rims because I read some good things about RNR but to be honest I felt really uncomfortable being that two employees (Miles & the tall manager-forgot his name) both were walking around with a firearm on their waist! It made me feel very uneasy especially with all the turmoil going on in the world and it was unprofessional in my opinion as well. What if the firearm would've dropped and discharged by accident and someone would've got hurt? I chose to take my business elsewhere after that but I just wanted to make others aware but I felt unsafe.

Got excellent service when buying my tires. RNR is a great place for women to go and not feel intimidated. Duane and staff treated me like an old friend and explained everything in detail. They even put tire shine on my new tires without me asking. Was in and out quickly. I highly recommend RNR over other those other tire stores.

My boyfriend and I went in looking for a certain model rim for his 2015 Camry. Although we were a little disappointed when we were told they probably wouldn't be in stock our salesman , Duane Hobbs, reassured us that we were actually getting a newer rim (seeing as how the one we wanted was 6 years old) and took his time answering all of our questions. He even took the rims we wanted to see outside and placed them in front of the car for a visual comparison. He was knowledgeable, real and very professional. Duan Means was very welcoming and ready to answer any question we had. All in all great experience.

RnR is probably the most professional custom rim store I’ve visited. Miles is very knowledgeable. I called because my chrome wheels on my Escalade were peeling very bad. He gave solid advice on the cost to repair versus replace. He also honored a promotion that I heard on the radio. I came in there in the middle of the day with a blown tire from a tire failure. This is not a good day as I run my business from this vehicle. However, RNR was there on 8321 Midlothian turnpike 23235. the manager and the technicians put together a wheel and tire package that fit my Ford f150 GTR. RNR in North Chesterfield is AWESOME! I needed to get two tires because I knew they may not pass inspection. I went to a local tire place and they did not have matching tires; so I called a friend to get advice where to go and he suggested to check out RNR on Midlothian. That was the best advice he could have given me because I met ANDREW who gave me "Absolutely Amazing" customer friendly service, advice, alternatives and options with no pressure and he actually convinced me to make a smart informed decision to get a set of new tires instead of going to buy two used "grenades" from some local used tire shop. I am now a lifetime customer of RNR. The staff all inclusive are great John and Duane both made me feel right at home and took care of me since Andrew had the day off when I came in to get my tires on. I will never just think for the quick fix again but will forever think of my family and my safety first and buy quality instead of used. LOVE THESE GUYS! THANKS RNR! This was my first experience at RNR on Midlothian. I made an initial call and received Josh, who was overjoyed to assist me. When I got to the store everyone was upbeat and delightful, even their new employee Ricki. Josh went that extra mile to assist me in making the right selection for my set, something I appreciated. Miles helped me with some warranty questions and wheel care tips that was an added plus to the experience. I also met the manager Stephanie. She seemed to have a nice personality and a great connection with the staff there. My installer Tommy did a great job as well, he also helped me load my factory set into my truck when I came back to get them. Please ignore my previous review on the Fredericksburg website. I have deleted the comments, but for all those who where exposed to my rant I apologize. I was mistakenly quoted a payoff that was $3000 more than I actually owed. Which in turn changed my whole perspective on RNR. Truth is the customer service has always been top notch. The staff was quick to address any concerns. I was offered a 6 mos SAC finance opportunity, however unable to take advantage due to a family emergency. So when I called and was misquoted the payoff, needless to say I was not happy! Josh, the district manager, located at the Midlothian branch was quick to contact me regarding my concerns/ review. An appointment was set to meet and discuss. He had his technician Chris address my issues with the tires and came up with extremely generous and pleasing fix to the problem. During the inspection some things related to stubs were identified and Josh was also helpful putting a plan in place to correct. I am extremely grateful for the professionalism and prompt attention! This will be my third set of tires on different vehicles and my first set of wheels and I can can honestly say I would recommend RNR. Shout out to Josh, DM and Chris, Tech. You are Awesome!

I was having an ongoing issue with one of the local stores so I called this location labeled as customer service and got the voicemail. I left a message and within 5 minutes I received a callback. The guy who I spoke with name was josh. He listened to my concerns...offered an apology on behalf of the company and said let him work on it to make things right. The next day i received a phone call with a reasonable solution for both parties. I think it was very fair and am happy with final outcome. Initially, there was a quirk in the situation, but John gave me a better deal tire from 40,000 to 60,000 miles. Even though it took two days, the end result was what counted. The service was great and the guys a really okay. Overall, the service was great. For my tires in the future, RNR is where I will continue to go.
