They were quick and up front about most things. I had them do work on my 08 Silverado replaced an upper control arm did a front end alinment and rotated and balanced my tires. The mechanical work they did was fine however I leaned they did not posses the computer or scan tool to calibrate my angle sensors . These sensors have to be told where the tire in relation to your steering wheel to make sure traction control and a modern car with electric stability fuctions to work properly. Otherwise they shut off and give an error code. Cars and trucks ranging from 99- 2011 have this option and most 2012 and newer are required to have it. Just be aware if you have this type of system go elsewhere that does or you'll end up possibly paying for another alinment like me.

I did not like how they carried me over a lug nut I was missing it was crazy all I needed was an inspection but they wouldn't do it because of a missing lugnut instead of offering me to buy one

The owners and there employees are great. I got a set of Fuel Wheels and General Grabber X3 from these guys and they did a really nice job getting the tires mounted on the wheels without scratching them. You buy your tires from them and they get rotated for free. I will continue to get my tires from them in the future.

R&J are exemplary of excellent customer service and good people. We were driving down the highway on the way to a wedding when our tire valve broke and started leaking air. Thankfully, we were a quick google search and half mile away from R&J. They got us back on the road in 15 mins on a busy Saturday. Amazing treatment for us out of towners.
