Simply not impressed. Young man I worked with seemed to be flustered and all over the place. Needs better multitasking skills. Didn’t seem to have the time to focus on our needs. We were able to go to RNR and get our off road wheels and our leveling kit installed same day, they also offered us a free wheel alignment which was a huge bonus.

Edit: Recently counts as 2 months ago? You guys use to be on Broad St in a much better location. It’s good to see you still have the same friendly staff but that is the only upside to this review. You moved to this disgusting building in this awful neighborhood to target certain clientele which you should be ashamed for. So sir or ma’am if it is your prerogative to throw up shop overnight and put your customers and employees health at risk then you don’t deserve to be in business. The people in this area are smarter than you think, we don’t support businesses like this. So I would have given them 5 stars if it wasn’t for the nasty environment. I came in a few days ago to look at some rims and the staff was very helpful. Before I left my daughter and I had to go to the restroom and I was absolutely appalled! There is mold all over the walls. It looks like something out of a horror movie. You can tell the staff tried to clean it up as best as possible (clean sink and toilet and stocked) but that environment just isn’t safe for staff or customers. I’m not giving my business to a company who cares so little about their people. They have to breathe that stuff in.... Not okay!

I bought one type of tire and they put another one different than I had, when I got the car back and realized that the tire was wrong, I contacted the store to make the change the same day, but they scheduled to the day after, today August 18th at 10am. Upon arriving at the store, Sales Manager told me that he sold all the tires of the type I bought and paid for the day before and so I could not fix the problem that the store caused. I asked if I could give it back, he said no. I asked if he could check at another store to see if he had the tire I got, he said no. He asked me to return tomorrow again and talk to the General Manager to fix the problem. Unfortunately the attention he gave me was terrible, didn't keep his word on fixing the problem that was caused by the store, sold the tire I bought and made me waste my time going back to the store for nothing. I hope that tomorrow when I return, I don’t waste another time, because I just want to get what I paid for e fixed the problem the store caused.

Bought my rims here and finished paying it off. Only downside was the lack of coordination between the staff. I specifically asked for automatic payments from my account but they still called me on Saturday mornings to say my payment was due or late. I feel this could have been handled better.

I am so conflicted on this review because I received fantastic 5 Star service from D and Tamera when I was there but they should not be open. It is extremely hot in that building. They have no AC. The staff is in there sweating and the customers are miserable and it’s not a good way to conduct business. The staff was pleasant and kept giving everyone cold water but being in that building at what had to be close to 100 degrees is too much for anyone to bear. How can you make as much money as you do and continue to operate under these circumstances? Not fair to your customers or staff, the building conditions definitely get a 1 Star from me.

Larry was patient and awesome. It took me a while to determine what I wanted because I did not want 20s and I did not want to finance. I wanted to stick with my factory size of 18" and remain within my budget. He finally showed me a set of deep red SP1s and I fell in love instantly (with the rims not him, LOL). The cost was the best I've seen and the style far exceeded my expectations. These are a beautiful start to me customizing my baby while maintaining a classy look.

Had an appointment at 10AM. Upon arrival they told us they did not have the tires we were told were here a week ago when setting the appt. At that point NO ONE in the building were putting forth effort to resolve the issue. After driving an hour to the location we were told we could now go to colonial heights and get tires there... After my husband went around the store Hisself he found used tires. After about 30 minutes of discussion they decided to put these on his truck. After 3 hours we received our keys only to find the tires were not replaced in the correct areas... passenger side new tire in back.. driver side new tire in front... we are now sitting here again.. No apologies from anyone or effort to ensure satisfaction... I should also mention we are loyal customers that just paid off over $4000 in wheels and tires. There is no loyalty or customer service at this business and needless to say, we will never be back and will be sure to let all friends know to also go elsewhere.
