I went in for a state inspection. While I waited, I overheard employees explaining to customers how to save money and what all of their options were. They are friendly, yet humble and kind. They strike me as trustworthy and even though I didn't need work done that day, I will most definitely use them and recommend them in the future. It's the kind of place that women who don't know much about cars can feel safe going to and know they won't be taken advantage of, which is a rarity these days.

the BEST shop around. Started with the guys doing just oil changes on my van and ended up letting them do everything else. I've just purchased a new vehicle and they will be the only ones to touch it. I can honestly say both Rick's aren't about money they've given a lot back to the community and veterans and if something ain't right with your car THEY WILL FIGURE IT OUT.

Made an appointment on Wednesday 8/9 for a Friday AM appointment drop off. I had 4 tires shipped there from online company. On Friday at 3:30 PM (the car was left there at 7:30 AM Friday AM per our appointment call) when I called Ricks, they told me they were not able to work on car. They had a man out. It was a busy day. But I could come back on Monday. that is the best they could do. This is the 2nd time they have put me off. And they did it with an attitude. He said there is nothing else they could do. Well I have a suggestion - How about calling me at noon and say they are having a problem? Or call me at 2 PM, but no calls and no return of my call, that I left at 2PM to see how they were doing. I should have known. ***** 1 No customer service, 2 A sorry and good bye attitude. Now you have lost a customer. Oh that's right, you don't care anyway. I am going up the road to find a place that has some customer service. ----> I will vote with my dollars.

Rick's was awsome !! They fix things right the first time !! They do not price gouge you. Rick's doesn't look for extra things needed to repair just to get more $$ from you. Today after 20 years of loyalty to Ricks I unfortunately had a complaint about the work they performed on my car. The car only ran for 7-10 days. I went to see Rick and share my concerns about the car not running properly. He said that was all that can be done (after spending $400 for repairs) Rick wad very rude and unprofessional and after using Ricks solely for 20 years. He said he didn't want my business any longer ?? I have spent 10's of thousands of dollars at their business over the last 20 years. So you don't want to warranty your work and do not want me as a customer. I would encourage all of Ricks customers to get a second opinion from another shop. Don't let the smoke screen of fake customer service and caring fool you.

So back to Ricks we went and not only did they fix it, but they did it for free. They are honest and have great service. At Ricks you are treated like family. WOW! Great customer service. During an inspection on my 1999 Ford Taurus they found some suspension parts ready to leave me stranded. Unfortunately I could not pay it right then and there due to a surgery 3 weeks prior. They did not charge me for the rejection sticker at that time, only when I was able to come back and get the service performed. Thanks again Rick's Tire and Auto!
