I've had one bad experience with a mechanic but nearly always the mechanics and the owner are very helpful and work FOR you. Prices are very fair. There's a reason they're always super busy! And all the mechanics but that one are absolutely phenomenal to work with.

I called Reeds in Stanley the day before for an appointment. I was told come in at 7 am for a tractor tire repair. I showed up waited 1 hour and was ignored. I Called a competitor while waiting in Reeds waiting room the competitor said "Bring your tire here, we want your business."So I left Reeds, I called Reeds to tell them Why I left, he hung up on me. Their service is terrible the big guy behind the counter was rude and this will be my first and last stop at Reeds of Stanley. My time is important too!

Reeds is amazing. Dale and his crew are awesome. My van broke down and I had it towed to a mechanic in Harrisonburg who could not figure out what was wrong. I then towed it to the Dodge dealer and was told I needed a new engine at over $7000 dollars. Someone told me to call Dale and have him take a look. I had it towed the next day and he had it fixed and ready to go for just over $600. Since then I have had transmission work with no problems. They know what they are doing and very polite.
