I was really impressed with this company. Knowledgeable staff, quick service, and great prices. First time I have used them and will not hesitate to use them again. They gave me great advice on tires and got the tires in first thing the next morning. Once I pulled up they had 4 new tires on my Jeep Wrangler within 30 minutes. The team knew I was in a hurry and didn't hesitate to get my vehicle in and out.

Blew trailer tire while transporting round bales. I rolled up in there at 5:00 expecting it to be fixed tomorrow. As I get out of truck, Neil meets me, says Hi, then grabs tire and starts working on it. I was out of there in less than 10 minutes and back to the field. Herndon family and the whole staff of OTI rocks!!

Amazing experience every time. Patrick and the whole staff are fantastic. They're always working with me, fitting me in the schedule, and the prices are unbeatable, especially considering that you're getting the best service in town. I've used shops that are cheap and I've used shops that are excellent. This is one of the very, very few that's consistently both.
