I pulled in and was greeted immediately by the nice guy who I assume owns the place. I tell him I need the left front tire replaced and he tells me he will take care of it right now. 3 mins later one of the employees is rolling out my new tire while another is taking off my old one. In and out in 20-25 mins. Pros: Budget friendly, friendly and efficient staff and owner, quick service Cons: Why haven’t I been here sooner?

This place is legit! Raphael the owner was very nice and super knowledgeable. Upon being told my car's tire size, he recommended the same type and brand of tire I had picked after several hours of research online. He gave me a fair price and was able to install all four tires in 30 minutes. If you're going there, be aware it's hard to spot from the road. It's behind the Liberty gas station so pull in there and then continue to the back.

Flat tire, called because of the positive reviews. I can confirm, the reviews are warranted. I called right when they opened, on a Sunday, no one answered but a few minutes late he, the owner, called me back saying he was in the other line. First off, that's awesome, following up on a missed call. Very quick, good prices, was able to give me exactly what I wanted. No hassle, very friendly. A little tucked away shop behind a building. One of my tires was leaking air and constantly had low tire pressure so I decided to bring my car into One Stop New & Used Tires last Friday morning without calling ahead. As soon as I pulled up to the shop, Rafael was more than happy to help. He immediately reviewed my tires and knew that they had been run down and old (I knew he wasn't trying to trick me because my car's tires have been suspect since I got it - it's a used car) so I needed to get them replaced. He brought me inside to tell me my options along with quotes and his personal suggestion but never once tried to make me do anything I didn't want to do then explained the process. The prices are much better than Merchants and BJ's Wholesale considering the quality of the tires. I had to go to work down the street and Rafael even offered to give me a ride, but I respectfully declined the offer since it was walking distance. When I picked up the car, his staff not only put clean wheels on my car, they cleaned my rims! They looked flawless! Rafael said that my rims were too beautiful to be dirty. Rafael and his staff genuinely cares for his customers and values integrity. Definitely a relief from many other auto places who just want to take all of your money. I truly appreciate his service and will recommend him to everyone!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would give it infinite stars. Rafael is a life saver. I had a flat tire and a worn out tire. I showed up at his shop around 6:00pm without an appointment or even calling before. Not only he admitted my car instantly, he changed both of my tires very quickly and in a very professional, honest matter. I always fell for that trap of not knowing car stuff since I am a "young female,", so a lot of mechanics took advantage of that before, but Rafael is a sincere, wonderful mechanic. Needed tires asap and I was lucky enough to have found this shop on Google. I read the reviews and they were all great. I definitely needed a place that stayed open past 5 pm. I got there at 5:50 and I was out of there at 6:20. The price is unbeatable and the service is speedy. Customer service is great. Mr Rafael was friendly and very helpful in answering the questions I had regarding the whether to get new or used tires. I also got the tires and rims shined, a bonus perk! I can't say enough good things about my experience here! I came in with a leaking front tire at about 6pm after work (it was dark and cold, and I think they were about to close at 7pm.) Raphael and his team were friendly, professional, and worked so quickly! I think Raphael has single-handedly restored my faith in men working on my car (and not ripping me off.) The price was beyond reasonable and comes with a guarantee (even if the damage is caused by a nail!) I will not take my car anywhere else for tire needs in the future!

I have never seen a business yet to have a perfect 5.0 score with this much reviewers! But after getting my tires changed and waiting a week before posting this review to make sure, I now understand why. The shop is a small humble place, clean and organized. It is right behind a gas station/garage so you may need to look closely to find this Gem of a place. I can always tell if someone is just trying to be nice because it is their job, but after speaking to Rafael (even over the phone) that is not the case with him and I'm sure you will agree once you experience the great service from him and his team. He has immediately treated me like a friend and not just as a customer. I got 4 tires replaced and had asked if it was also possible to check on my brakes since the wheels will be off to see if it needs replacement. Rafael has gladly done so. I happen to know a little bit about cars and I can say that he does provide an honest opinion and recommendation not just try to up sell. My tires were replaced in a very timely manner! Fast service and very reasonable price! My vehicle has been driving nicely with its new shoes!!! Unfortunately, the shop only provides tire service but Rafael will gladly refer you to others he trusts who has the expertise to service your vehicle's needs if you so choose. I will definitely get his referrals when it comes time to service my car. Kudos to Rafael and his crew for the best service experience they provide, very helpful, courteous, respectful and professional! Really worth the perfect score!

I replaced 4 tires and everything about my experience was great! I called around to 5 places for quotes, and Raphael gave me the greatest range of options and explained a bit about the different tires. It was a very comfortable conversation; I didn't feel like I was being pressured or sold. The tires were not in stock, but he got them by the next morning, faster than some of the other places. The prices he quoted were very competitive, but it was his friendliness and professionalism that had me calling him back after talking to some other places. I took the car in, and he finished everything in about an hour. He put back the spare (that I had been using) and tidied everything up. The tires looked great. Time will tell how the tires do, but my experience w/ Raphael was fabulous!

I went here based on other Yelp reviews and will definitely be back! I had a slow leak in my tire. Rafael looked at all of my tires first and showed me the wear on them. He advised that I replace my tires because mine were very old. He showed me the date-2011! I liked that he could give reasons why they were worn, and not just make something up. When I told him that I wasn't in a great financial spot to do that, he was more than happy to assess the problem tire. He and his team spent 20 minutes checking it out. While they couldn't find anything specific, they tightened the air nozzle. They also put air in my other tires. He did not charge me, as he couldn't find a specific issue. I really appreciated his honesty. He answered my questions about the different new tires that he could sell next time, and warranty info as well. It is so hard to find honest car people who will not just take your money! I told him I will be back in a few weeks to get the new tires.

I got a flat tire on the freeway today and I'm forever grateful that One Stop New & Used Tires was nearby! Rafael was so kind and considerate. First he gave an estimate of the cost to fix everything. High quality products and work. Then he said all 4 tires would be replaced in just an hour. He helped me and my baby inside to the waiting area, where a friendly lady worker offered me a chocolate chip cookie. (How could she know I didn't eat breakfast and have been craving chocolate chip cookies all day??) Just as promised, not a minute more than an hour later, Rafael brought the car back to me and helped me get my baby's stroller in the trunk. I had never had to purchase new tires for my car before, so I was overwhelmed by how many tire options there are. I'm so glad I found One Stop Automotive. I called to inquire about if they had a particular tire (that I had looked up on Consumer Reports) - I spoke with Joanna and she was so knowledgeable and transparent. She took her time with me on the phone to provide me with my options and provide pricing. They didn't have the particular tire I wanted in stock, but she said they could order it for me and that it would be in the next morning. I dropped my car off that evening so I wouldn't have to go before work the next day, and Joanna left me a voicemail before 10am to let me know that not only were my tires in, they were on my car and it was ready to go. I also spoke with Rafael, Joanna's father and the owner of the shop, when I dropped my car off and picked it up. He was equally as great. Rafael and Joanna provided stellar customer service, and after my experience with them, I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else if I have another need to tires. (And my car rides so much more nicely now too!)

Raphael and his team were very professional, efficient and honest. I had two nails in my tire and Raphael took me in the same day I called, looked over the tire and let me know I did not need to get a new tire ( as was stated through Volkswagon who insisted I needed to get all 4 new tires because ONE tire had nails in it!) I was in and out within an hour. Raphael explained what the plugs would do and told me to return if I had any problems. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. These guys are great. I’ve been here twice from my bf’s recommendation. He said they’ll take care of me and he was right! They are able to assess what is wrong with your tires quickly and able to replace it if they have your tires on hand. Fortunately for me, they did. They give you the best price compared to what other places were offering. Second time I came by, I had a leak in my tire sensor valve and their manager was able to help me get a new one which saved me a lot of money. They’re located right behind the gas station and it’s tight in the back but they help you navigate around it.

Went to a Goodyear shop to have a tire repaired. They visually looked at it and said it can't be fixed but, were more than happy to try and sell me a $230 new replacement tire. Took my girlfriend's car here to get a tire repaired/replaced and had a great experience (for having to get a tire replaced). Everyone I interacted with was very pleasant and very transparent. The gentlemen working on her car pulled me over to show me the tire and explained why based on the location it unfortunately couldn't be repaired. I appreciated this type of transparency of not just telling me what was wrong, but also showing me. This business is a Hidden Gem in Arlington ,VA area. Rafael and his two other guys helped me like a family member even though it was 6:50 pm and they close at 7pm. If I could give ten stars I would. This was by far one of the best car experiences I’ve ever had! They were the most reasonably priced, the quickest and BY FAR the friendliest. They went well above and beyond what is neccessary regarding customer service. I desperately needed tires as I was heading out later in the day for a flight and they went outside of the normal protocol, went and personally picked up the tires for me and had them on with plenty of time to spare. They fix Run Flats!! I had a slow leak in one of my Run Flat tires. Rafael and his team were fast (they tested and took care of my tire in less than 20 minutes), friendly, efficient, and affordable. Some places will not fix run flat tires. My other alternative was replacing the whole tire (a pricey option). This team really came through. I would certainly recommend them.

Excellent service! I came to Rafael's shop on a Sunday morning to get a screw removed from my tire. Took a set of wheels and tires that another shop was unable to get to hold air. Not a lot of shops want to work with these kinds of tires (285/30-19 and 335/25-20 low-profile, run-flats), but this shop was able to do a phenomenal job of getting all of the tires seated and holding air. They also did a fantastic job of shining up the wheels and showing me everything they did. Great folks and will definitely use them in the future!

If I could give One Stop New and Used Tires 6 stars I would. I am exceedingly satisfied with my experience and recommend it to everyone. I am blown away by the customer service and quality workmanship provided by Mr. Rafael and his employees. They are all wonderful. I have a Honda Civic and wanted to buy some quality, all-season tires for my car. Before I stopped by Mr. Rafael's shop, I stopped by a couple other places where they offered me generic, non-impressive Michelin Tires at prices that were not worth it. I’ve been going to these guys for years. It’s time to write a great review for all the excellent prices and service I have received. They are a small family owned business and they work very hard to retain their customers. Before you go I recommend you get quotes from other tire stores so you can see for yourself that they do have the lowest prices. Yes they have a small store space that doesn’t have the big show room or waiting room but to me that shows that their focus is low cost passed on to their customers. They do not nickel and dime you with add on cost like other stores. They have some big brand names in tires and can get them if they don’t have them in stock but they focus on brand names that don’t have huge advertising mark ups. Price, reliability and warranty is important to me. I have bought Hercules tires from them before and they have lasted far beyond their mileage ratings. They are much cheaper than the big name brands I have bought elsewhere. Look them up online. They are US made with good reviews. After 8 years, today its time to replace them after I ran over a nail. By the way they easily fix nail damage as long as it’s not near the side of the tire. Well I pulled in and was greeted By Mr Rafael as any longtime customer would like. I was immediately given a great price on Hercules replacement and as they started taking off the old tires they realized that they only had two tires of my size in stock. Rafael immediately apologized and told me he would put on the next tire upgrade at no extra cost to me since he had already promised me that price. He said it was the right thing to do for his customer and that a happy returning customer was more important than charging me for the upgraded tire! This recommendation speaks for itself. Yes folks, this place is as great as the ratings exemplify. It does exist. And Raphael (the owner), Joanna (his daughter), and the rest of the crew are just that amazing! This is the only place my husband and I will take our vehicles for tires. We initially found One Stop Automotive & Tires on a cold Winter day a couple of years ago when the hubby found a nail in his tire. (Mind you, he has 21" premium tires and they're not cheap, so he was a bit concerned about having to replace it.) But Raphael took care of it; his team patched up the tire (something that Audi does not do), and we were out of their shop in less than 30 minutes. The tire is still good. Fast forward to the present: As a pulled out of my garage yesterday, I discovered I had a flat tire. Once I had the "donut" put on, I headed straight to Raphael's shop. Unfortunately, I had to have my tire replaced because it was damaged. But Raphael was very open and honest about my options, and didn't pressure me into purchasing anything unnecessary. (I ended up buying a new set anyway because it was almost time to get them replaced. He gave me a great deal on Continentals; they're not cheap!) This place is a gem, not only for their trusted, quality service, but their unmatched customer service. I highly recommend One Stop Automotive & Tires without reservations. I only wish they were a full-service auto shop. Perhaps in the future... :)

I never leave reviews online but these days it’s really hard to find a place that you can trust to take your car. The people who work here really care about what they do and the people they serve. I came in to check on my tires (mind you, the Hyundai dealer from Frederick MD had just done a full service on my car 2 weeks beforehand) because I felt my car wobbling as I drive. Rafael, the manager of Automotive & Tires, took a look at it and did a test drive on my car. He helped me for at least 20-30 mins. He found that my axle was broken!! On top of that I was missing a lugnut. My dealer from MD should have known this because they literally had to replace my fan but didn’t bother to mention anything to me. I had been driving my car with a broken axle for a couple weeks and at the time I had already put at least 100 miles on it within that timeframe. Needless to say I felt this place saved me from a potentially really bad car accident. The greatest thing about this place was that they didn’t even charge me ANYTHING! They were happy to help me out. Other places need to learn the service they give here. Would give them more stars if I could!

I love this place!!! We got a full set of tires here late last year. We shopped around a lot and this was the best combo of low price and high quality we found. Then yesterday our tire pressure warning light came on. The front right tire was low so we filled it. Today the light came on again. So I called Raphael and he said to come on in. Sure enough there was a massive screw in the tire, probably from all the construction around. They took care of it in no time and patched it for a very reasonable price. He brought me water while I waited and couldn’t have been more professional or pleasant.

My experience with Rafael was so great! I called prior to coming in to see if they had the tire that I needed. He checked to be sure they had the right size and told me to come on in. He was so friendly and welcoming. I popped my tired so I had a spare on and the old tire in my trunk. He didn't have me take the old tire out myself- instead he told me he would take care of it and even offered to have me stay in the car while he was doing the work. He showed me the tire he was going to put on and explained the process to me. It only took about 10 minutes and he even put my spare back in my car where it belonged after putting the right amount of air in it. I also have a crack in my windshield and he called a friend of his for me to get a price. The reviews were the best around but still I was skeptical. After having a bad experience with one of the other shops in the area, I hesitated to give them a try. Update: My husband ran into a really bad pothole. A few hours after the car started making weird noises from the tire. I immediately thought of Raphael. I knew he wasn't going to be able to make repairs but at least he can make sure the tire was okay and maybe point me to the repair that needs to be made. In a matter of seconds of me getting to his shop he immediately knew what was wrong, repaired it within minutes even though it was not a part of the warranty on the tires I bought 3 weeks back and most importantly did not charge me a single cent. I took my car here for an oil change. The positive about it is that it was done quickly. The negative is that, like many other places, they tried to upsell me from the start by quoting $63 for the synthetic oil without even mentioning that regular oil costs $35. I have an old Toyota, which doesn't need fancy oil. Ultimately, I got the $35 option. What really bothered me, though, was that they tried to claim that if I've ever used synthetic oil in the past, I can NEVER go back to regular oil, and a decision to do so would risk the well being of my car. Turns out, that this is BLATANTLY FALSE!!!! A simple google search on your phone will lead to the Pennzoil website which states exactly that it is a false claim. It's one thing to upsell in an attempt to make more money, but it's another thing to peddle easily verifiable falsehoods. I won't go back here for further service. How can I trust them if they can't even give proper advice for something as simple as an oil change?

Awesome place. Bought 4 new tires from here. They were able to get them all on very quickly - I was in and out fast! Not only that, but 3 weeks later I ran over a nail with my brand new front passenger tire. It was covered under the warranty and they replaced it for free! Just had to pay $25 for the labor. Great place - honest, fast, and efficient. I have since recommended to others who have had flats or needed new tires, and they all came back to me saying nothing but great things. If/when I need to replace my tires, I will 100% come back here.

Picked up a bolt in a tire that has many miles left before needing replacement, but was advised by a national chain tire store that it would need to be replaced. I decided to seek a second opinion, Googled “best tire repair center in Arlington “ and “One Stop Automotive and Tire” popped up as the only 5-star shop. And there’s a very good reason - they are terrific. Rafael, the manager, thought it would require a replacement tire as well, but an hour before closing time, was willing to visualize the damage and determine if it could be safely patched. That would cost $60 - but if a patch wouldn't work, that fee would be applied to a new tire. While his team worked on the tire, they visually checked all the other tires and filled each to its proper inflation setting. 30 minutes later my original tire was carefully inspected, patched (shown to me), thoroughly water tested and remounted. Every now and then you find a company where employees obviously enjoy what they do and provide a professional service of the highest quality. “One Stop” is just such a place. Highest possible recommendation. (Note: “One Stop” sits behind the Liberty Gas Station at 67 North Glebe. Easiest way to find it is take Arlington Blvd to the North Glebe exit and “One Stop” is in the first block on your right.)

I have had multiple fantastic experiences with these guys - I originally came in for a destroyed tire, and ended up going with a new set of tires from them at a reasonable price. About a year later, I had a flat tire (nail - not their tires' fault) and AAA put on my spare for me - they were very friendly, had it fixed in just a few minutes for a fantastic price, and as I was heading out I asked them if they had any idea why my car'd been making noises ever since the AAA guy had put on my spare. They spent significant time troubleshooting it over the course of several days and apparently when AAA dropped my car after jacking it up, he'd bent the dust cover for that wheel. They fixed it and refused to charge me. Will definitely be back next time I need anything tire-related.

I definitely recommend going to One Stop Automotive and Tires for your tire needs! I needed to replace all 4 tires quickly but did not want to go to the dealer. After doing a little research, I called with a specific tire in mind. Raphael explained that they did not have that tire the day of my call but could have it by the next day. Not only did he offer quick service by offering to get that tire in the next day, but he also had my best interest in mind. Although willing to get the tire I wanted, he recommended a tire of equal quality that was not only cheaper but offered a great warranty(the first did not have a warranty). And to top it off, they had that tire in stock and were able to change it same day within the hour. Great service, friendly people and good deals =)

Rafael got angry when I needed help with a flat tire once he discovered the lugnuts were partially stripped. We previously tried to explain on the phone before arriving and he was dismissive at that time. Anyway, in person, he told me and my husband that we had an attitude and was going to continue scolding us until I finally had to say "So you can't help us? Then have a nice day" and I drove away. His customer service was very poor.

I got a flat and had my car towed to this location, as this was the only place I could find my weird tire size within 25 miles. Over the phone they explained I had a cracked rim as well and quoted me $60.00. I get there and the price has magically changed to $75.00. The owner claimed he had no reason to try and get over on me and explained the extra charge was for repairing the rim. If that had been the case over the phone, I would have no issue paying $75.00. It's both unprofessional and missleading to change your quote on the fly. That's not even my main issue though. Come to find out, there is/was nothing wrong with the tire that was on the car. It was the crack in the rim that was preventing the tire from holding air. Instead of calling me and telling me there is nothing wrong with the tire, it does not need to be replaced, these gentleman sold me a new tire and stashed the old one with hopes of reselling it. I rather have spent that money towards a new rim instead of the tire they sold me. I won't ever come back here again. I'll make sure my family and friends don't come here either. Spend your money somewhere else.

I normally never write reviews. That being said, One Stop New & Used Tires is totally deserving of all the praise that's already been heaped upon them. You just need one trip to them to understand how they could possibly have a 5 star rating over 300+ reviews. I went to New & Used Tires and had the pleasure of meeting Rafael, the owner, and his team. Not only are they available 7 days a week, until 7PM, but Rafael truly exemplified the type of customer service you hope to get when you're dealing with something as tricky as tires. I had gone in because after my last oil change with Midas, the technicians there overfilled every single one of my tires past the 40PSI that is rated on the tire sidewalls. One of them was at 57PSI when the owner's manual recommends 36PSI. This led to all sorts of issues with my car, from the alignment being off, to a bizarre wobble in the steering wheel. Rafael was able to diagnose the problem and recommend me great tires at a very reasonable price and turned the whole job around in a day. Small businesses like this really earn your support and I will be bringing my girlfriend's car soon. I recommend this shop to anyone who needs help with their tires.

After reading the reviews, I went to Rafael on my lunch hour to see if he could fix my left front tire which had a bolt completely through the top of the tread. What a helpful and nice guy! He didn't try to up sell me into new tires, patched the tire immediately, and had me on my way. I was back at work (from downtown DC) in just under an hour. Would recommend if you need a quick fix, or even a new set of tires. Not fancy, but great customer service and fair prices.

No frills or salespeople here. Drove right over and I was greeted by several people along with Rafael, the owner. I desperately needed 2 front tires, and they agreed. Nobody tried to upsell me to get the 2 other tires done. I was in and out in about 45 minutes even though 6 cars had pulled up to get worked on as well. The tires I got installed were USA manufactured. It came with a 2 year warranty if anything happens. The tires took about 25 minutes to be installed. I also got a full synthetic oil change and it took about 20 minutes to get done. While waiting Rafael checked on me few times asking if I would like any water, tea, or Gatorade. He also asked if I wanted to sit in an area with AC but it was a nice day and it was interesting watching the guys work on all the different cars. All the staff speak Spanish. Rafael and three other gentleman spoke English as well. This place is tiny and hidden behind the Liberty gas station. Overall great experience, genuine people, and reasonable prices.

Don't recommend buying at this dishonest place. Installed there tires for my SUV on July, young women quoted me 25$ each. Went back today for installing tires on my convertible, got the same price 25$,the job is done, i come to pay Refael, the owner says 30$. Why the extra 5$? "oh, you have to pay if you are leaving the old tires" They say telling half true is like lying. I don't like liars nor do i like to do business with such. They lost a good paying customer not for 10$ but for not telling the truth. Would steer away, recommend you do the same.

If you want the best in customer service, go see Rafael (owner/manager). He will go the "extra mile" to make sure you are satisfied. I needed four new all-terrain tires, had done a good bit of research on tire brands and specific models. I compared prices from the big tire retailers and discount on-line sources, and went with Rafael because he could get almost any tire I wanted, he would get me in and out at my convenience, and he offered a competitive price. Good place to get tires for competitive prices, with warranties. The techs do a very good job and the owner, Rafael is very helpful. He will make recommendations based on your vehicle make/model, driving needs and your price range and they will order if not in stock. I think they have a pretty good inventory from what I saw.

Best place to go for any tire related work, i was on vacation in DC/VA from NY and got one tire flat, i went to couple of places and found finally a shop recommended by one mechanic, I went to shop in the morning on Saturday, and saw Rafael, he and his co-worker was extremely helpful and did the best service i ever had. Since i was on vacation so Rafael suggest me couple of places to see in DC and VA, and really those places was must see in DC. i have to say Thank you Rafael for suggesting me those places, i went there with my wife and we really like it. KEEP IT UP GOOD WORK. This is the only best place in VA for any tire related issue, very reason price, no ripping off, very friendly and no hassle at all.

Went by One Stop this afternoon with a recommendation of a friend! EXCELLENT service! Rafael and his crew were very helpful and friendly and the service was very quick! These guys really know what they're doing. Got four new tires for a really great price! If you're looking for a reliable shop that won't overprice, stop by this place. Honestly it's the best shop in town! I used to get my tires from Sam's Club or Costco but now I will be going here every time!

Raphael had me in and out in 20 minutes and the cost of a brand new tire is very reasonable. The tire also comes with a warranty. I highly recommend this place. You won't find a better deal in town.

A diamond in the rough in Arlington! On two different incidents, both before long road trips, the always friendly staff led by Rafael, helped me out with tire issues. First was simply needing air. Second was replacing a needle in a tire that was releasing air out of the blue. They were quick, friendly, and at little to no cost. I have made a point of also buying my gas out front at the Liberty station. If you ever have an issue with tires, or need to update your VA inspection, I cannot recommend this place enough!

Rafael and his team were amazing. I went in after popping a tire in the morning, and they quickly replaced it for me. He also replaced my other back tire, I hadn't realized how low the tread had gotten. Don't worry about getting swindled here...I had some cosmetic damage on another tire he very easily could have told me was necessary to replace, but instead he was honest. I also went in just an hour before close, and they were more than happy to help me, in a timely manner. Very pain free experience.

Amazing customer service experience at this little tire shop. Rafael (the manager) is excited to have your business and makes you feel welcomed. The best prices AND the best customer service in Arlington when it comes to tires. He is also not afraid to tackle oversized off-road tires and for cheaper than a chain would charge for a regular passenger tire mount and balance. Highly recommended!

One of the best auto service experiences I've had - great service and excellent prices. Definitely a "don't judge a book by it's cover" establishment - the exterior may be modest, but the manager is a really nice, honest person who does quality work and does not overcharge. I had a slow tire leak and his team was able to diagnose and fix the problem; probably saved me a hundred dollars from what I would have paid at the dealer.
