My poor car/wheel met an overly aggressive city pot hole. They took me right in. Fixed my bent rim, and checked over my tire for damage. The mechanic went the extra mile checking it out and for a bargain. May still need a new rim in the end but I loved that they tried to save me some cash to start. I'll definitely be back.

Excellent experience from the moment I walked in until my truck was driven out to me. Pricing is on the expensive side, but the quality makes up for it! They were able to get my super rare tire in after all deliveries were done and it was well past the time to order, but somehow 2 hours later (an employee had gone & got tire himself) my vehicles had a brand new tire on and vehicle aligned. Very professional, friendly and courteous.

Love Mincz tire! Last time I was there I got Michelin wiper blades, which I didn't even realize Michelin made. Not sure what their secret is, but they are the smoothest, quietest blades I've ever had. Get some it makes a really nice difference. The staff at Mincz are super nice, highly recommend.

I purchased tires and wheels from their southside location. I needed to have a wheel replaced, and visited their northside location. While there, they wanted to charge me $20 to pull a wheel off and tell me what make, model, and size it was, based upon the stamps/imprints on the back of the wheel. I asked if they would have that information in the computer when I purchased the tires, and they said that they have all of the records since they have been open. Long story short... they have NO record of me even purchasing the tires and wheels. Should I have to pay $20 for them to tell me what they installed on my car? I think not. I will not be doing business there again, ever.

Merchants incorrectly rotated my tires and I even called ahead and notified them AND MADE AN APPT on their website, to come in and have them correct the mistake. I arrived to my appt and was told there are no technicians on site...UH OKAY!? So the next day I went to Mincz tires at 8AM and they went up above and beyond to correct my car. I would stick to a family owned business for car repairs. I will continue to come here for any car issues. I will never make the mistake again of taking it to Merchants. Thank you Mincz Tire!!!!!!!! I wish I could rate this place a 10 STAR instead of 5.

I brought my car into Mincz for a flat tire repair a few months ago at the recommendation of a coworker, and I'm so glad I did! Juston and Ken were attentive as I discussed my 20-year-old car's ailments and they provided thoughtful, detailed feedback on the repairs I needed. Last week, I noticed an issue with my steering wheel and scheduled an appointment to bring my car in. Juston worked quickly to ensure my car would be ready by my lunch break so I wouldn't have to leave it overnight, and he said the repair was so minor that he wouldn't even let me pay him for his time. I already liked Mincz since it's a family-owned neighborhood business, but after my second visit I'm completely sold. Mincz is a great shop with outstanding customer service and I don't plan on taking my car anywhere else!

Took my car in for an alignment and told them that I needed it the next day for work (pizza delivery). Hours were clearly posted on the window- 8-5, weekdays. However, I stopped by at 2:30 on a Wednesday and they were closed! They did NOT post my key anywhere- I couldn't even find my car! Tried calling them numerous times, but didn't receive an answer. HOPEFULLY I'll get my car back tomorrow, but I will DEFINITELY recommend against. Absolutely outrageous.

The MOST rude staff ever! I walked inside the establishment and a young guy - can't even say gentleman said "what do you want" I said to speak with a manager and he repeated and told me to get off the property now! I called the other location and the lady on the phone was also RUDE! She said I don't want to get involved... I can't even ask a question?? REALLY. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
