I have been coming here for so many years I cannot even remember Doug the owner has never been anything but righteous and honest with me Linda who is behind the counter and schedules all the appointments in orders parts and works with the mechanics has saved me so many times and help me both of my older driving kids through their driving years and my wife and I so many times I cannot even remember. For somebody to accuse her being racist is Ludacris. That is thrown around so much nowadays when somebody doesn't get their little snowflake way and also I live for 28 years in New Jersey and one of the things I found up there is that everybody goes around just looking for something to say if they don't get their way. This is the best repair shop in this area that is of no dispute they can do everything here from inspections up never had a problem and they are respectful to veterans. I even remember Linda rebuking somebody to step outside when they started to tell a spicy joke once. It disgusts me when somebody calls her a racist this is a good shop. Come in here and use them and know that you're going to get the job done right.

I have tried to come here twice for incredibly simple, five to ten minute long tasks (plug a tire and VA state inspection). Both times I was told "soonest we can do this is tomorrow." Bad pattern...

Went in for simple inspection took them several days to get to it, did not call when it was ready and went ahead and did some adjustments to lights that they charged me for with out my permission had to pay in order to get car keys back. Worse experience i have had with and auto shop will never go back even if i break down in front of their shop. Crooks! Do not even think they did anything to my lights. First come first served on inspections ha they made me wait 3 days and the guy said he was about to get to it and "something" came up. Well if you are so busy, why are you answering the phone?

Absolutely awesome! Had a bad bearing on my truck and was from out of town, showed up without an appointment and they had me on my way in an hour and a half. Very professional, friendly, reasonably priced, and a first rate repair and diagnosis. My only regret is that I don’t live close enough to use their services on a regular basis. Madison Tire and Auto Center, you guys are the best!

The lady didnt want to service my car which needed a tire. Didnt even want to check to see if they had any use tire to get ne where i was going. And i was from jersey. I think she was rascist.
