I love this place! They fix my car so quickly! The past three weeks something has happened to my car and each week they have fixed whatever it was in less than 2 hours. I’m so grateful for this since this is my only vehicle. I would highly recommend this place!

Little interaction with staff. They put the wrong oil in, it wasn't until I asked that they even told me what they had put in my car. When I spoke with the supervisor after the fact, he showed little interest and didn't even apologize for the mistake. Time wasn't an issue for the correction, The genuine concern was.

We blew a tire on I-81. These folks had us in, changed, mounted, balanced, with the spare re-hung under the bed in less than half an hour. Friendly, Fast, and Professional. Couldn't be better.

On a long road trip from TX to NJ when my maint. light came on. Stopped at SEVERAL other "quick" lubes in other towns along the way. None of them could help us without an hour+ wait time. Lexington Lube was EXTREMELY courteous and helpful. Took us right away and had us on our way in no time! Thank you, gentlemen!

Stopped in Monday, July 14, 2014 on my way back from vacation to simply have my wheels rotated on my Mustang. They were courteous & quick. They had to ask where the locking lug socket for my wheels were, which I told them,; it was in the middle console under all the other stuff in there. They did the job & I was on my way in short order. All good so far. However, I got home to Richmond, VA & to make a long story short, found that the lug socket was not back in my console. Searched the car & not found. Contacted the store to have them locate it & have it sent to me, but was told by the owner he had spoken with the two employees who had done the work & they said the locking lug had been put back in the console, stretching the details to the point of stating that one employee actually watched the other put it back in under all the stuff in there. Really?! Long story short, the owner hung up on me when I told him the employees were BSing and that this was no way to run a business. Terrific service, huh? Could have just offered to replace the socket & saved this negative review, but nope; had to be an idiot about it. It's not an expensive part, but the principal of the thing is key here. Mistakes happen in business and you simply take care of the customer; that's when customer service is truly tested and proven. This company chose the epic fail route. No class...

If I could give more stars I would. This man is the most kind and understanding man. I flipped my truck twice 3 hours from home and after finding a ride back home after being discharged I was left with the question how was I going to get the few important things out of my truck as I can’t drive. This gentleman has been so understanding and is shipping some of our important paperwork and things to us!! He never even met me as I had to go to the hospital. I’m amazed at the kindness this man has showed us!!

Quick service but paying $64.99 for four quarts of "synthetic oil" is way too pricy and overcharge for a simple oil change. Looked at advance and same oil is $8.99 a quart.

I have always been happy with the service at Lexington Express Lube. From oil changes to purchasing tires. I was informed about my water pump was needing replaced after they changed my oil. Not only are they going to order and replace, but the price was so much less than I expected to pay for the pump. Even more impressive, they could've just done the oil change and not mentioned it. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and I appreciate having a service station that will work with my foreign Hyundai. I will probably pay a third of what a dealership would. We'll see if the outcome is just like I hope for...

They serviced the brakes on my SUV the same day I called. The technician showed me their condition while getting my approval to replace them. The waiting area was clean and comfortable with Internet service. The staff were friendly and professional. The price was reasonable.

This place is amazing!!! As soon as I got into town from Maryland, my car started to overheat. Thankfully, Lexington Express Lube was right off the road near where I pulled off. They took my care right in, immediately found out what the problem was, ordered the part, and while I shopped next door; had it repaired within an hour. The guys there were super nice & friendly. Wish i could give 10 stars. OUTSTANDING service!!!

The good: They changed my oil. The bad: Charged extra for oil plug seal. (they add this charge for everyone, even if you don't need it) Charged for "shop fee". (they add this charge for everyone) Highest price for oil change in town - $38 In the end, it was $50 for an oil change. If I wasn't extremely busy, I would go somewhere else.

Went there to get a inspection they fail it told me i need to go to nissian to get led lite replaced thank goodness i went to auto zone to see if maybe they could order it when guy looked at it he let me know i only need a bulb so instead of wasting time to drive to Staunton an paying 200.00 bucks i went across the st paid less than 6.00 and bow have a lite that works

Needed a new tire, just one. Took them 3-4 hours to replace it. Didn’t even put it on, we just took the tire and went home because the wait was excessive. Watched them replace wipers on every single car getting an oil change, even if not needed. One car, they couldn’t figure out how to remove the blades so they broke them off. Also, guess they thought my car needed an oil change because they popped the hood and left it open? Just ridiculous.

I take my bmw m3 just for a simple oil change and now my car is leaking oil , i buy new oil plugs ,special for my bmw ,!!, and this guy's put a different plugs that doesn't even fit my bmw , i had to drain my oil my self and put the original plugs the one's y buy special for the car and now my car is fine , dont take your car to this plase , if u need just a oil change just do it ypur self , im pretty sure u can do a better jod ,than this guys !

Went here when my car had a flat tire, I drove up and they looked at us like we shouldn't be there. They took the tire off to see if they could patch it, and said that there was a giant rip in it and that they couldn't fix it. So all they did was put the spare on.

I had them install 4 tires that I ordered online, they are one of the only places locally that I know of that will install tires that you purchase from somewhere else. The service was fast and well done, I'd absolutely recommend this place to others.
