Stopped in Monday, July 14, 2014 on my way back from vacation to simply have my wheels rotated on my Mustang. They were courteous & quick. They had to ask where the locking lug socket for my wheels were, which I told them,; it was in the middle console under all the other stuff in there. They did the job & I was on my way in short order. All good so far. However, I got home to Richmond, VA & to make a long story short, found that the lug socket was not back in my console. Searched the car & not found. Contacted the store to have them locate it & have it sent to me, but was told by the owner he had spoken with the two employees who had done the work & they said the locking lug had been put back in the console, stretching the details to the point of stating that one employee actually watched the other put it back in under all the stuff in there. Really?!
Long story short, the owner hung up on me when I told him the employees were BSing and that this was no way to run a business. Terrific service, huh? Could have just offered to replace the socket & saved this negative review, but nope; had to be an idiot about it. It's not an expensive part, but the principal of the thing is key here.
Mistakes happen in business and you simply take care of the customer; that's when customer service is truly tested and proven. This company chose the epic fail route. No class...
