Just for an inspection, $20.00? Thought that was a state regulated fee of $16.00. Then try to sell me tires after being rude and having no customer service presence? I DON'T THINK SO. Hard to believe that Mark called me very concerned about my review regarding negative customer service. I explained that Brian treats people as though he could care less whether he gets return service or not! But that phone call from Mark, greatly appreciated! So here's 5 stars for being concerned about your customers, Mark. And work on Brian's customer service skills.

Kramer Tire is wonderful, efficient and honest and their workmanship reflects that. I’ve been to Kramer three times in the past three years for all new tires, alignment, and state inspection. I always receive my car back the same day and am informed before any recommended services take place, and at pick up, provided with a detailed description of what’s been done and what’s recommended for approaching future. Being a woman needing a car serviced can sometimes feel intimidating, or that you will be taken advantage of, but time and time again I’ve been impressed with Kramer tire. Mark at the front desk always welcomes you with a big smile and makes you feel like you’re business matters and you’re not just another number or a dollar sign in their pocket. Mark even called me when they couldn’t find my key lock for the state inspection, and allowed me the opportunity for it to be found and brought to him, instead of just rejecting the vehicle. It’s good to see that there are still businesses that thrive on customer service and quality, versus production and numbers! I will continue to be a returning and beyond satisfied customer. (I also wanted to add that I purchased tires a year ago and when one tire suddenly wouldn’t keep air and always ended up flat, I called them up, they repaired it and sent me on my way. Might I add it was done on the spot, no charge included in the warranty of purchase of tires—when other corporate companies give you a 30 day or based on mile warranty) THANK YOU MARK AND STAFF FOR EXCEEDING EXPECTATIONS TIME AND TIME AGAIN AT KRAMER TIRE! Today I had some extra time to take my car in and I had a great experience. Mark greeted me and got my car in and out fast. This year will make 4 years since I have been coming to this Kramer Tire location. I have seen the staff come and go and I have seen managers come and go. They always get my vehicles in and out in a timely manner and when something is wrong they actually let me know and show me. They have never tried to offer me services on my cars that I did not need unlike most shops. The new manager Mark S is by far the best manager this shop has seen in a while. From the day I called in to schedule my appointment to when I actually came in, Mark was fantastic. His professionalism and customer service is top notch. Even his employee Daryl who serviced my car was professional and courteous. The only negative downside to this shop would be the assistant manager Brian. His customer service and attitude is horrible. The majority of the time he acts as though he is does not want to be there working let alone helping customers. I know people have bad days but it's like every day is a bad day for Brian when he is working. Other than that, I love this location and will continue to go here.

I hardly ever post reviews but I just wanted to share. I took my husbands vehicle in due to a loud noise. I dropped it off with Mark and that process was smooth. He called me back later that day to tell me what’s wrong. I couldn’t afford to have the service done today so I was going in that night to pay my fees and pick up the car. When I went in that evening, I met Brian. Brian was less than pleasant with me. I told him I needed to know specifics as to what was wrong with the vehicle, he replied with “well it’s painfully obvious as to what is wrong” I told him if it was “painfully obvious” I wouldn’t have been there asking for their services!! He then took me out to show me my husbands muffler literally dragging on the ground. It was NOT like that when I left the car with him. I would have definitely noticed it being as I had to drive 30 minutes to get to this place. I am completely dissatisfied with the “services” I received here.

Terrible expierence, I went in for a tire rotation and balance. They said my truck was done so I went and inspected it, tires had not been rotated. After they finally fulfilled my initial request I decided to get an alignment done. Two times they put it up on the machine and couldnt get it right! Went over to Tread Quarters, which is now who owns Kramer Tire. Will never go back to Kramer Tire side again.
