Came here for a replacement tire to carry us over until we were financially able to afford a new tire. Was told that it was $10 to check the tire on the vehicle, I specifically asked if the tire could not be patched would that $10 go to the price of another tire; the answer was yes. Got ready to check out and was told different, a $50 used tire ran me $70 when it was time to pay. I then told this very rude lady what I was told by the shop guys in the back, her response was “well that ain’t the way it go”. Spoke with a man that I assumed to be the manager he pretty much said the same thing she did. Will never purchase used nor new tires from this place again! Buyer beware!!!!! Total rip off, rude employees upfront, and tons of hidden fees. The best thing about this place is the shop guy named Jay, and the bathroom.

Not actually 24 hours even though their open sign is blinking and it says it on here. Showed up around 11:50pm on Wednesday and knocked no answer. Called no answer. Gave me a follow-up call later on to ensure I was taken care of.

I wasn’t pleased to know they charges a extra $60.00 to come out to put a tire on and I’m still in Portsmouth just across the bridge I expect a fee just not that much that’s ridiculous other than that I have been before and the service was good along with the tires I purchased but I had to use my AAA to pump my tire just to get to a tire shop more to do but I definitely saved

Awesome! And will be my first recommendation here on out. They were super friendly. Awesome energy, environment and staff! The shop was actually closed when we arrived; yet they still opened their doors, without complaints and had us in and out in great timing. Not to mention affordable. Comfortable setting to where we wouldn't have minded waiting even if we had to. Half the price of Walmart.

I called Empire Tire On Friday morning to Inquire about the mobile Service they offer because I had a Flat Tire nobody picked up the phone. When they called eventually called me back the person was rude, stated “who is this.” I was confused because I thought I may have called the wrong number. I then said Do you have a Mobile Service? He stated “oh yeah the Tire Joint” This is the most unprofessional Conversation I have ever had with a company and I would never recommend this company to anyone. Fair Warning BEWARE this company isn’t what it seems to be on the commercial!!! Wouldn’t give my money to such an unprofessional company!!! BEWARE
