My wife and I have used Eaver’s for the last several years and I haven’t regretted switching. I always get there early and they have a line at the door to even get in. Their showroom is clean and has lots of seating. I like how they have two separate seating areas, one more of a business area. The customer service people are always nice and friendly. They explain service options and prices with you before doing any work. Prices are competitive to other shops in the area but the service is above and beyond.

Both locations I’ve had problems with. Been with them for 12 years and I am finally going elsewhere. I rarely complain. The last straw was when the mechanic left his tools in my car. They insisted I return them immediately. Had to make a trip back to return them. Didn’t even get a Thank you! Now there are other oil change facilities and also Tire sales close by. I’ll be going to those places instead. Bought 4 brand new tires year before last - They put a larger size - Didn’t charge me extra and made it sound like I got a Deal with the larger tires - but those tires don’t hold air. My tire gauge sensors worked Before they changed the tires and now they don’t. Tried to charge me $85.00 a piece for new ones - more than the cost per tire!. They obviously damaged the sensors when changing the tires. They showed me the stem and it had wrench marks on it. Told me they changed the sensor for free and the lights are still on - But - Again - I’m wrong and they’re right and now I have tire sensor lights on all the time. Oh well. Sure I’ll be getting a call on This review - Or Maybe Not

I usually have a pretty good experience dropping my jeep off on the previous day and then picking up the jeep on Saturday apparently this time they were understaffed and overbooked because they weren’t able to get to the few things that I needed to get done concerning my tires, AC unit and oil change. When I went to pick up the jeep I was told they only had time to do the oil change. So I ended up having to schedule an appointment at the jeep dealership in Stanton to check the tires and AC unit that ended up costing me $178 and also letting me know that the compressor in the jeep had went bad.

Eavers is my new "go to" place for my car. After recently moving to the area, I had difficulty finding a mechanic that I felt was fairly priced and had good customer service. The staff at Eavers are courteous, fair priced, and overall great people to work with. They listen to any concerns you may be having about your car and take the time to check even if you're only there for an oil change. If they can't take a look that day, they are more than willing to set up an appointment with you. I highly recommend!

The service was great, the building clean and comfortable. I do have one complaint. The TV was tuned to something that the young men at the counter would be more interested in. The two people waiting and sitting in front of the TV were two women in the 50-60 range. I mentioned something to the woman sitting next to me and she started she refused to look at it and offered me a magazine to look at. Some of the video clips on the show "Ridiculousness" is in appropriate for a waiting area. I understand that your clientele may usually be younger and male, you should put programming on for all clients and not the workers. Give the workers their own TV behind the counter or take the TV out completely. Would have given 5 stars if the workers had at least offered to change the channel.

I appreciate that I can drop off vehicle with a note of what I need to have done. They leave me a message the next day. The work gets done, I pay be credit card over the phone, and pick up my vehicle that evening. They are one of the few remaining auto shops that still do inspections. Their staff is always courteous, and charges are reasonable.

My wife and I just moved to the valley and had gotten a number of recommendations to use Eaver’s for our oil changes, lubes and tires. So before taking an out-of-state trip, we did just that. The friendliness and professional attitude of all the guys at the counter was refreshing, and the price was more than acceptable! Jake was our main contact and he’s just a super dude! Anyways, we’ll be using them again soon for Jeep tires and don’t need to look anywhere else for our basic auto service needs!

I paid for a set of Cooper AT3 xlt tires. I had some concerns about the amount of weight it took to balance one of the four tires. These guys were quick to respond and offer to fix the issue. They replaced 2 lug nuts that came apart on the inner threads as well,unlike others who would have just impacted them back on. Thanks for the great service!

I have bought two sets of tires from them and this will be the last set I buy. Why cause along with getting tires I had them check the tire pressure sensor for me cause it has been leaking down. Well to my surprise they couldn’t find it leaking well three days later I’m putting air in the same tire that they said was not leaking, I can understand some leaks are hard to see but this is the third time I had them check it and the second time they checked the wrong tire and forgot to put the cap back on. I had them check the alignment for me and it was out of course in the front and the back they fixed it and now the car wants to drift all over the road. So for me they will not get my service anymore!

Overall service was performed to my satisfaction. I was disappointed to find oil smears on my hood and door handles. Having a white car this is easily noticeable. I also had the inspection sticker replaced and there were streaks all over the windshield where the sticker was placed. I would encourage customers to inspect the car prior to taking delivery to catch these items.

Had a leveling kit and new tires put on. The tires (Nitto Ridge Grapplers) had cracks in the sidewall several months after install. Went round and round with the sales associate and they refused to warranty the tires. This place does not stand by there products. Glad a Discount Tire opened up in the area with both lower prices and much better customer service. Spoke with Nitto regarding the tires and they were provided false information concerning the air pressure that was in the tires. Discount Tires Price matches and I don't mind (actually prefer small-local owned business) that conduct business with accurate information. You can speak to Cole about the experience if you need clarification. I would be happy to provide my experience through a conversation...you have my number.
