I came in and they seemed nice and honest but that isn’t the case. I asked them to change my brake pads on TWO of my rear tires. I paid $60 for the service thinking they did the WHOLE job I asked for them to do. As I left the shop that day I noticed my brakes made the same noise from when I came in but I thought nothing of it because they seemed trustworthy. When I took it to another mechanic they took off a tire from the rear(left rear) and noticed the brakes were completely worn down and different from the other rear tire(right rear) and he told me it had not been replaced so I had to buy another set of brakes to put on. I then went to the dominion tire location where I got the brakes “put in” and asked for my money back because they didn’t do the job I paid for them to do and the man working said he wouldn’t give me my money and claimed it was an error which in this case it isn’t because they purposely didn’t put in the brake pads for my left rear tire and he didn’t care for anything I had to say. Don’t recommend their scam they call “service” at all.

As of December 3rd 2014, they had the best prices on used tires in the area. I called around all day and was shocked by how high everyone was quoting me. I always bought my tires from Tires Unlimited on Rt.17 but they have raised their prices a lot so I needed to find another location. These guys at Tire Zone are very nice, the only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 is because they did take a long time putting the tires on but no problem. Just wanted to give an honest review, hope this helps you.

Went in with a flat and they said I needed a valve steam replacement for $25. I happily paid and went on my way. A day later my tire was flat again. They told me they would not fix my flat unless I paid for another $25 valve stem. Should have done it right the first time. to the owner who responded. There's no way to contact you you left no email or phone number. I will not go out of my way to contact you and make things right. You can keep your money and I simply will never go to your place of business ever again. I try to support local but this is hugely disappointing.

I had to make over 5 trips for them to fix my tires! They got it wrong the first 4 times! Difficult employees to deal with! They lure you in b/c they are cheap, but with it comes a lot of incompetence , waiting time and return trips! Not sure I want to go back!

Watch the used tires you get here, they installed the wrong size tires on my car for the weight rating and now a year later im paying 60$ more for 4 BRAND NEW TIRES than i paid last year for 4 used

Amazing place! after I got lied to at rons tires I had no choice but to look for another shop as my tire was deflating. About a half a mile down the road I saw dominion it was 5:59 and they close at 6 I had no choice but to atleast ask as my tire was basically flat at this point. The gentleman said sure thing I can help you, went to the back got me a tire. installed It in 5 min. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming thanks again dominon tire you are a life saver !

i came during my break to get tires last week ended up being able to get brake and rotor quote and a body shop quote .so convenient!!! all given to me by very beautiful young lady (only lady there ) who was also very knowledgeable and helpful . She was very impressive answering phones ,checking out customers and gave me my quotes within 5-10 mins at most . Guys were very quick and good with my tires as well . I reluctantly deduct 1 star because they didn't have my tire size in stock, the price would be ~$40, a bit more than I'm trying to pay at the moment but not a Bad price, and I haven't been an actual customer. He took time to point me in the direction of 2 other locations. FYI some other guy there told me they could do 4 new tires for $280 if anyone is wondering about prices.

VERY DISHONEST!! BEWARE!!! if you don't know anything about tires they WILL take advantage of you. They put a smaller tire on one side, it started to damage the tire, they did an alignment, it pulled hard to one side, took it back and they said it's because someone put the wrong tire size. With receipt showing it was them who did it, they said we can't do anything because it's past 30 days.

Fast and courteous service! Tire pressure was really low on one of my tires, thought it would need repair or replacement. Went to the nearest place I found online and they were booked up, had my son with me and it was hot out and just wanted to get it done and get us home. Went online and found this place 5 minutes away, pulled up and saw they had cars up. Talked to Said, he had me pull the car up, too it off and checked it for me and there was nothing wrong with it. He was polite and patient, explained to me the different reasons why pressure can be low (I have a lot to learn about cars), I didn't need to replace it after all and I was on my way in less than 20 minutes, if that. Said saved me time and money, I am glad they were there when I needed it and I would go back again. Thank you!

LIFE SAVER ON NEW YEARS EVE!!! I was on my way to Virginia Beach for New Years and my tire steam totally broke off...now my tire is totally flat! Everywhere I was calling was closed and I thought I was going to miss out on my trip. I just happen to see Dominion as I was driving by with my friend. The owner was so sweet! He took my tire for me and changed the steam in less than 5 minutes. He could tell how frantic I was. When he was done he told me Happy New Years and to not worry about paying. You don't get that kind of service anymore! He saved New Years, and now I can see my God children in Va Beach :) Thank you!!!!

I had been a long time customer of Paul’s Auto Body and was very satisfied when the owner and his son were working. Lately, I have been dissatisfied and will no longer be a customer. The company has changed their name to Dominion tires but the service is horrible. I’ve taken both of my vehicles there to get the AC fixed. Turns out they can’t figure it out, for a Cayenne or an X5. After purchasing a new battery from them in June 2018, suddenly on of my road trips, the fan in the X5 starting blowing air and would not turn off even with the engine off. Eventually the battery died. We had the battery diagnosed at another repair shop since we were out of town, and was told that all the cells were bad and not to drive long distance with the battery. We had to jumped the vehicle several times to go short distances but could not turn it off because required jumping every time. We ended up purchasing another battery to make the trip back to the shop, now called Dominion Tire in Manassas, VA on Centerville road. Miraculously they claimed the battery does not have any dead cells and decided to charge it fully, and that it’s a good battery. They did not have the courtesy to install it for us, my husband had to do it by himself in front of Dominion Tire, By the way, the fan is still blowing and will not turn off. Per the mechanic Joe, he cannot do anything about it. When we gave our vehicle to him in June 2018, the fan was not blowing. Now at the end of all this, we now have two batteries (I could use one as a back-up of course). One more thing, the fan will continue to blow as long as the battery is connected, so we have to disconnect and reconnect the battery, every time we need to drive the vehicle, so as to not drain the battery or until we take it to a capable mechanic to get it properly fixed. I am very disgusted and so dissatisfied with their service. No longer a Customer

Before stopping by I had called and spoke to Paul to see if they had the tire size I needed and he was extremely helpful over the phone in explaining my options. When I arrived he had all my tires pulled and ready. As of now my 4 used tires are still great. That was a little over a month ago and I have sent 2 other customers over to them and will make sure I let everyone else know too.

Said and his crew was very thorough while working on my vehicle. There prices were so GREAT, I ended up purchasing a new set of Tires for my 2016 Nissan Maxima Platinum Edition. Said informed me that I needed brake pads and after approving this repair, he had the brake pads at the shop in less than 12 minutes and He didn't try to upsell or break my pockets with repairs. They have definitely have gained a new client and I can't wait to take my other vehicles to this company. JOB WELL DONE!

If you are tired of deteriorating customer service, unavailability of appointments and unreasonable pricing from the Chain Tire Stores in the Manassas Area, you need to visit Dominion Tire next door to the Klein ice cream shop on route 28. Even at 6 pm the staff was focused on my tire needs. Within 20 minutes of my arrival I had 2 new tires installed and ready to get back home! Wonderful experience. Will return.
