Took my car in for an inspection. Failed due to needing all 4 tires. Took it to another place, and they said there was no way it would have failed. Just tried to con me out of money. Wish i could leave 0 stars. A 2017 needing 4 new tires. Place is a joke. Additionally, they didn't follow VA inspection code. Used blue ink when only black ink is allowed. Will definitely be filing a complaint with the state of Virginia.

Walked in for emission inspection gave them my keys, it took 10 mins only. That was after i went to another mechanic and got told to come pick up the car at the end of the day, it was 9am. I was honestly shocked.

They are very dishonest. At first I said yes I want to make a deal. Paid but ones I took another look and drive I said I can't take it. The guy said "it's your problem now, I'm not giving your money back" I keeped asking to please give me my money back and he said "NO" 4 TIMES. I also offered him to keep $100 but to please give me my money back. The big issue here is that the metters dont work and the break and engine like pop up out of no ware. I dont recommend anyone dealing with this kind off people. My star is not because they deserve it it's because I couldn't post my review with out it.

The owner & staff are amazing! I purchased a used car last month. Took it to a mechanic to have it inspected & was excited to hear the words “great purchase”! However, it wasn’t inspected throughly & I had no clue until I started hearing unfamiliar noise coming from my back tire. Allowed another mechanic to take a look (both recommended) work was performed the second time & I thought all was well until...... A few days later THE SAME ANNOYING NOISE was back!!! , But they say THREE TIMES THE CHARM right!?! So, for a third time I was recommended to Daniels & although I cried my lil eyes out finding out the cause of the noise to my car, I’ve been ALL smiles almost 3, maybe 3 & a half weeks now... THE PROBLEM WAS SLOVED ALL THANKS TO THESE AMAZING, HONEST MEN! I now can say I have a reliable, trusted auto care to attend to any needs in the future! Thank you guys sooo much❤️ SideNote: Tire pressure light has been on so I’ll be setting up an appointment soon

I absolutely love Daniels Auto Care! You will not find a more honest shop in the area. I was so let down by a couple of shops in the area that practice fear tactics, i.e., "I see you're here for just an oil change, but we found a problem that needs to be fixed ASAP or your car will explode!" You will never get that a Daniels. I've been going to them exclusively for more than a year now with our three vehicles, and never once have they tried to upsell me. Not only that, they offer the best rates in town - believe me, I've researched!
