Normally, I'm weary of car shops because of the "you should know what you're doing" attitude. From initial entrance to shop, greeted very friendly. Car was taken care of in a timely manner. Plus, shop did not give me glares for having my small children with. Go again? I hope not anytime soon, but if car messes up again, then yes I would :) recommend? Every time!

Purchased a new set of tires, left the establishment not even a half mile down the road my entire tire and wheel flew off leaving me on the side of 58 because not one lug nut was put back on. I did receive tons of apologies and half my money back however I will never be going back.

Save your time and money. I bought brand new tires in February and by June my back left was bald and the inside of the fronts are worn. I took them back to Cunninghams. The owner said my back tires were worn from PULLING OUT TOO HARD OR BURNING OUT. I'm a mother of 2 and this car has 200 miles on it. We don't really go drag racing on the weekends. This did not do this to my tires in 3 months. It was a cheap product they would not stand behind and then tried to get us to buy a new set "at cost." Cost is apparently $30 less than the regular price. I should have saved my money and back went anywhere else.

We brought in our 2003 model Jeep Grand Cherokee. They were very courteous and informative. Though Cunningham does not work on transmissions in Danville Virginia they did have a knowledgeable staff and we're willing to look at our transmission system to determine what was wrong because we could not back the car in reverse. They only charged us $10 for the service. Had we gone elsewhere we would have paid $25 or better for a diagnostic. We were 100% satisfied with the courtesy and the financial savings.

My experience at Cunningham tire was not good bought tires about 6 months ago and I have one tire that has no trend on it showed them my paperwork was told that I was going to get a call back from a Mandy the next day . She did not call me I had to call her then she says that she didn’t know that she was suppose to call me back . This business put the tires on, completed an alignment and I gave them copies of my paperwork she proceeds to tell me that I had free balancing and should have came back to get my tires balanced. I told her that if someone told me that do t you think I would have came and done it especially if it was free!!! Then she proceeds to tell me well there is nothing we can do because we don’t have records of you getting your wheels balanced . Im sorry but that’s not good customer service and retention. I will NEVER purchased tires from this business ever again and I will not refer people to them either !!!

From out of town, had a flat and brought tire in to Danville store. Ready in 45 mins while we went to eat. I expected either a costly repair or possibly a new tire because of the size of the bolt that penetrated the face of the tire. I came back to pick up the tire and to my surprise, I only had a $10.00 bill! They could have really put it to me but did not. They were very honest and professional. I will absolutely go to them anytime I have a tire issue when in Danville. AWESOME SERVICE!!!!!!!!

Friendly personable staff remembers my name every time and are always willing to help. Very reasonable (best in town) prices and selection. If you know what you need and want and are able to effectively communicate those needs and wants to the staff, this is a great place to do business and the only tire shop I use.

Went in to buy 2 brand new tires and my whole inside of my truck was damaged. My seats were put down and my entire system and radio was unplugged. They showed me 15 minutes of camera footage when I was there for an hour and 45 minutes. Cops were usless and refused to make a report. NEVER GO THERE. they are dirty and VERY unprofessional.

Cunningham Tire is a terrible place of business, also has poor customer service. I would not entrust my vehicle to any employee of that business ever again, and would advise the next customer to walk away! Cunningham Tire will leave your vehicle in a horrendous mess, and with a gigantic bill! AND NO COMPENSATION FOR THEIR SCREW UP! Who are these mechanics? Why are they employed? Overall an awful experience. Horrible customer service. Spent a large sum of money for a job NOT well done. They make it obvious that you as the customer are absolutely not a priority to them and what they make sound like a simple task ends up taking days for them to do. Each day they say something else needs to be done to jack up the bill. Had I known they would make a simple change of parts into such a huge ordeal, I would have gone somewhere else. Not to mention their rudeness that I was supplying my own parts to save a couple hundred dollars. I would not recommend anyone going here if you want quality service and professional employees. They screwed up my oil pan and I lost nearly all the oil in my engine in less than two months. Their solution was a free oil change but that doesn't fix my oil pan in the long run! Also they replaced my front brake pads and never cleaned and greased the calipers! Less than 20,000 miles later I had to have front and back pads replaced. Never ever going there again. I'm done.

It grieves me to once again complain about the level of service and incompetence demonstrated by staff at the Danville Location. I have been serviced by Cunningham Tires since 2012 when I brought my first set of tires for my Kia Sedona. I formally stated that I had taken issues with the mechanical work done on my 2010 Tundra. I asked for the problem with brakes to “fixed,” that is to say -no possible problem that would be conveyed later after telling me that my rotors and brakes were replaced just to insight that I may experience a problem with a caliper. Hence, if I say “fix” the problem, why make a statement like that when you know that I will have to replace the brakes and rotors, insinuating that the caliper(s) was or were the problem. And as it stands, my brakes are again vibrating on my 2010 Tundra! Today I only want to state that if you run a business and you have associates that verbally tell customers about their vehicle, make sure they know how to talk to customers. I “specifically” asked the service personal to check my rims for possible damage after I gave instructions to have tires replaced. The end result was that I saw my vehicle wheeled out without notification prior to repair. When I confronted the associate I received a less than cordial altitude in response to my inquiry. This person was “choppy and failed to hear my concerns as needed. I asked if the rim was damaged, she indicated that it may have some vibration. I asked why then would you stick a brand new tire on it to have it malfunction. I stated that that was what I initially asked to have the rim assessed before putting on! Needless to say that during the conversation she became short and asked in a condescending way, “What did I want to do.” I asked do I need a rim, she stated yes! So, in efforts to understand what I needed I asked if they could get a rim, it was told to me that they couldn’t. I told the staff I would return with a rim. After I returned, I spoke to one of the other staff that I felt would be less confrontational and would be able to offer more knowledge about the situation. I explained to him that my circumstances were not attended to as best they should have been. Unfortunately he tells me to test the vehicle out and determine if any vibration was discovered. I conveyed to him that I was not a mechanic and that that is why I paid my money to have it inspected. After going back –and forward about why I felt proper care wasn’t given, he continue to tell me to drive it! I did however, drive it , and purchased a rim based on inaccurate information . I cannot get my money back in the amount of $90.00. Personally, I believe you need to train your staff and mechanics on how to conduct “customer care!”
