My wife and I had a great experience with Covington Tire Pros. Firstly, they did a wonderful job in rotating the tires, changing the oil, and performing the inspection for my Toyota Rav4. They also helped us coordinate how we would get both of our vehicles inspected quickly. They even brought my wife to get place of work so she would not need to take off to get her vehicle inspected. The price was very reasonable for all of this. The folks at Covington Tire treated us with respect and understanding, and I am so thankful. My wife and I will always return to them for my maintenance needs.

We were traveling through Covington on the interstate and blew out a tire. We showed up 30 minutes before closing, and the super friendly staff checked and found that they did indeed have 1 tire in stock of my odd sized tires. After physically confirming they had the tire she went back and spoke with the service techs and found one willing to stay later to change out our tire and get us back on the road. From the time we showed up off the interstate to being able to get back in the road was just barely over an hour. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. They even gave us a good recommendation for a local place for dinner.

Order 4 tires from them,had an appointment to go back next day and have them put on and they didn't have them,they sold them to someone else won't go back!

Was told an appointment time. Showed up and was told they didn't have that spot to sit and wait 45 minutes. During that time employees cussed each other constantly. After the wait they didn't even have the tires, and the receptionist was rude and sarcastic. " Well I certainly didnt go back and put my hands on them. The computer tells me what we have!" Would you not think that they would grab the tires beforehand?

Good variety of tires to choose from. Customer service attitudes are not the best at times. Last visit I did not get the tire quotes emailed to me as promised so I purchased 4 tires elsewhere. Seems they have computer problems the last couple of visits.

Covington tire pros is always great about letting me know how long tire repair/replacement will take. This morning I needed to replace one damaged tire. They got right to it and had it replaced very quickly while I waited.

Well I got an alignment and was very dissatisfied. My car was not test driven before or after the alignment. I got charged full price and all they did was set the toe and let it go. My car still pulled. I didn't get an alignment print out,no explanation of anything that was done and I did ask. All I could get was that all they could adjust was the toe. No caster or camber adjustments were done. I've never seen such pathetic work from a low grade shop. I'm gonna have to spend extra money to go to a dealership and have it done right.
