These are people who put people first. They are skilled in keeping older cars on the road, but they are also up to date on new cars. The point is that they look at each case individually. They figure out how to fix it, they present you with the long term and short term fix and let you decide. I have never had a better relationship with mechanics than I have here. They are absolutely the best!

I was very proud of what they had done with a front end alliment about a year ago until recently I had some issues with the car wanting to hit the cars on my driverside.Thought it may have been a brake issue until we checked it and found that they had not tightened the bolts on the driverside.We recovered some of the shims off of the frame and put them back and tightened the bolts and I took it back and told them what had happened and what we did and asked they check it since it was thier job that had went bad.We set up a appointment and they redone the alliment which was out a little and they charged me to redo this.Very poor customer service and they will never get our business again.Would have said something about being charged but like a dummy didn't wanta cause a scene.Being I was pissed because they should have tightened those bolts.Hopefully they tightened them this time cause if this causes a accident I WILL refer the officers to there business.Sad you can't trust a mechanic to keep you safe.Poor business ethic!

Horrible company to deal with run run run away. My girl friends vehicle was taken to them to replace an alternator. They damaged her car door and then said it was another customer and they weren't responsible. It took over 2 months and police involvement for them to make and insurance claim. There are many other great companies to deal with so don't risk it with these people

Dropped off my vehicle on Monday and told them they had a week to change the oil and replace the oil sender sensor. Gave them my number and asked them to call if any problems. Called them on Thursday and they said planned to do the work on Friday. I showed up Monday afternoon to pick up my vehicle; they had not done the work and the shop manager could not come up with any reason

Boys in the back were fantastic. Employees in the office were RUDE. Accused my husband of being someone who owed them money. Proceeded to give the NAME of the man who owed them money. EXTREMELY unprofessional. Will most likely not be back. It's a shame because the guys doing repairs were awesome to deal with! We have been coming here for years and the level of service received from office employees today was highly unacceptable.

I have been using CC Rosen for over 35 years. They continue to provide excellent service, as my recent experience- came without an appointment for a slight high speed vibration. They found 2 tires slightly out of balance from wear, but the real problem was a sticky caliper. As they have a full service repair shop, they fixed this at my convenience. My dad was convinced some years ago as he had an issue diagnosed and fixed that several other shops could not determine. Recommend to all!

Amazing customer service! Kevin did a great job on my alignment! He walked me through the process and asked if I had any preferences on the setup. It took a little longer than anticipated but they didn't charge a penny more than the original quote even with the aftermarket parts I have and a lowered ride for which they probably had to take some extra measures to get the car on the lift. I recommend this shop to anyone needing an alignment! Thanks guys!

I had been going to CC Rosen for about 6 months for maintains when in January my car needed to be repaired. When I arrived home from their shop I realized the passenger door had a dented and was very difficult to open. I left multiple messages which he didn't return. I went by twice and both times he told me that the damaged happened in the parking lot and was my problem to fix. He said that like Walmart he is not responsible for damage that happens in his lot. That's when I explained I don't give Walmart my keys but prefer local caring business and that if you have my keys you are responsible for the car. In fact if Walmart does have your keys they have your vehicle parked around back to keep it safe. It was only after I involved the deputy sheriff that he finally decided to turn it over to his insurance. I then spent another month and a half being ignored by his insurance agent before I called her boss and they finally they mailed me the check to pay for the damage to my car. After how I was treated by Bob and his insurance I will NEVER go back there again!

Heading to PA I noticed the new front tires were not balanced. I pulled in, explained my problem. The balanced the wheels and also found a stripped lug nut. The price was more than fair. Honest and extremely helpful!
