The most difficult thing to find in a service shop is trust. These guys are trustworthy and do excellent work. As with any business you frequent often, sometimes there may be small issues that pop up. Car-tech always addresses any issue honestly and they go out of their way to make certain the customer is satisfied, even if the issue was not really something they did wrong. I've referred many people to Car-tech, and my family will continue to use them going forward.

HONEST! TRUSTWORTHY! FAIR PRICING! I'm a newly divorcee and was recommended by my boss (male) to take my car here. I knew I needed tires, alignment and possibly breaks. Brent and Mike were wonderful. Brent gave me a very fair price for the tires and told me right up front that my breaks were fine, that I had a lot of wear left. This was after being told by a convenient drive thru lube service that I needed breaks right away! One of the most convenient services provided was a shuttle to work (Mike), so that I didn't have to burden a co-worker. Four weeks later, I noticed this piece of plastic hanging from the rear of my car and stopped by to see if they could put the car on a lift to see what it was. Brent told me to come back at 1:00 and he would get one of the techs to look. No worries, the professional tech took my car, put it on the lift, snapped the piece back in place and put a clamp on it to ensure it wouldn't come loose. All done within 5 minutes. No charge! I can't say enough about the wonderful service these men provide and how great it feels to trust a car service being a female that's not highly trained in vehicle mechanics. Very kind, professional service but sadly the problem I came in with wasn’t fixed. I came in three weeks ago for a squeaking sound when I turn the steering wheel. $277 and a new pair of sway bar links later and I am still having the same issue (this was the repair suggested to resolve the issue). I returned a few days later and was quoted another ~$300 repair. Never got to speak with the actual mechanic to make sure he/she was hearing the same sound I was. Just very discouraging for someone who already is unsure and apprehensive getting car work done. Experiences like this don’t help.

Cartech has the best customer service! Their staff is knowledgeable and extremely courteous. The obviously take pride in everything they do, right down to the immaculate waiting room! I have been going to Cartech for several years and have never regretted it. If your looking for a can-do and friendly shop, you need to give them a try.

Doesn't get much better than this. Honestly. Come check them out. We've been customers for many years now and have never been disappointed. Trust me if they could keep someone with a 1997 Saturn going until this year they can take care of pretty much any problem. The car was actually still running it was just the air conditioning was starting to fail. Excellent service honest friendly and very helpful. It's rare I can say so many good things about a place but Cartech deserves the highest rating.

A friend once told me it's not about what happens in life, because things are going to happen, it's how someone handles it! We have used Car Tech for at least the last 7 or 8 years to service and repair our vehicles. Today, I started my car, the oil light came on, backed out of the garage and had a huge puddle of oil on the floor. Called Car Tech the owner David Dance personally came to my home to check out what was wrong, turns out it was a faulty part from a recent oil change. He changed the part, filled my car back up with oil, took it to the car wash and got the floor of the garage cleaned up! It was amazing. I cannot recommend this shop enough, they are honest and thorough, they clearly take care of their customers! Way to go Car Tech!

We are new to Chesterfield and My husband found this repair shop today after Priority Nissan wanted him to pay $150 to “unstick” one side of the split bench in our SUV. The people at CarTech were extremely nice and courteous and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. These folks are so nice that they didn’t want to charge my husband for getting the seat back in it’s proper position. Upon his insistence that they be paid, they charged only $11. We have 3 vehicles and will use Cartech for all of our auto servicing needs.

It's a great feeling to know that there's a local shop that's always willing to spend several minutes on the phone with a customer talking about ... well, whatever questions you may have about your car. I'm an online tire buyer convert ... I now buy from these guys, because with shipping costs, free rotations and accountability for any problems that may arise, the numbers just don't add up to buying online. Now, if you need a shaved tire to match a set of AWD mm tolerances, that's another story. Anyway, these guys are my go to for anything that my dealer isn't covering under warranty. It's not hard to support local businesses like these. Give them a chance and you'll see for yourself!

As a woman I feel like it's a difficult task to find a place to take my car where I'm not going to be over charged or taken advantage of or made to feel like an idiot. This is one of the best places I've been to have my car repair work and oil changes done. While I was there they even told someone at the counter that they didn't need to have a certain work done on their car yet and could wait on it. That spoke volumes to me about their business. They have computers you can use, a nice waiting room with free drinks and a kids nook so that if you have to bring your kids they have some toys to play with. Overall very impressed!

My car was making a humming noise while driving . I took it to cartech and they didn’t even charge me for testing it to see what the problem was. That said a lot about the company itself and earned my trust and respect ! I made an appointment and took it back to have the problem fixed ! I no longer have the humming noise ! The building is very nice and clean , including the bathroom . They definitely will see my husband and I, for any car issues we have, including oil changes !! Very happy customer
