While waiting for service, I've seen them interact with long-time customers, and there's obviously a huge level of trust. I'm so glad we found them!

Dishonest. I went in for an inspection. Was told I needed 4 new tires. Requested to see the wear, as I don't just take any1's word. Employee showed me wear on 2 tires & told me I needed all new tires. Failed inspection. Once in my car, looked at the inspection paper. Showed only 2 tires checked off that needed replacing. Will never go there again!

Just left, and I am so thankful for these guys fixing my car! The plastic covered bottom of my front end came loose and was dragging, and as they were the closest to me at the time, I took it over for them to look at. 10 minutes later, they sent me on my way, free of charge! Thank you so much!

Zero stars would be more appropriate. This business took my money for a brand new tire a month ago (which I found out today they didn’t give me a warranty for). Then turned right around today and damaged that very tire by driving my vehicle without my consent (written or verbal)while my vehicle was in for a repair on another tire. They also damaged the paint on my rear bumper. When I called to let them know about this, the female office worker was rude and nasty as if my concerns didn’t matter then the guy who drove my car and damaged my second tire hung up on me 3 times, told me that I need to shut up and that I talk too much! Here I am 20 miles away from home nearly stranded!!! Who wouldn’t be in a panic? What a way to treat someone who has trusted your business on TWO separate occasions. Garland who handled the transaction and who was “seemingly” a nice man, never even reached back out to me to see if they could remedy the situation by replacing the tire they damaged. Please do yourself a favor (especially people of color) and avoid this prejudice, unprofessional, back yard business.
