Life savers! I had a slow leak turn into a fast one when the weather cooled. Was going out of town the next day and didn't want to come home to a flat so was in a pickle after work. Called them and they said just come in before 5:30. I got there and they started immediately and were done within about 15 minutes! Great service, reasonable prices, no wait. Bonus, there's a New Zealand savory pie place within a one minute walk :D they've got sweet pie, too! Yum.

Owner, Tony, is very rude and argumentative. One of his mechanics showed me that my two front tires were ballooning up on the inner sidewall and when Tony was shown this, he immediately started to say it was my fault. The tires were 14months old and installed and balanced here. Then he proceeded to tell me that the tires were not under warranty so he was not willing to do anything for me. He told me I had to call the manufacturer to see if they were willing to do something. Now mind you, at this point I had not said one thing yet. Now I was in shock. How do I seperate the walls in the tire? How was it my fault? The tires were sold to me under the guise of being under 50k mile warranty. Few moments later, as I was talking with the mechanic, Tony came back and told me that they actually WERE under warranty but I would have to be reimbursed when the manufacturer sends him the prorated check. Wow. What a classy guy with a classy business! Unbelievable. He told me I can come back in two weeks to pick up the check so two weeks go by and no check. I am not surprised or amused. I will wait one more week then contact the Better Business Bureau and file my complaint with them. Good riddance!

I used them to replace a tire after multiple issues with Pep boys for tires. I called to see if they had what I wanted and informed me that the tire pep boys had just used was a discontinued tire. There was a newer version. They checked to make sure the tread was similar enough that I didn't need to replace all my tires. Luckily, it was a near perfect match and they could put the tire on. It took fifteen minutes maximum. Affordable and reliable. Second time in, they called and ordered the tires for me with a 50$ deposit. Still the same, fair and fast work as before with incredibly kind people. I will keep coming here.

NOT ANYMORE one of the managers is very friendly and the other one isnt keep in mind ive never pay more then 30 40 bucks max now this big buff guy is telling me 60 just to dismount tire when I tell him that I never pay more than 40$ every time I come here and he just starts yelling and moving around like he wants to fight me very rude indian people that dont know how to talk to hardworking Americans. Needed to order in my tires since mine weren't a common size. Received a call the next morning at the promised time that the tires had arrived. Went down to the shop and they pulled in my truck straight away as there was an open bay and it's first come first served. Took about 25 minutes to get everything done. Fair prices, good service. What more is there?

I purchased tires from Tire Rack and had them shipped to Beltway for installation. I'm not a person that needs his hand held so I checked on the tracking provided by Tire Rack and called Beltway when I noticed the tires had arrived. I confirmed that the tires were received and asked whether I needed to schedule an appointment. The gentleman explained that none was needed and it would only take about 40 minutes for the install if an alignment wasn't needed. I called the next day to see if it was okay to come in, same guy said to arrive in about an hour; he called back about five minutes later to say he had someone else cancel. I went in and realized I left my wallet at home but they agreed to do the work and have me return to pay, which is what I did. A no frills joint with a bunch of guys that seem to know what they're doing at a reasonable price. That's all I needed.

Ordered Yokohama tires from The Tire Rack and had them shipped free to Beltway Discount Tires. They were installed plus an alignment was done. The entire project was completed quickly and the price was fair. I plan to use The Tire Rack and Beltway Discount Tires in the future.

I'd been putting off replacing the tires of our '08 p.o.s. Honda CR-V. Decided to get it done today. Priced two larger chains first. Merchant had a Buy 2, Get Two Free offer, but a quick smartphone look-up suggested that their tire markup was 75% or more. And the labor to install & align was over $300. Curry's was more reasonable (under $200), but I'd have to wait 'til Monday to get the tires, and I've been driving around with a pump in the car to address slow leaks. Enter Beltway Discount. They had a budget-ish set of Goodyears which were plenty good enough, for less than they'd have cost online via T'Max. As well, they had the most reasonable labor charges for installation & alignment. And, as it was raining, the manager even offered to drive me to the local café while I waited. (The shop's in a bit of a secondary industry wasteland.) Now I can take the pump out of the car & use it to inflate my bicycle tires. All in all, extremely satisfied.

I got a puncture in my tire and it turned out to be unrepairable. After researching different places, I found the size tire I needed in this area isn't commonly available. I ended up ordering tires from TireBuyer and having them delivered to Beltway Discount Tires for installation. I chose Beltway Discount Tires because of the very high marks it's received on Yelp and other reviewing sites. When the tires arrived a few days later, I received a call stating the tires had arrived. The man with whom I spoke let me know that work is done on a first come, first serve basis and that this location does not take appointments. I had a few other things I couldn't move around that day, so as soon as I could, I headed there. Simply, this place is a tire/brake shop. It isn't fancy or filled with coffee and vending machines. If you need these extra amenities, this is not the shop for you. There are about three or four (comfortable) chairs in the waiting area, where you sit and wait, without wifi. Bring a book! I honestly don't know if the pricing is the highest or lowest in the area, but it was in the ballpark of what I was expecting. Also, the clerk was pleasant and upfront; I didn't get upsold for other things. After the tire installation and alignment was finished, I received printout showing the before and after alignment results. The work receipt is a simple, handwritten paper as well. At first, I didn't think that I would like that I couldn't make an appointment. It turns out to be a good thing-- the people who want their vehicle serviced come; there is no lag time waiting for someone with an appointment who didn't show up. All in all, I would certainly return here with no hesitation! A few pointers: (A) the parking lot is very small and shared with other businesses, all of which are very protective of their respective spots. Go straight to the clerk and ask where he wants you to park. (B) As mentioned above, bring your own entertainment (C) Credit Cards are accepted. (D) This shop CLOSES at 5.30pm M-F, contrary to what Google may post. Do not wait until 5.30 to ARRIVE; this is when the shop closes. You will be turned away- I saw the clerk politely tell three different people that no more customers were being accepted that day. The workers need to finish and have lives, too!

I had recently refinished my wheels before bringing my car in for new tires (not very good timing on my part). The wheels are soft metal to begin with and I was concerned that they would be scratched. I also came in without an appt, so I was thinking it would take forever. Under 1.5 hours, they mounted, balanced and aligned all four tires, without a mark. Robert really knows what he's doing. He works quickly and does the job right, the first time with a smile on his face. This is my new favorite place for tires/brakes. Great customer service, quality work at a reasonable price. Forget Merchants... go here.

This is a long overdue review. I've had to make two emergency stops off 495 to Beltway Discount Tires - once for an oil pan drain plug that popped open, and once for a punctured tire. These guys took me in right away for both incidences, were friendly and professional, and very reasonably priced. They even called Jiffy Lube on my behalf and told them of the drain plug incident, as my oil had just been changed. For the tire, they quickly provided a patch and talked me through the whole process. When I need new tires, I'll definitely be going back!

This place was my second stop out of four for the day searching for tires. I found this place via google maps and read the reviews so I decided to go there. I got there about 15 minutes before closing and the owner (I think) stated that he was closed. The hours weren't available to me before I arrived so I had no idea when this place would be closing. He was working on installing tires for his last customer. I asked if he had a couple minutes to discuss pricing and availability after he was done installing the tires but he said he intended to leave. I took a business card and drove on to the next tire shop. I hold no malice toward this shop and the owner's desire to leave work on time. I respect that. I like to give my business to small shops. If this owner would have given me a couple of minutes to discuss tires, I probably would have come back the next day and bought them. At first glance, it appeared that this shop was well stocked with tires and equipment to install them. The owner was alone and working hard. Due to his age, this person has probably installed many, many tires in their life and is probably very experienced at doing it. Don't take this review as a bad one.
