They treat you like friends. As a young woman sometimes it's difficult to find a shop that will go out of their way to explain things to you- while also not taking advantage of you. I live over 20 minutes away and Axselle is always the go to place for my car care.

I have lived in Richmond all my life and finally found a repair shop that is fairly priced and honest about the work you need done. I highly recommend this auto shop! Just a top.. Wherever you take your car.. Make sure you keep good records about the work you have had done, and bring those records with you to the shop when you need repairs!

Mr Vesely and I have been neighbors for over 10 years We both served in military and I was frustrated that Hyundai service could not fix front brakes squeaky noise for 2013 Elantra limited. Mr Vesely mention to take Elantra to Axselle auto service and I did. Within minutes they explain the problem of noise and within 2 hrs or less they replace brakes rotors, pads and etc. Squeaky noise disappears, the staff is awesome and inside the waiting room the atmosphere family friendly for everyone. My vehicles are devoted to Axselle auto service. "Your Simply the Best"

Always great and honest. Won't try to upsell you a bunch of BS stuff you don't need, which is nice for a female. Tired of mechanics who don't know I was raised in a garage trying to tell me what my car need that it doesn't. These guys don't do that, highly recommend. Though, if you leave your car for inspection, they may not call to tell you it's not done by close, even if you asked them to.

There is no punctuality to this place. Called after they open and nobody was in the building. Half hour after they opened, someone finally answered the phone and immediately put me on hold for over 12 minutes. Ask a few simple questions and was refused an answer. For an auto service place, they seem extremely inexperienced and unsure of what they do. Two simple questions were danced around and ignored. Easier to Google the information then ask them. Rude receptionist. Avoid this one if you have any urgent matters

I can't say enough good things about the service and team at Axselle's. I am a relatively new customer, but they treat me like I've been going there forever, like family. They are thorough, fair, forthcoming with information, and compassionate. It's obvious their business is about building relationships and treating people right, not about the bottom line. This is rare in most industries today. With previous mechanics, dealerships, auto body shops I always had the dreaded feeling that I was being taken advantage of. Not with Axselle's. It is a place of high integrity - and great skill - and I highly recommend them!

Hit some debris on the road the day before we were due to leave for vacation, and Axselle got all the necessary repairs done in time. Went back a few weeks later to get a clunking rear tire checked (bad spat of car luck for sure) and again they were quick, thorough and very helpful. The receptionists were able to quickly pull up our past records and the cost estimates were always accurate. I was impressed with how organized and efficient they are.

Very good experience my first visit and within walking distance of my home in Lakeside. Although I change my own oil and try to fix what I can, it is important to have someone I can trust for many car repairs. It is great to know they are pretty much full service including tires and muffler work. I love one stop shopping rather than driving to the big box store and waiting for tires with no alignment even available in most cases. I will be using from now on as my go to auto repair service.
