This place is super attentive, friendly, and quick. I brought one car in as a test of service, was so pleased that I brought the other car in the next day. It's easy and quick (relatively) to get an inspection and emissions test done (1 hour). They found an issue with the second car (Check Engine Light was on). They replaced the O2 sensor and it was good to go. Previous shops couldn't figure out what the deal was. They also follow up after service to make sure you're satisfied.

We've had a few short experiences with Ashburn Service & Tire over the years. Recently, we replaced four tires on our family vehicle. They offered great deals with friendly service and an accommodating schedule. We are very happy with our service and our tires! I had a three week ordeal with Toyota where they kept my car four different times for a grand total of six days (2 times kept overnight). I'd been hearing a terrible grinding noise, but it kept getting mistaken for something else. Toyota replaced my front brake and rotors, and the grinding noise was still there. I was tired of dealing with the "we cleaned your brakes" comment, so I brought my car here. Jim, a gentlemen from my church works here, and I trust him. I'd never brought my car here before, and I'm glad I did. As soon as I brought my car in, Jim went for a ride with me and heard the grinding noise before we even left the parking lot. He said the noise was coming from the back. I was able to leave my car with them overnight so they could spend all day with her. The next morning I received a call, and was told the back brakes and rotors were shot, and since they were so bad my calibers had to be cleaned. What was a three week ordeal with Toyota, was completely fixed and gone in less than a day with these guys! They even kept the brake pads and rotors for me to see, and so I can go have a pleasant conversation with Toyota. A huge safety concern with how bad the pads were, but they couldn't find the grinding noise! Also, very thankful Mike took the time to show me what a new pad looked like along with new rotors so I could see the difference. I appreciate the time and respect that was given to me. They've definitely gained my service!

Before buying new tires - You need to stop by the Ashburn Service & Tire Center for their super deal!!! I recently bought a set of 4 tires for my 2015 Ford Explorer. Today - My Monday morning started off with a flat tire. I drove my truck into the Ashburn Service & Tire Center at 8:30 a.m. to find out the tire was covered under their super warranty and I was driving out with a new tire by 9:45 a.m. I have been taking my vehicles to the Ashburn Service & Tire Center for over 15 years and their customer service, worked performed by their mechanics have been great. I have always been pleased with their work and their honest opinions and professional guidance.

Ashburn Service & Tire Center fixed a leaking rear-axel-seal on the right real axel of my Tacoma in Jan 2018. While rotating tires in Aug 2018, I noticed the same issue with my right rear axel. I stopped by Ashburn Service & Tire Center the afternoon I noticed the leak and they took my car the next day. They upheld their warranty on the parts and work (no hassle at all), and had my car back to me in one day at no charge. Extremely reliable and friendly service. Highly recommended.

I have been coming to Ashburn Tire and Auto since I moved to the Northern Virginia Area three years ago. I love this place! I am not that knowledge about cars. The mechanics here are top notch. Not that long ago my transmission went out on my 2013 Chevy Traverse. This is a big ticket item. I, of course took the car to Ashburn Tire and auto and they advised that I should check to see if my transmission was still under the drivetrain warranty. It was! Another shop would have priced the transmission and taken my money. I ended up not paying a dime for the transmission thanks to the advice I got from Ashburn tires. This is more than just a place to get new tires. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and best of all, they know cars. if there is an alternative solution to avoid having you spend a grip to service your car they will let you know and will save you money.

Absolutely love this service center. I dropped my car off because multiple engine lights came on combined with the loud noise from the rear of the car. Fearing the worst imagine my surprise when they phoned and said not only was my car fixed, there would be no charge because the wheel bearing that was the root of the problem was under warranty! When was the last time someone surprised you with a call like that versus a $1,000 repair bill. I would never have known this was covered if they hadn’t have told me. Great job and thank you.

Great customer service but their quality of service is horrific. It took them 4 times to get the alignment right on our car after they put new tires on it. Everytime they assured us that they had driven it and it was perfect. It finally took getting the owner himself to get it right. We gave them another chance when we needed the water pump replaced on our car. During that fix they replaced the serpentine belt but didn't tension it right so it squeaks. Now they are telling us that we need to replace even more parts to fix the squeak and pay them $1000 (edit: sorry $947). Don't waste your time here! Edit: The main problem with this shop is they have terrible quality of service and then deny everything and don't believe the customer.

Brought my car in with a flat tire to be repaired or replaced. I spoke with Mike at the counter. He said he'd have a tech look at it and then he'd let me know what my options were. A short while latter, Mike came back and said "the tech looked at it. there's no damage to the tire. it was a leaky valve. the tech will repair it; remount the tire and the car will be ready in a few minutes. I asked how much and Mike said "no charge". Wow! They were fast, helpful and willing to do the repair as a courtesy when they could of charged me for a new tire. I wouldn't of known any better. Well, I'm a customer for life now and so are my two friends I've told the story. Well done Mike. I hope your boss appreciates what you do for the company.

They will not listen to instruction, they do not have a clue about certain makes and models, and they can't fix what they mess up, in work or in the money part. Crooks taking advantage of a local market that doesnt know when they're getting ripped off. Also be prepared for work to take forever. They have enough people to eat an entire car in 2 hours yet it takes 4 hours to get 4 tires on, badly done.

I worked with Leo, he's great. Came in for a safety inspection. Passed with one reverse bulb and nothing else. I thought I needed a rear brake job, they said no. Not too often I request a rear brake job and they say it's OK you don't need it. I brought my second vehicle in and it failed for fog lights. Something changed in the rules so I will switch them out with clear bulbs.

Awesome customer service!! I was leaving work and had a flat tire, so I took it to the nearest good year. They told me there was nothing they could do that night or the next day and that I needed a brand new tire. I filled it up with air so that I could get to Ashburn tire and service and they told me they could fix it no problem, and I didn't need a new tire. They were able to get the nail out and fix the tire all under ten minutes, while providing great customer service!! Thank you!!!

I brought Jeep Liberty in for service and spent nearly $1000 for oil change , spark plugs and sensor repairs. The car ran for 40 miles -- that is correct Forty miles -- and the car again reported engine failure. When returned to Ashburn Service & Tire Center, they wanted another $1000 to repair. ... next stop, Better Business Bureau. Reply to Ashburn Service & Tire, there is nothing untruthful about these statements. I expected to drive much more than 40 miles before experiencing engine problems again.

My troubles started with an intermittent misfire that wouldn’t occur (of course) when taking my SUV to your place twice. Finally it became somewhat steady and your team quickly diagnosed its needing a tuneup. Was in and out in about four hours and vehicle’s now running smoothly. Transporting me from and to your shop was a big plus - got a bunch of needed stuff done. Also, checked prices for diagnosis, plugs, wires and distributor and you guys were right in line with my queries. Five stars from me and thanks!

I had my first visit to Ashburn Service & Tire this morning for an oil change, tire rotation and state inspection. Overall it was a positive experience. Good business hours and location. The appointment was easy to schedule (and the person who answered the phone was very friendly at 7am). From start to finish it was 2 hours, which seems long, but they did warn me that Saturdays were busy. Mike S. gave me a thorough status update and made we aware that there was some wear on one of my brake pads, but he said it didn't have to be replaced today. I didn't feel any pressure and I appreciated his honesty. My car dealership may not be seeing me for a while. Highly recommend ECCC in Ashburn.

I come here often, never had a problem. Last time I came in I waited over an hour and still never got anything done (my fault, I didn't have an appointment) so I made sure to make an appointment so that wouldn't happen again. I still waited over 2hrs for my car and when I got there they still didn't have everything I asked done. I understand life happens, and maybe they didn't understand where I was coming from, but I completely felt like they didn't handle the situation well at all and I just feel very disrespected by the way they treated my time. We called while on I95 and they worked with us to ensure they had new tires when we arrived.
