$34.99 quote for front end alignment turned into $99 and took twice as long as it should. The time was because they had to "beat a part off". Three days later my tires were pointing in two different directions because the tie rod broke. That was the part they beat loose which they said had nothing to do with the alignment. They towed back to the shop and replaced the tie rod and expected me to pay an additional $241, which I had to do to get the truck back. NEVER EVER GO THERE!!!!!!$

Never had "we can't get to you today" response. They are the "Git 'er Done People". Prices always fair and service is personal. Yes, I'm an Anderson but am not related. Well, maybe being an Anderson I get a little extra special treatment but not a whole lot better than a Smith or Jones.

We moved to county n 2006 and believe in supporting local businesses! We buy tires here and have alk our vehicles inspected here! My granddaughter hit a ice patch and ran off road Saturday on Troublesome Creek road and they charged $250 to tow 5 miles to our home! Vehicle wasnt over turned, needed no scotching, simple hooked onto back and pulled onto Rollback! I understand this is a business and needs to make a profitt but this is Robbery! We will file complaint with Virginia Towing Board and our family will not do business with them again! I will also tell all our friends in county! Highly upset!
