We experienced a flat on our car hauler. Traveling through Va towards Pa, driving a motorhome. My husband changed the tire. We drove to Alban Tire to purchase a spare, and to have the tires check. Jim, my husband, needed to back to the bay, for the air check. I started out of our motorhome to direct him- I then saw the man in the photo. I asked if he was directing us- he was rude and folded his arms, saying loudly and sharply:”he did.” I explained we did not see him. He walked away and started to direct an in-coming car. I asked him where we needed to be. He showed no interest and flipped his hand, in a general direction, continuing in a rude manner to the CUSTOMER. I approached a female worker- I asked for a manager on duty- a man exited an office and said, in a dismisses manner, he was one of them,I believe his name was Perry. He then said: “ You have to understand, he does not speak much English.” I in turn responded: “He knows how to direct- that is hand movement- he knows what we need. He talked to me rapidly, blending his words- causing it hard to understand. He knew his English.” I also told him: “I had worked at an airport where many people spoke little English.” Bottom line, the worker thought it was funny (many of his co-workers looked on). No one offered to be professional. No one realized they depended on the customer. Yes- we got our tire, I told Perry I wanted someone else to check our tires- I did not trust this worker. Perry ignored me- I turned the matter over to my husband.

Very courteous, fast service, great selection of tires. I was looking everywhere for the same tires that my car had, continental tires, I only needed two, nobody had them in the area but Alban did. I was out with in 20 minutes and I was a walk in. This place is just awesome, they did not play any games with the price like other places did with me. They gave me an out the door price right away, I loved that about them. Thank You Alban!!

I had three tires I needed replaced for my utility trailer. I first went to my local garage, and they sent me to Alban. I was waited upon very quickly. Their fees were reasonable and I was on my way (three tires swapped) in under 15 minutes. Will do business there again.

I can't speak to the service. They exceeded my wait time and still never got the vehicle back for work. I suggest you drop it off or go to Costco.

my tire was blown by some bricks on the road so this was the closest place that had the tires I needed. They changed tires, everything was fine, but unfortunately I did not inspect my car when I picked it up (guess I am too trustworthy) Realized the next day that they dented the front of the hood where the car brand sign is. Of course they did not even inform me of that (my fault for not checking I guess) well to repair this it will cost me 500$. Will never return to this place, absolutely unacceptable and not trustworthy.

Hi gays I would not recommend this plays at all, way overpriced . I have 5 vehicles and for the last few year I have used they service with regret. I have made an app for an alignment on my mercedes and Ieft the car to thee guys 2hr later i was told that they can not do alignment on the mercedes. so here we are 2 hr later money paid for uber.... and nothing waste of time (i get when people say Mercedes uuuaaay big deal If u are a good mechanic u shoul d already know what can and can not do not waste people time and ur as well). latest i have tried to do an alignment on truck 2hr later phone call ....truck i s not ready for an alignment because u need ball join when truck just past inspection from a diff mechanic. The estimate for a ball joint repl. only one side was $427 woooow the part cost me $30 at advance auto parts and aber for repl was $150 . Thanks Alban tires you will never see me again.

I needed a specific size out of production whitewall and Alban Tire had one in stock. I made the appointment and went over to buy it and have it installed. The gentlemen on the counter all come across as professionals. I was waited on quickly and waited about 40 to 45 min to have the tire mounted and installed. Total time about an hour. This is the way auto repair and tire shops should be run. I wish they were closer to me, I would use them all of the time.

I would not recommend this place because they are so irresponsible. Every time I take my vehicles to be serviced something happens like stolen parts or vandalism. Most recently I took my truck to have the A/C repaired and they ended up making it worse and they cracked my windshield. Now I have to spend more money to fix their damage to my A/C since I have to take it to K.Neal. As for the windshield they cracked, the manager at Alban Tire said they would paid for half of the cost so I went ahead and paid for the safety inspection as well which they ended up failing because of the windshield. After many calls to the manager who isn't much help, he said they wouldn't paid for the damage their employees caused. Now I'm left looking for a new windshield and having to pay for a safety inspection again!!!! I would not recommend this to anyone!!!

I have used Alban tires several times over the past 3-4 years. Their prices are always competitive and they quote you the out-the-door price...with no surprises. The guys behind the counter are mostly ornery but always honest and fair. If you want pretty and talkative go to Pep Boys. If you want good tires and good service come here.

Outstanding customer service! Came in town from North Carolina for an event. Noticed a large nail in our tire at the hotel and went to Alban Tire 5 minutes before closing. They pulled our vehicle in their shop after hours and fixed our tire for us. Again, outstanding service and thank you! We were able to make our event early the next morning.

Some of the best guys around and super fair!! I took my tractor tire to another place to get done and it sat in their yard for a week and they didnt even touch it. Brought it to these guys and they fixed it right up in less than two hours. Love this place!! Always busy but never too busy to take care of customers.

I have been going here for years and have never had one problem with them. This place is not a regular tire shop, and works a lot with commercial trucks, etc. If people have a problem with a little grime, they shouldn't come here. But for service, and definitely price, they couldn't be better. Three years ago, I purchased a set of tires for my 99 suburban. 1 year later, I had a nail strike that took out the sidewall. They replaced it for free. It helps to call and have them open a ticket ahead of time. They are a commercial place. They don't hold your hand. Try Goodyear if you need a nice seat and a flatscreen tv. You can pay their prices too.

Poor work ethic the manager cared more about it being 3:30 than helping to ensure that I got what I needed I thought 5:00 pm was their closing time according to their web sight he said he wasn't excepting anybody else at 3:30 despite the place being almost empty and I hung out a while to see why I was turned away I seen very few customers and judging by the long conversations of the mechanics and manager they were in no rush it's my view the manager is not the owner nor is he customer friendly or even care about serving the public or ensuring they turn a decent profit he just doesn't care . For the record I don't ever write reviews this is my first ever but I feel like people need to know before they go to this place that your not wanted !

Tried giving these folks some business the last couple years and it's obvious they can't handle car rims or light trucks with nice Wheels without causing damage. They scratched my rims chunked a perfectly good Tire and after driving my car home bouncing all over the place and swerving I decided to check the PSI they had put in my new tires one was 49 PSI another was 35 another was 40. That's not very professional at all. How can I trust them to even tighten all the lug nuts or get the wheels balanced correctly if they can't Mount tires without scratching the rims and can't get the air pressure at least consistent if not right. Have some pride in your work if you want to be considered professionals. Going to have to take these wheels and tires to be balanced again by someone reputable as the car shakes now at highway speeds

I called that morning, wanting to have four tires purchased and installed. The gentleman I spoke with, Frank, quoted me a price and said it would take about an hour. I arrived, mid afternoon, with my 5th wheel RV in tow. I spoke with Frank, clarified the terms, and 10 min later was backing my 5th wheel in the bay. The guys working on my RV were like a Pit Crew, efficient, fast, and very friendly. Within 30 min, I had four brand new tires on my 5th wheel. As for my experience, this place is exceptionally good and will come highly recommended by me.
