I went to install my newly bought winter tires and they charged $100 since I didn’t buy those from them. So guys if you have a brand new tires bought online or from somewhere else get it installed from somewhere else.

The folks at Vianor in Montpelier are the best! They are reliable, honest, and thorough. Recently, Patti squeezed me in because I was about to head out on a long car trip and I had a worrisome vibration that my dealer had been unable to resolve over several trips. At Vianor, they took it out on a couple of test drives and checked various things until they found the problem and resolved it! I've been going to Vianor for years and can't say enough good things about their work.

I went in for a scheduled tire change. It took OVER 2 hour . After the long wait I got my car back with a chip in the fender above the tire and a cracked wind shield. The staff refused to take any fault and made zero effort to make this right. Dishonest shop that does not care about their customers experience. Look elsewher .
