If six stars were available, I'd give Quick Lane Hardwick at least six. Over New Year's weekend, we blew a tire on Saturday night. On Monday morning at 8AM, 12/31 (everyone else was closed) and with no appointment, these guys made time to 1) locate the tires at a competitor's store since they didn't have the odd size I needed and most warehouses were closed; 2) have them delivered to their store; 3) drive me back to my hotel so I could be with my family while I waited; 4) install the tires; 5) come back and get me from the hotel; 6) pre-process my refund for the tires; and 7) be as nice as possible throughout the entire process. I was up and running again by 2PM. THANK YOU! You saved our vacation and we are incredibly grateful.

Best possible service and experience! I found one of my rear tires flat on Saturday morning, and not only was Quick Lane one of the very few places open, they had no issue with me coming right there. They fixed my tire in, literally, under 10 minutes, and then when I went to check out, they told me there was no charge! Their policy is to not charge for tire repair to build good will. They could not have been more professional, competent, and pleasant. If I ever need tires, there is no question that I will return to these folks. Update: the following Wednesday I went to use my Jeep, having not used it since Saturday, and while driving to do a local errand, the tire pressure monitoring system told me the air pressure in the repaired tire was 16 PSI, so I went back to Quick Lane, explained the situation to the manager on duty (not the same person with whom I dealt on Saturday), and he immediately pulled the only automotive tech working that day off the job the tech was in the middle of, and him fix my tire. This time, the wheel was taken off, and the tire removed, and an adhesive patch with a stem was used to repair the tie from the inside. When the wheel was reassembled, I asked the tech if he would please high speed balance the wheel before re-mounting it, and the tech did, with no complaint. When I went to check out, I mentioned that I had asked for this additional service, and again offered to pay, and again was refused. If you ever have need of automotive service or tires, this is clearly the place to go. Unparalleled excellence in service and attitude! Update again: Today, 9/5/19, I noticed that the muffler on one of our Jeeps, a Compass only 9 months old, was hanging down, so I called Quick Lane, and they told me to come right over Up on the lift it was obvious that an OEM hard rubber bracket had come off, so the mechanic used two coat hangers and double wired the muffler back in place so it won't catch on anything and make a little problem into a big problem. Oh, and the charge? Nothing! I even asked if I could please pay, and they waved me off. These guys are the absolute best!
