I took my car to Partner Tire and Service for an inspection. My experience was good except for wrongfully failing the inspection! I was told that I needed a new drag link and u-joint, paid for the inspection with the intention of going back for re-inspection once I had the work done by a trusted friend and mechanic. Come to find out there is nothing wrong with either part, and Partner Tire and Service did not submit the failed inspection on the Vermont AVIP. Which leads me to believe I was intentionally lied to. Needless to say, I will not be going back and I’m out 46 bucks.

Fantastic small mechanic shop with great service. Very accommodating!!! Manager came and met me after hours at shop to pickup my car because he knew I was out of town traveling and my trip back got delayed. I couldtell manager really cares for his customers seeing interactions with all regulars - first name basis & knows what is best for them while being very honest and open to offering options.

About 3 Weeks ago we took our Car to Partner tires. We needed new Ball joins. We were told it be a few days. It was on a Friday, and we where looking at Monday or Tuesday. They were very busy. We told them it was our only way of transportation, plus we are elderly, so you never know. Saturday morning we got a call to say the Car was all done. They worked it in, did half on Friday, and finished up Saturday. Now that is Service. Will never go anywhere else. I would give you 10 Stars if I could. THANK YOU.

My appointment for an oil change was a 1PM. They took me on time and I was out in 30 minutes including a tire rotation. Great service . I've purchased tires from them as well. Would go back fro bigger problems when needed.

I've used Partner Tire for years and have always had good results with them. They have always gotten me in as quickly as possible to diagnose and correct the issue at hand. The final cost of repairs always comes in very close to their estimates.

One time I had a flat and went to Partner. They told me that the mounting was not good. They helped me to remounted that tire and charged me only the labor. I recommend them because they are very friendly and honest.

Edit 7/30/2018: After Partner Tire responded to my review, I decided to call and talk to Chris. After all, I needed tires and I was about to buy them from a chain. Chris apologized for my previous experience and made things right. I'm happy to say that I can now recommend Partner Tire again. Original Review (1 star): Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend Partner Tire. I've taken my vehicles here for 5+ years - primarily for winter tire changeovers. I've purchased at least 3 sets of tires here. My most recent experience in May when I did my winter->summer tire changeover. My vehicle has wheel locks which require a special adapter to remove - this has always been kept in my glovebox. After my Partner Tire appointment, I had the car at another shop for front shock replacement. After dropping the car off there, I received a phone call because they couldn't find the wheel lock adapter. I called Partner tire to inquire about this adapter and their response was "We always put the adapter back where we found it. The other garage must have lost it. But give us a call back if they can't find it." This isn't exactly the best customer service response. I had the other garage double check and they couldn't find it, so I called Partner Tire again and they had a guy go look for it. They couldn't find it and suggested I call back to see if turned up later. A week goes by - still no sign of the adapter so I call up Partner Tire and surprise - they found an unidentified adapter and have it at the desk so I can stop by and get it. (Maybe they should deliver it for the hassle they've caused?) A few days later, my TPMS light came on so I checked the tire pressure all around and the tire pressure (cold) varied by as much as 10 psi! All 4 should have been 32 psi per my door panel. On top of that, 2 of the valve stem caps were missing. Unfortunately, I will no longer be taking my vehicles to Partner Tire for service and I will certainly not be recommending them to family or friends. Use them at your own risk.

Good tire place. That is their speciality. They have a couple of couches for waiting and a TV, so you don't get bored. A mall next door lets you spend some more time while waiting for your car.

Bought new tires. Easy to book, ready at the appointment, clean and comfy waiting room. I could hear some of the staff rocking out to Bohemian Rhapsody in the shop but I enjoyed that. Service was provided in the advertized time frame and price. Jason explained the terms of the warranty and was helpful with any questions I had.

My wife went here to get her tires changed over they told her they couldn't do it because the tires we are putting on the car are a different size that are on the car now. The thing is the tires are the right size they for the rim. They also told her the subframe was bad when we just had struts changed about a week ago and the subframe was fine had my mechanic look at it and he couldn't see what they were talking about. They also told her that her bearings were bad when again nothing was wrong with the bearings. Sad part is my wife went to this place when I had problems with them last week with them finding a hole in a sidewalk of my brand new tires I brought in to get put on my car cause when I looked at the ties before loading them in my car to be put on they all were new then all of a sudden bam one has a hole in it and now I gotta buy a new 84 dollar tire that doesn't match cause it's the only tire we have in stock answer. Needless to say changing four tires ended up costing me 160 bucks, wasn't going to argue with about my tire not like I was going to win and I cant prove they put a hole in the tire so I just paid the bill and had the tire put on. So if you want a good tire place I wouldn't recommend this place.
